Great place for family get away. Younger kids can play at the park nearby and older kids can ski at Sqaw that's only a few minutes drive away.

The condo was very comfortable & well cared for.
Lots of stairs so probably would not be a good match for an elderly person.
The cleaner's did not do a very good job. There were spider web's in the kitchen between the bottom of the lower cabinets & the floor and it wasn't swept well at all.
The only other thing that was lacking was another bed comforter or something warm for the sofa sleeper. -

This end unit literally sits in the trees overlooking a meadow on one side, the forest on the back side, and the mountains from the living room deck. Step out onto one of the five balconies and you are nose-to-nose with trees. The breezes bring in the incredible piney smell. We fed squirrels, chipmunks, Steller's Jays, and even saw a marmot. The compact kitchen is modern. The master bath is a dream-come-true with a large jacuzzi tub/shower combo and a custom window view to the trees and a full moon. The condo, which feels like a house, has vaulted beamed ceilings throughout, tons of windows, and a view of the mountains while lying in bed. Every room has a balcony, and there's an enormous wrap-around balcony off the living room and dining room. Even the kitchen has a wrap-around balcony.There's a stone surround gas fireplace, a leather sectional sofabed, flatscreen t.v., wet bar, new carpet,Dvd's, boom box,board games,2 bikes,and a snowboard. There are 20 steps up to the unit. The main level has a small landing a storage closet and a bdrm and bathroom with a tub and rain shower. There's a fold-out futon, a twin size bed, and a fullsize mattress in the closet. Up a flight of stairs to the main living area, kitchen, modern half-bath, w/d, and separate dining room. The kitchen is complete with everything you need to cook, but their's no ice-maker an electric stove/oven. Up more stairs to one bedroom with a t.v.,comfy bed, windows, a balcony, a double futon bed/chair, and b/r with shower, tiled floor, and marble top sink. The 2nd room has a large comfy bed, futon/couch, big windows and it's own balcony. The bath has marble counters, double sinks, the jacuzzi tub. The decor in this unit is woodsy/Tahoe-esque blended with the updated modern features in the bathrooms and kitchen. The complex is small with private and scenic pool, jacuzzi, bbq, sauna. Park next door with bsketbll, soccer, playgrnd, 7-11 store and bike rentals 1 blk. Lake 10 min, Village 2 min.
