This is a newly redecorated two bedroom two bath condo and is very spacious. The living room and dining room wall is completely mirrored which provides a nice reflection of the ocean. You can step off onto a balcony just outside the living room and master bedroom. Both bedrooms have a king sized bed. The sofa lets out into a queen sized bed. The living room has a large 42" LED Flat Screen TV, a CD player and a DVD player. The kitchen is totally redecorated with new cabinets, granite countertops and stainless appliances. My daughter and I recently had the opportunity to stay in this beautiful condo. We loved everything about it: great location, easy access to the beach, beautifully furnished, comfortable, well equipped with everything you would need for a great vacation! The owner was wonderful to work with---answered all our questions and quickly took care of a problem that housekeeping had found while preparing the condo for our stay. We would definitely stay here again and I highly recommed this condo for your next vacation.

We had a great stay at a great nice condo. It was very well furnished with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen had all pots, pans, dishes and utensils, and all were new. The unit was clean and well maintained. The beautiful balcony over looked the pool and the beach and had very nice patio funiture. Great vacation. The owner was very nice and easy to deal with. This was my niece's and my first trip to the Gulf Shores. The finest sand I've ever seen and very clean water.
The condo is very nicely decorated and comes very well appointed. We had to cook several meals at the condo during our stay since my niece is a vegetarian and there's not a lot of vegetarian options in the area (that's true for the South in general). I'm an experienced cook and was surprised at the number of pots, pans, baking racks, roasting racks, stirring spoons, etc. in the condo (I did miss my Wusthoff knives, however, but no condo will come with those.). The appliances are modern and work beautifully too.
The condo is also around lots of shopping (souvenirs and groceries) and restaurants and very near things like dolphin cruises, parasailing, etc.
The complex has many pools - both indoor and outdoors. Just past the pools is the gorgeous beach and the gulf.

My fiancé and I loved Ms. Anne's condo during our summer vacation! It was very clean and absolutely gorgeous! Moreover, Ms. Anne was very friendly and helpful towards us. Whenever planning a trip for Orange Beach, I would highly recommend staying at Ms. Anne's condo!

This condo was more than we had hoped for. We had a gorgeous view of the ocean from our balcony with plenty of seating for all of us. The location was perfect for the pools and beach. We were right over the boardwalk. The condo is beautifully decorated with private bedrooms and baths. We tried a different seafood restaurant everyday and everyone rated excellent for us. We would love to come back again next year.

Condo is very clean and tastefully decorated and furnished. Great for two couples with king beds in each bedroom. Fourth floor location provides easy access and great view of the beach and gulf. Owner called to make sure everything was as we expected. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

I was so delighted to find this condo available for my last minute get-a-way. The owner was very helpful to me on short notice. I found it in excellent condition and very comfortable. It has a wonderful view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and the entire complex is family friendly and in a prime location. The condo was very nicely furnished and I found no problems what so ever. I highly recommend this unit.

Ms. Arnold's condo was our home for a week over spring break. Our family (teen-aged daughter, 12 year old son) had never been to the gulf coast before, so we had no idea what to expect. The area is gorgeous. We were surprised that Orange Beach is high-rise condo upon high-rise condo and not much else besides the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico and white sugar sand. The condo complex itself was nice, but not super high-class. We enjoyed the pool area (the indoor pool and hot tub often looked dirty due to the sand dragged in), the tennis and racquetball courts and the work-out room. Ms. Arnold's condo was a very nice accommodation and nicely decorated. The kitchen has been recently re-done and is top-notch and well-stocked; but be sure to bring any/all consumables such as plastic wraps, bags and the like. The only real downside was that we are not fans of soft beds at all and the king-sized bed in the master bedroom was way too soft (it has a squishy pillow-top) for our liking and my sleep was really hampered during the week. The only other thing not in great working order was one of the patio doors stuck in the track from all the salt/sea air corrosion. I did bring this to Ms. Arnold's attention, but she wasn't sure who took care of that...the owner or the association. We ended up always using the other patio door to get out onto the balcony. Overall, the condo was great, but the bed made for some very long nights. The other bed in the 2nd bedroom is more firm (I figured that out with one night to go)...but there's no lovely ocean view in that room.

We do have lots of high rise condos in Orange Beach, but we also have many other things to do and see here. Orange Beach and Gulf Shores are only about 4 miles apart and there are many things to see and do in Gulf Shores also.
I did refer the problem with the patio door not opening properly to the maintenance department and the problem has been resolved.
I am sorry the mattress was too soft for my guest. It is not a pillow top mattress. It is a 16" Euro Style "Plush" mattress. I travel a lot and I know there is never a bed as comfortable as mine is at home. Almost every guest I have tell me in their reviews how much they love my mattress. -

The condo was more up-to-date than any I have experienced at Phoenix 3 or 4. It was clean and well-maintained. And, the beds were really comfy! I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it.

