Our get away was to celebrate our 40th birthdays. We got together with two other couples and planned our getaway. Once we found Mark's condo, it was nothing but easy from that moment on. Mark made all of the planning and preparation for the trip super easy. He was extremely helpful with suggestions and offered advice on travel and car rental. When we arrived the view was what struck us first and then we were so pleased with the accommodation. We so enjoyed being off the beaten path. We drove around most of the island, but enjoyed our spot the best. The three couples left their children at home, but the lagoon would have been a perfect place for children to swim and play. We would recommend this rental to anyone. There were several good restaurants near by.

My wife, her sister, and I spent a week at this condo on Old Man Bay this March and found it to be delightful. We would highly recommend it to others. The unit was spacious, well maintained, had a quiet location and its owner was helpful and accomodating. Our morning coffee on the balcony looking at the ocean was a daily highlight! There is good snokeling nearby (such as Barefoot Beach) and you can do plenty of things if desired. We would love to have some of our friends stay here in the future. Thanks, Mark, for helping make our Grand Cayman stay a pleasure.

Our family had a wonderful 2 week stay on Grand Cayman island. We enjoyed the island and were especially pleased with our condo. Mark the owner could not have been more helpful, and Michelle his island representative was very helpful too. Everything was as promised and the condo had everything you would want or need. The layout was very nice and the whole condo was bright and spacious. Having three bedroom was perfect for our family. We loved the view too. The pool, beach and even palm trees that provided shade when wanted, made the outside as nice as the inside. And we especially thought the rental rate was very fair for our Christmas/New Year vacation.
Hope you will have a chance to see for yourself, I am sure you will love your stay too. -

The best Condo I've ever rented on my trips (over 50 different countries
all over the world). The condo has everything what you wish for. We were 3 couples
of friends from Germany and Poland, and the condo had everything we
wanted, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which was very important to us!
Kitchen, living room, balcony are very large and well equipped. The
garden and the pool is very clean and well maintained. The location is also
very good, we had a car and were able to make many trips. Snorkeling can be even done in front of the house. Contact with the owner was very fast and very nice (e-mail and telephone as
well).I would rent the condo any time again, it is highly recommended.

The On the Bay Condos is a beautiful location. It is quiet and peaceful. The unit is clean, well maintained and the condo pictures were an accurate description. Actually it is better than the pictures when you see and hear the ocean, feel the breeze it is so relaxing.
The master bedroom and living room have sliding glass Doors onto the patio with breathtaking views. Sitting on the patio drinking your coffee in the morning and having wine a little later in the afternoon
was so therapeutic. My wife and I were on our anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at On the Bay Condos and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet,relaxing location at an
awesome Oceanfront condo.

The picture posted above is exactly what you see when you are relaxing on the outdoor patio of this beautiful conominium! Our stay at Old Man Bay was amazing! The condo was spacious, cool and clean. We enjoyed many home cooked meals on the patio with the amazing ocean view. We spent our days swimming in the pool, relaxing on the beach and snorkling all over the Island. Mark provides his guest with a binder of information that includes everything the Island has to offer. We enjoyed many of the restaurants that he recommended, all situated on the ocean with spectacular views. Old Man Bay is a short drive to the popular destination Rum Point. There are many boating and water sport activities available out of this part of the island. It was a wonderful experience and I would love to stay there again!

My husband and I along with another couple stayed here for a week in april. We absolutely loved it! Beautiful views, beautiful accommodations!!
Its perfectly situated so that you can easily reach both sides of the island without any hassle. Snorkeling right in front of the condo, and with pristine white beach sand. The Cayman guide that was provided took all the guess work out of daily activities and was spot on. I would highly recommend staying at Old Man Bay. -

Just got back from a week's vacation and the family wants to go back already. The condo was the perfect base for our first visit to Grand Cayman and just as described. Yes, you're about 45 minutes from Georgetown, Seven Mile Beach, and will need a car, but that's the idea. The Northside is tropical paradise. We really felt that we got away. We hung out at Rum Point and the East End (or right in front of the Condo) most of the time, and then "visited" the tourist areas. If you're into souvenir shops, cruise ship crowds and dance clubs, this beautiful condo won't be for you. But if you want to experience a laid-back vacation, this is the place.

This place is exactly like the pictures. It is absolutely spotless and has everything that you could possibly want in a condo.
I would highly recommend this condo to anyone that plans on having a car rental and wants to tour the island or just stay somewhere peaceful. No crowds here! You have the entire beach to yourself most of the time.
About a 45 min drive into Georgetown. -

After having spent one day on a cruise in Grand Cayman in 2011, my family wanted to return and spend a week. We decided to rent a condo at On the Bay on the quieter side of the island. Rented a car from Budget and found the condo very easily. Large 3 bedroom, spacious, clean condo. Owner of the condo gave great information before the trip and was very helpful. We went to Rum Point and the pool in the afternoon then cooked meals at night. Very relaxing. Very comfortable. Perfect for a family vacation.

