Beautifully furnished 1200 sq ft home all one level. Original Hard Wood Floors through out!! Large living room with trac lighting, a 35 inch TV, cable, DVD, Wifi and sofa sleeper. A glass and rod iron Dinning room table that seats 6.
A large fully stocked kitchen with tile counter tops and floors, dishwasher, glass cook top range, microwave, refrigerator and eating area.
An office area where an air bed can be placed for a 3rd bedroom, cable, desk area with wifi, IPOD docking station, TV, atrium doors and a small decik.

One time exit cleaning fee of $75.00
A refundable security deposit of $300 for rentals longer than 10 days is required.
Full payment is required on all reservations made less than 45 days before check in. Any balance on your reservation is due 30 days before check in unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing. All payment must be in US funds by cash, bank check, bank money order or PayPal. If you wish to pay via Pay Pal please contact us for arrangements. There is a processing fee assoicated with credit cards.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Your paid deposit will be refunded for cancellations occurring if made prior to 60 days before arrival. For cancellations occurring 30-60 days before your arrival the deposit will be forfeited. For cancellations made less than 30 days before your arrival, full payment will be forfeited. No refunds for any reason will be given for cancellations occurring on or after your check-in date.

We needed a place for our family to regroup during Graduation 2012 activities. This unit was located in a great neighborhood and convenient location.
We were able to sleep 5 comfortably and had the amenities of home and lots of room. Jodi was great - I would stay here again and our entire party loved the stay. Thanks Jodi and Gary!
