Nicely remodelled, well equipped and spacious cabin with terrific views of the mountains. Located in a quiet neighborhood a view minutes drive from Squaw village we could not have asked for more. We staid there in august for some great hiking and had a hard time leaving. If we go back in winter we will definitely book this cabin again.

When we walked in, we played a little bit of shuffle bedrooms as we figured out whether we would all sleep downstairs, or if we would claim the upstairs bedroom with the very large king bed, and our mom and our boys would sleep downstairs (which is what we ultimately did).
The family space upstairs was perfect for us to gather and enjoy a glass of wine and the twinkling stars. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked most of our meals during our stay.
The boys loved the loft - it was their space to watch dvds and get away from the adults.
The Convenience to base camp and high camp was awesome, and will make htis house a likely destination this winter when we come back up for skiing and snowboarding. -

We rented this house for the 2011-2012 ski season and couldn't have been happier. The house has been recently remodeled so all the finishes are new a high-quality. With four bedrooms and a loft there is plenty of space. The kitchen is huge and is stocked with all the standard cooking implements. The view from the living room is beautiful; you can see KT, Red Dog, Squaw Creek, etc. Location is also great -- only a few minutes from the Squaw village. It's also dog friendly, which we really appreciated.

This place is fantastic, and I highly recommended it. The place is very comfortable, spacious, and has everything you need. It's certainly a better drive to and from the mountain... the only drawback is the hill on the way back from the village if you're choosing to walk or bike.
