Get Away to the Beach!

Be close to the city but far away enough to not take hours to get to the activity. Just a short two miles from Highway 101, Sunrise Beach is is the place to stay! This is on a dead-end road, very quiet, surrounded by trees and right on the water with just a few short steps to the beach. Dig clams, search for oysters, kayak. You'll LOVE being here with your family. You'll have the entire property to yourselves with no interruptions. I should include that the dog in the picture is not included. She does, however, love to come and visit and she is quite friendly!

Our home has queen-sized beds and a single bed ('bed in a box'). The kit...chen is fully equiped and the outdoor grill is ready for a BBQ. Sit out on the lanai and enjoy the scenery, sit on the patio and enjoy a fire in the outdoor fireplace on a cool night.

It's a great option for a romantic get away or for a family vacation.

Are you coming to visit one of the college campuses or attend graduation? You are 10 minutes from The Evergreen State College, 20 minutes from Saint Martin's College and 10 minutes from South Puget Sound Community College and 25-30 minutes from Fort Lewis and another 5-10 minutes to McChord Airforce Base (JBLM - joint base lewis mcchord)

Barely 45 minutes from the Olympic Peninsula to the north and approx. 2 hours to Mt. Rainier to the east, our home is a FABULOUS place to use as a springboard for day trips to a variety of activies of interest. We are an hour south of Sea-Tac airport and 2 hours north of Portland.

If you are a surfer, we are located just over 1 hour from Westport which has a beautiful surfing beach or to Ocean Shores right on the Pacific Ocean.

Why stay at a hotel or motel when you can enjoy the comforts of home while on your vacation? Come join the fun at the beach and get out of the hustle and bustle of the suburbs!

This is a relaxing setting at the beach. Very light traffic, surrounded by trees and on the water just a few steps to the beach. If you're a bird watcher you won't be disappointed. If you just like watching wildlife you won't be disappointed. If you LOVE being in a quiet setting, you WON'T be disappointed. You will be 10 minutes from The Evergreen State College, 20 minutes from Saint Martin's University, 1 hour from the Pacific Ocean, about 90 minutes from downtown Seattle, 2 hours from Portland, 2 hours from skiing. There is plenty of parking. Shopping is close-by, 10 minutes to the west side of Olympia, 20 minutes from downtown Olympia.

  Upon walking into the home, you saw that it was exceptionally clean, Just the right touches to make it feel like home.
  
  While there we had an amazing site, Risso Dolphins swimming in the Inlet for hours.
  
  We sat outside at the fireplace for hours, and when it rained there was a covered patio in the front.
  
  The home was perfect for our small family gathering.
  
  The owner was fantastic to work with.
