Waiotahi Vila is an absolute beachfront, architecturally designed, contemporary beach house which captures the spectacular sweeping views of beautiful Waiotahi Beach, White Island and beyond. The house is exceptionally well appointed, offering air-conditioning, open fireplace, and BOSE entertainment/audio system. Full height sliding glass panels allow all living/dining areas to blend with the adjoining outdoor living areas as desired.

Waiotahi Beach is a wide, open, safe swimming beach located between the popular holiday destinations Ohope and Opotiki in the Eastern Bay of Plenty, and bordering the spectacular East Cape coast. The house is just 2-3 properties away from the surf club and additional reassurance of 'swimming between the flags'. Waiotahi Villa is ideally situated for day-trips to Gisborne, Rotorua, White Island, and the more scenic western side of East Cape. A great place for a truly memorable holiday!

The whole Family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank for such a wonderful experience. The weather was awesome, the location was amazing. On the morning we left, we were treated to an amazing site right in front of the house where pods of killer whales were feeding on the Sting Rays a long the beach line. Thank You again

Waiotahi Villa was a comfortable stay, although as there were only two of us staying there it was probably a bit big and would be more suited to a family/group holiday.

The house is perfect in every way. The location right on the beach means that old and young can come and go as they please, living areas are generous enough to accommodate large groups, the lay-out makes it perfect for either family or groups of friend travelling together, kitchen is well equipped - we prepared a great Christmas dinner there.Just the perfect place for a relaxing holiday.

The house was lovely and had everything we needed to an enjoyable stay. Would certainly think to come back and stay there again next time we visit New Zealand. Stayed there for 4 nights in the last few days of our visit to NZ (after spending a month visiting family and friends), before we flew back to the UK. Pros: Lovely spacious property with lots of light and beautiful decor. Loved the sound of the ocean outside. Cons: Cannot think of any.

Private Beach front house with clever and creative architectural design allowing for excellent indoor-outdoor flow and easily accommodating 8 adults or two families. Contemporary, relaxed and quirky feel with separate spaces to meet a family's diverse needs. Perfect for a couples getaway with very workable kitchen and large conversation inducing table.

Beautiful house, with everything you need. In a tranquil setting where you can walk out straight onto the beach. Amenities are within a few minutes drive. Just the place for getting away for a while.

Very nice villa set in an amazing location directly on the wild beach. Well equiped, lot of space and design furniture.
We have spend a very nice stay even if it was in winter. -

But the place needed a better clean as we had to re clean when we got there and better instructions on the use of the TV / Audio system for us simple folk. Apart from that as always, fantastic property and location.

Waiotahi Villas is an exceptional property well appointed and on the beach front.
We enjoyed a relaxing and restful holiday.
The property was well appointed with plenty of space. The ameneties that bthis place provided were outstanding and added to the overall experience.
We would not hesitate in returning or recomending this property to others.
