As you enter the property the mudroom offers a great spot for kicking off your hiking boots or dropping your ski gear.
The new furniture throughtout make this condo a comfortable place to enjoy life and just relax.
The Master bathroom is en suite with a queen bed. The second bedroom has a flat panel TV and queen bed. The second bath is in the hall adjacent to the second bedroom.

My family and I rented this condo to attend our nephew's wedding in Squaw Valley. We couldn't have been happier with our choice. The interior is well appointed with up-to-date appliances, comfortable furnishings, a gas BBQ, washer & dryer, and a cook-friendly kitchen. There's even a covered parking place. The location is in walking distance of shops, Starbucks, hiking trails, and lifts. And of course, the view is magnificient! Although we visited during the summer, I would reccommend this condo for any time of the year!

Nice appartment for 2 couples with a 5 minutes walk from all the squaw ski lifts.

Visiting from our home in Pennsylvania, this rental worked-out perfectly for us. It was just the right size for four people. Nice view of the slopes. We have two teenage boys who ski and we the parents do not. The boys could walk to/from the slopes with no trouble. The kitchen was well equipped with adequate cooking supplies and nice appliances. We really appreciated having the basics provided like coffee filters (which we forgot at the store), paper towels, dish detergent, toilet paper, etc. with a few extra things like oil and spices available. The bath and showers were real nice and the porch barbeque was great to have. Covered parking was helpful with the heavy snow. Improvements would be to have a snow shovel for the walk, and the wireless server was still a problem; I contacted the service provider and worked out a solution, but most people would be unable to fix it themselves. Maybe a better quality router would help. There is a flight of stairs to the condo. Overall, we hope to rent here again some day! Thank you!

The second bedroom would be better with two twin beds.

We were very pleased with our stay here. The location is great - about a seven minute walk from Squaw's entrance, and even closer to a couple of the lifts. Picking up the key was very easy, since there's a lockbox right at the unit (so you don't have to deal with picking up a key from a central office). And the condo itself was perfect. It was well-stocked with kindling and wood for the fireplace, a gift basket with snacks and wine, a fully stocked kitchen, a large DVD selection, and so on. And it was incredibly clean - the cleaning fee is somewhat high, given the size of the unit, but it was clear that the cleaners do an unusually thorough job, so the fee seems worth it. One small hiccup: like a previous reviewer, we were unable to get the wifi to work (although it did work to plug our computers directly into the modem itself). Overall a great stay!

While we loved the location of this condominium we were distressed to find a family of wasps living in the chimney..they decided to come in out of the cold when we lit the fire.
Also, we could not get any wi-fi service during our stay.
Finally, while the kitchen was really well stocked and the condo was clean, the wall to wall carpeting desperately needs to be replaced. I felt I need to wear my socks when walking around.Response from Pullen Rental Group - 12/07/2011

Thank you for your review. After further research we concluded that the wasps might have come down the chimney or might have been in the firewood. This is very unusual and has not happened at this condo before. After your departure we sent a technician to investigate the wifi. It worked fine. Many guests need to understand that it is their own computer configuration that needs to be changed, not neccessarily the fault or configuration at the home they are staying in. We do provide the contact information for a computer technician who can reconfigure a guest's computer at the guests expense. The carpets at this condominium are cleaned on a regular basis and always have been. After your remarks we are yet again having the carpets cleaned. We are not quite sure how your socks became so soiled unless you might have walked outside on the deck in them. Once again the carpets are cleaned on a regular basis. This place was a very nice place to come to after a long day on the ski slopes. Granite counter tops and good stainless appliances in the kitchen, comfortable beds, and very clean. The service was great and check-in/out was a breeze. The only downside (if you can call it that) was Tahoe got 9 feet of snow the week before we came and the snow walls around the place made the lift no longer in walking distance from the place. No big deal because parking was easy.

Condo was very clean with comfortable furnishings and a well-equiped kitchen. Had a great view of the ski area. Wood-burning fireplace was nice for winter evenings. No drawer space in bedrooms - had to live out of suitcase. Walkway icy most of the time.

Very nice accommodations. A few concerns: no drawer space and limited closet space as owner occupied. This is a no no in my opinion. Alarm annoying - owner should give code to Pullen. No hot tub - would have been nice. and, I would advise the owners to get day to day plates rather than fancy china. Very nice but not practical.

We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of March, 2010. The unit is nicer than we expected and was fully equipped. It was the end of the season, so we drove to the lifts. Kitchen was great. DirectTV was great. Fireplace was great.
We would definitely come back and expect to next season. -

From the gift basket filled with goodies to the great views out the picture windows, this was an ideal vacation get away for skiing at Squaw. It avoids the hubbub of the Village yet is close enough to walk to the Far East lift. The condo was very spacious and comfortable, pleasantly decorated with all the amenities we were looking for.