We stayed seven nights and eight days in this darling two bedroom condo right on the beach. The kitchen and bathroom are totally remodeled and beautiful. Beds were very comfy. When we had problems, Anne was ready with a solution. She is great to work with. Free wifi and it worked! Delicious restaurants, and shops nearby.

My family and I love staying at this condo. In fact, this is the 3rd year we have stayed in Ms. Anne's condo and hope to make next year our 4th. This condo has beautiful decorations, great appliances, a big flat screen TV in the living room, and 2 king size beds. Ms. Anne is so nice and easy to get in touch with. I always enjoy getting back in touch with her each summer. I would recommend this condo to anyone!!

We had such a great trip staying in Miss anne's condo. It was very clean upon check in and everything I had read in reviews was right on. The condo was spacious, with a well equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. The beach is very accessible and the pools were great for days we weren't up for the beach. The only reason I gave a 4 for comfort was because one of the showers wasn't draining well when we got there, but after calling anne, it was repaired the next day! Thanks so much!

This was our second stay in Orange Beach and our first in this condo. The condo was very clean, comfortable and effecient for my family. We felt right at home. The balcony is ocean view once you go down the elevator you are on the beach in seconds. There are 3 pools so its very convenient for any age group. We will definately be staying at this condo again.

Fantastic holiday! We were very happy with the location. We normally do not stay in Gulf Shores so this was a pleasant surprise. The pool area and the grounds are well maintained and gave us the impression we were at a resort. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need or want. We will definitely be back.

This condo has a beautiful view of the Gulf and offers access to lots of fun things for the kids--indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis, plus the beach. The condo is very comfortable, and working with the owner was easy. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a wonderful place to stay. People were friendly and helpful. The condo was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the gulf. We watched dolphins from the balcony and walked the beach each day. The grocery store was just down the road which was very convenient. We went there to relax and enjoy the view of the gulf and that is just what we did. We had a wonderful time and hope to return again sometime.

Thanks for letting us rent your condo. Everything was so clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the TV in the bedroom. We think the media has done a number on the Gulf Shores
area. The beach, water, views, sunsets were all just great and we really enjoyed all of the wonderful seafood at many of the restaurants. A big plus for us was the outstanding extended off road bicycle trails that led us through shaded
areas that were safe and gorgeous. Never did get to the
outlets, though, too much fun at the beach!

We had a wonderful time in Orange Beach. We loved staying at the Phoenix III. Ms. Anne was wonderful and so helpful with everything. She made it so easy and was great at communicating! The condo is beautifully decorated and the furniture is comfortable! Especially the beds! There are lots of extra perks in this one because she stays there! Everything was so clean and neat! There is a great view from the balcony! The beach is easy to access and there is always someone to help you with any questions you may have. My favorite detail was that the towels are soft! When you've had a little too much sun that's really important! Thank you Ms. Anne, we'll be back!

We would again like to thank Ms. Anne for helping us have a great vacation. This is the third time my family and my best friend's family have stayed in this condo. Ms. Anne is so easy to work with and so gracious. There is just something special about having that connection with the person who owns the condo. This year was a little different because of the oil-going back and forth with the decision of whether to go. Again, Ms. Anne was so kind to keep us updated continuously with what was going on, giving us websites to view and even calling the condo herself to check on things. The condo is beautifully decorated with two king-sized beds-comfortable beds. The condo has everything you could possibly need and is in a perfect location. Thanks again, Ms. Anne, for a great trip. We rented the condo 04-30-10 thru 05-02-2010 for my daughter's wedding in Orange Beach. The condo is beautiful and exactly as described. I wish time had allowed us to stay a few more days. The weather wasn't great but no rain for the ceremony on the beach. Anne was so wonderful and helpful. She even arranged a meeting room for us where the ceremony could be held in the event of rain. This meant the world to me. She has never met us but wanted us to have a perfect day. :) We are going to go back and WILL return to Anne's condo. You can't go wrong with this property. It is VERY family friendly.

If you are looking for a place to let all your all tensions melt away, this is it. We loved the location, all the shopping, golf and great places to eat. Every morning walking the beautiful beach. My son and girlfriend came down the second week and must have really got comfortable because he asked her to marry him. Anne was great to work with and always available. Thanks for sharing your place with us, it will always be a time remembered and to date we think our best vacation.

This is the place if you are looking for a lovely condo and a restful place. As you sit out on the balcony and watch the waves, all tensions melt away. The condo is completely furnished with all the necessities, decorated beautifully and Anne is the ultimate owner. She's always available if you have any questions.
We love Orange Beach, the restaurants, the activities and the great Mardi Gras parades. Jim golfed 6 days a week. The beaches are great, we spent many hours walking and finding shells.
We are coming back next year and would recommend this property to everyone.
