Cottage Profile Charming 800 sq ft on the shores of Lake Huron south of Point Clark. The large and spacious yard in front of the cottage, with direct access to the gradual-entry waterfront, makes this cottage the perfect spot to enjoy a family holiday where every day is a ‘beach day’. Pull up to the back of the cottage where you will find a covered car port and a nice grassy yard with a mix of sun and shade. On the other side of the car port is the sunny front patio where chairs, a picnic table and a lounge chair await you! At the rear of the cottage enter into a quaint kitchen where you can find the amenities needed to make a gre...at meal, including fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker and more. At the front of the cottage is where you’ll find bright windows looking out to the lake in a joint living room and dining space. In this space you’ll find hardwood floors and a dining table and chairs in a corner full of light from the big windows. The living room is complete with a comfy couch, lounge chairs and a fireplace. Make your way over to a bright sunroom where you’ll find a television and a pull-out Lazyboy single bed. There is also a door out to the front lawn. Also inside the cottage you will find a decorative 3-piece bathroom complete with a fabulous tub that is perfect for enjoying a soothing bubble-bath. In addition, there are also two cozy bedrooms each with a queen bed. There is also a shower at the cottage, which is located outside on the opposite side of the car port. It is walled in for privacy, and is a great way to rinse off after enjoying a day of sun, sand and play. Back out at the front of the cottage there are endless possibilities. Use the propane BBQ to cook up the perfect summer meal, and sit and enjoy the view from the patio. The spacious and grassy front yard goes right from the cottage to the shoreline and it’s the perfect place for the kids to run around and play games, or for you to sit in either the sun or under the shade of one of the trees and catch up on a great book. The firepit is located at the shoreline and there are plenty of chairs for everyone to enjoy roasting marshmallows on the fire while listening to the calming sound of the waves. It is shallow entry into the water, which is perfect for the kids. Keep in mind that the shoreline is a mix of stones and sand. Not far from shore is a small island with shrubs – a picturesque sight! A horse shoe pit and pedal bikes will keep the fun going. The cottage is not far from the opportunity to golf or you can take a drive into Kincardine for shopping and dining. Get out and explore Point Farms Provincial Park, just 20 mins away by car, take a walk to a sand beach just 500m from the cottage or take in the sight of the Point Clark lighthouse!