When we pulled into the parking lot we were the only car. There was one other couple staying and they were leaving in two days. After they left we had the place to ourselves for three days. Wow! That was nice!! We shared our pool, private lagoon and beach with no more than two other couples at any given time and felt as if it was pretty much our own private playground for sunning, snorkeling and swimming in the warm tropical waters of the Grand Caymans. We were told that is common for this place to be very quiet like this. The Condo itself if perfect, everything you need to be comfortable and do as much cooking as you desire. With its wonderful balconey to share your meals while enjoying the view. The condo has three bedrooms and three baths, so it is very spacious, perfect for a family or freinds to share a trip to the Grand Caymans. There are a few wonderful places to go have breakfast, lunch or dinner very close with great local atmosphere. It's definetly a place to go and relax and slow down. If your looking for the tourist hussle and constant go go go then this is not the place for you. Mark is awesome to work with and he and his wife have the good fortune to share this beautiful place. It's a one of a kind with its private swimming lagoon! Go you won't be disapointed!!

My family & friends stayed in this great condo for a week in Janurary. The 3 bedrooms & 3 baths worked out wonderfully for our family. The condo has all the ammenities that you would need & then some! Sand toys for the kids, blow up rafts, & even a cooler bag to use down at the beach..perfect! We were travelling with our 2 year old & was able to set up a crib in the large walk-in master closet which worked out perfect! If a crib is needed, I highly recommend www.emptysuitcases.com they meet us at the condo day of arrival, set up the crib, then returned the day we left to take it down. Love the location of this condo, very quite & relaxing, but still not too far to drive to activities. The owner was very accommadting and was great to work with. I am sure our family will want to come back again soon!

What can I say? The place is fantastic...well kept, beautiful views, great location, and plenty of room for all. My husband and I and our best friends spent 10 glorious days in this clean, quiet, wonderful condo. The owner is very easy to work with and everything (including beach towels and detergent) you need is at your fingertips. We enjoyed the short drive to Rum Point, the Over the Edge Restaurant that was just 5 minutes away and our favorite snorkeling beach, Barefoot Beach, again just a short distance from the condo. We plan to make a return trip within the next couple of years, and this condo would definitely be our first choice. By the end of the trip, all four of us felt like locals! We even got to watch a wedding on the beach while we were there.

The condo was private and beautiful. Large and furnished comfortably. My husband and I traveled with our 5month old son, my Mom and Dad and 2 brothers (19 and 26yrs old). This was a great place for our family. Off the beaten path, yet close to beautiful and popular attractions such as Rum Point and Seven Mile Beach etc. We basically had the condo complex to ourselves. Our son was able to sleep in the master bedroom walk in closet in his pack n play! This worked perfect... he had his own room! Mark, the owner, was very helpful and knowledgable about the area. He met us in person to give us a map with his favorite locations, restaurants, stores marked on it. He also called us once we were down there to make sure that we had everything we needed, and then followed up with us once we returned home to make sure we had a good time. We definately recommend this place!

The On the Bay condominiums in Old Man Bay offer a special experience. The small beach is tucked away from the hotel strip in a little known area on the North Side of Grand Cayman. It offered a perfect luxury get away at an affordable price. My family was delighted with the quality of accomodations I had picked for the seven of us (6 adults 1 child) to get away for a Christmas holiday. The owner was very pleasant and responsive with emails as I was setting up the details of our rental.
There was plenty of room for my 4 year old granddaughter to play and the beach was perfect for her. We all found the pool just too cold to enjoy, enjoyed swimming in the warm lagoon.
The condo is tastefully decorated with a large lanai overlooking the beautiful blue Caribbean waters. The beds are comfortable the condo and grounds are clean and well cared for. 3 bedrooms and everyone had a full bathroom! Everything you need is there including wireless internet.
The location was prefect for me. I highly recommend it if you want to get away from cruise ship crowds and the busy hotel strip on seven mile beach.
It is a very lovely natural setting. -

We stayed at this condo on Old Man Bay in July 2010. The location was fabulous. The place was extremely private and we had a phenomenal view of the ocean from the balcony. The condo was beautiful and had everything our family of 6 needed. Extremely clean and all of the ammenities that our teenagers appreciated. Close to many activities. I highly recommend this for any vacation. We plan to return again this year. All of the locals were very friendly and we felt very welcome and safe.

It could not have been more perfect. Looking for quiet place on beach away from the crowds. This is it. Place was clean, right on water, and was fully stocked. It's not far from Rum's Point which was my favoirte place. Would highly recommend. It gets 4 plus stars from me. I would go back in a heart beat.

This condo is a slice of paradise inside and out. It is clean, well equipped and very spacious. The private beach and pool are just fabulous and it is easy to get to local attactions from the condo. Our family had a great time in Cayman; we highly recommend Sting Ray City. Don't forget your snorkel gear, there is the most awesome reef very close to the condo.

An unbelievable location...private pool, private beach, and private lagoon. Your very own private paradise. My husband and I stayed here with our teenagers and another family and we felt like we were on our own private Island. The views are amazing. Great snorkling right from your own private beach. The unit itself was fully equipped and spotless. If you don't feel like cooking there are some great local places to eat within a few miles. The most relaxing place I have vacationed. There are boat trips and other activities available close by if you get tired of your private beach. This place is well worth the money.
