Golden Clouds, has one of the highest return guest record, is an outstanding and magical place, renowned for its excellent service staff, luxurious accommodations. This is a spectacular waterfront villa located in the picturesque banana port villa of Oracabessa. This is 15 minutes from Ocho Rios, and your neighbor is Ian Flemming’s famous “Golden Eye” Villa.
Golden Clouds villa is a luxurious 9-suite estate situated in a park-like 6-...acre setting. It is a spectacular oceanfront villa located on Jamaica's fabled North Coast in the picturesque village of Oracabessa. Located a fifteen minute drive from Ocho Rios, the villa overlooks a private palm fringed, white sand beach and the Caribbean Sea. Surrounded by manicured lawns and gardens, the property consists of a main villa with 7 suites and a garden villa with an additional 2 suites and its own kitchen and living area. Each building has a large veranda and its own swimming pool.
Golden Clouds has world-famous snorkeling directly in front of the property with multiple access points to the sea from the beach and by ladders, and features it’s own swimming platform located offshore for your convenience.
Other recreational facilities include a tennis court, volleyball court, shuffleboard, basketball half-court, and a modern fully-equipped exercise room. The villa is very popular with yoga enthusiasts and features its own yoga studio/spa. The villa common areas include a large living room which opens directly onto multi-level terraces running the entire waterfront length of the estate. The indoor dining area is directly off the living room and overlooks the sea. A large game room off the pool and exercise room with pool access are also common areas.
Golden Clouds villa sits high above the sea, overlooking the most fantastic shades of turquoise with a mix of sand, reefs and the deep blue sea right in the back yard of this lovely home. There is a white sand beach section for sunning on beach lounge chairs. Walk down a few more steps to a deck where you can slip into the water and cool down. This is a fantastic place for snorkeling.
There are many large indoor/outdoor living areas which open directly onto multi-level terraces, running the entire waterfront length of the estate, offering the most fantastic views from all points. There is a bar outside on the verandah and this makes sure you get your tropical drinks while relaxing, or entertaining, and taking the commanding ocean views.
All bedrooms are well appointed, very comfortable and spacious. All have air conditioning and private baths, hair dryers, ceiling fans and most have TV’s. The people who choose this special master bedroom will have their own special treats. The master bedroom boasts a bar, lovely balcony, private terrace and whirlpool bath.
The pool area is very special and has its own Cabana. Inside the cabana is a lovely and spacious area is totally furnished with its own kitchenette. This cabana has a very open airy feel, high ceilings and lovely wooden louver doors which open up the the outside cabana area. This outdoor area in front of the pool, is another area for relaxation, entertaining.
The pool terrace has its own complete thatched roof gazebo, a recreation, game and exercise room. There is an open BBQ facilities here for memorable out door meals on this terrace. Other amenities include a professional tennis court (pro available on request), basket ball practice, shuffle board, playground for kids, croquet lawn. There is also a digital satellite dish, CD stereo, VCR library, large library of books and fax machine.
Golden Cove (12 bedrooms), Wind Jammer (4 bedrooms) are the nearest villas to Golden Clouds if you have extra guests that need accommodation.

The Gazebo - This area is located on the main lawn with wonderful tropical plants and fragrant flowering foliage. The Bride and Groom along with the Minister are under the Gazebo.
The Beach - The glorious waterfront property offers a specially built large sand deck which offers the beach scene for some of our most wonderful weddings. Destinations weddings are made perfect at Golden Clouds ....getting married on a beautiful white sand beach at sunset. After the ceremony all the guests usually have the Champagne Toast up in the West Wing Patio.
The Front Terrace - Near the swimming pool area and overlooking the Caribbean Sea at Sunset. Champagne Toast takes place in the West Wing Patio. Golden Clouds villa is a large 9 bedroom villa which can accommodate 18 persons comfortably. If your wedding is of 18 persons staying at Golden Clouds, the head of household and most wonderful cook and organizer Blossom, can take care of your whole wedding for you. (if larger group of 18, you will require a caterer). Blossom is a master of organizing events for Golden clouds and has a wide repertoire of dishes which include: Roast suckling pig, Caribbean Lobster any style, curried shrimp, shrimp scampi, Fish escovitch, Red snapper Saute, Baked Lasagna, Chinese Fried Rice, Baked stuffed Red snapper, Jerked chicken and jerked Pork, BBQ Chicken and Ribs, Baked Honey Glazed Ham, Roast Loin of Pork, Baked Chicken Kiev, assorted mixed salads, roasted breadfruit, assosrted cheese and cracker platters, assorted vegetables with dip, desserts and much more!!!!
All suites at Golden Clouds have the same level of meticulous service and attention to detail that is found at 5-star hotels. The main difference in the various suites at Golden Clouds is the location on the property itself – with some suites having majestic ocean views, while others have limited garden or pool views. There are nine suites on the property – seven in the main villa and two in the garden villa “Golden Acres”.

One complimentary round trip airport transfer and a complimentary Fruit and Rum punch upon arrival is included in this rate. The accommodation-only package includes full staff, and features a chef, butler, housekeepers, gardeners etc. In this package the food is purchased separately by the guests and prepared by our chef. The guests can do their own grocery shopping, or our chef can do grocery shopping for them. In this case, the guests will be responsible to settle the grocery bill with the local grocery store by the end of their stay. When calculating meal costs for the accommodation-only package we suggest an estimate of $50 per day per guest. Tips for staff are not included in this rate. The staff tips are usually given in cash on the day of your departure and are 10-15% of accommodation-only price. If the client prefers, the tips can be prepaid at the time of booking.

In this package we include 3 meals a day, snacks, non-alcoholic beverages, all staff tips/gratuity as well as a van and a driver for the week.
