Bradkeel - superb in every sense

Left on 04/27/2013 for a stay in January 2013

Idyllic location, stunning views, superb facilities and 'caretaker' Heather just up the lane at the farm (who will welcome you, show and tell you everything you need to know and leave you with a well-stocked 'goodie' basket to work through). Perfect! Bradkeel Cottage is an excellent base for the sights of this wonderful and unspoilt part of Northern Ireland (and further afield), or just great for a totally relaxing away from it all break, or even if you need to work (with superfast free wifi broadband).

Holly and Ray have created a wonderful home and you'll feel privileged to be able to be there. Bradkeel is far more than just comfortable - you won't want to leave and you will definitely be thinking about when you could visit again!

Quiet, Peaceful, and Relaxing for all the family.

Left on 03/24/2013 for a stay in December 2012

The cottage is fully equipped with everything that's needed for a perfect family break. There are lots of extras that really make it a home from home, Our children (aged 7,13 and 15)love the games, toys and dvds and can really relax after enjoying a walk in the open air. The views from every window are spectacular, set in a perfect location in the Sperrins it provides an ideal base for hillwalking and exploring the surrounding area. The village of Plumbridge is only a short drive away if supplies are needed. We would not hesitate to recommend Bradkeel cottage to other families, and we always look forward to our next visit there.

A haven of peace and beauty

Left on 01/12/2013 for a stay in October 2012

We have stayed in Bradkeel cottage on 3 different occasions and have never been disappointed with the high standard the cottage has, from cleanliness to the welcome pack it is all first rate.
It is a perfect location for hill walking and also with the local village of Plumbridge only two miles away it is not so remote that you feel isolated, also neighbouring farms are visable but not encroaching on your privacy.
When we arrived we were warmly welcomed by Heather who settled us in and who is also on call if there are any further questions or problems (there weren't) the comfort of the cottage is most excellent and could not be improved on in my opinion. The underfloor heating keeps the cottage at a very comfortable temperture and there is also a log burning stove. With a reading room and views from every window it is the perfect location to get away from it all and unwind. Really cannot recommend it highly enough.

Beautiful immaculate cottage ! Home from home and great attention to detail down to the lovely welcome pack .Holly e-mailed to ask what we needed in the pack and it was absolutely brilliant with little extras . This was really appreciated by us all. The surrounding scenery is amazing and so peaceful . The walks we had were so relaxing n enjoyable and the walking sticks came in useful :) It is a bit far out but this adds to the peacefulnes of the place. The towns of Omagh, Enniskillen, Londonderry are 30 minutes away by car ( a car is essential ). Loved Bradkeel and will definately be back !!
