All I needed to bring was me! The condo is clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The owner was so hospitable and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. It's a friendly complex and very safe. I made use of the bicycles provided and walked the beautiful neighborhood where everyone says hello as you pass. It is close to honeymoon beach and a short drive from lots of great towns and sites. You can't go wrong with this condo.

Very nice location,layout of unit very nice. Met owner there and unfortunately the unit had not been cleaned.He gave us the option not to be obligated to take the unit., So we did not stay, He was very pleasant about the situation. We stayed with friends.

This Lady is a Realtor / Estate agent I am surprised she has left a review as she was not a guest, did not pay any money, had not paid a deposit and was in the area for approx 45 minutes in total
The Lady in question arrived in the condo, with 2 others, She called me and said the Condo was well presented but she had a problem, I arrived there within 30 minutes and met them outside, she took me in and showed me a small water bottle in a bin in the bedroom, and seemed very interested as to who had washed the linen ( she did not explain ), we then went into the kitchen and there was one glass on the sink, somebody may have taken a drink of water, It appears these two issues were evidence that the condo was not cleaned,
The only mistake I made was as it was a late booking I did not take a deposit, So she was under no obligation to take the condo, I invited her to leave as it was pretty obvious she had other arrangements made . I never gave her any option as she stated At no stage did I feel she had genuine complaints and i was satisfied that the condo was clean , and i saw no reason to have the cleaners back , or to offer same Although I did not have a deposit I turned down 3 other bookings for this period It is nice to have friends to give you free accommodation

This year(2011) was the 2nd year at this condo and we thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the condo and area. It was easy to make arrangements with the owner; no extra or hidden charges and the condo is very convenient to all major shopping including downtown Tampa; Clearwater beach etc. The condo has Pools, all linen,towels and all necessary amenities including local phone, internet, washer & dryer(new) dish washer, and all that one would expect in a rental. Our vacation was in a nice quiet gated community and we will be back. Top rated golf courses are nearby.

We have rented this condo for two months each of two years and will be renting it again in 2012. Pat is very accommodating and if there is anything that we are not satisfied with, he makes sure that things are fixed to our liking. The complex is very nice and very well taken care of. People are very friendly. There is two pools and tennis courts that are very well maintained.
