Suncoast was wonderful to work with however our experience with summerchase was not. This condo is in a great location so it's sad to say that we had such a bad experience. The master bath had a lot of issues. Hair lots of it shot out of the jets in the tub the shower was covered in mold and the door handle was broken. Their staff was very unfriendly especially an older man working security. My quiet well mannered family of 4 seemed to rattle him some how? They have a strict rule on their hot tub that doesn't allow anyone under 16. This seemed very unfair to my 15 yr old especially since it was 55 outside and the small indoor pool was full of small children. I'm not sure where we should stay next time but it will not be at the moldy and rude summerchase.

It was a lovely condo right on Orange Beach and the view from the 11th floor wraparound balcony was amazing. Fabulous place to sit and enjoy the gulf breezes with coffee, etc. in the morning. The amenities were great also: short boardwalk to beach, beautiful outdoor pool, indoor pool when you need a break from the sun and jacuzzi as well. Very conveniently located to shopping and restaurants in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. Can't wait to go back! Highly recommend this unit!

I was so scared of all the horror stories that were gieving to us by friends about the beach, Out side our balcony, the beach never looked more gorgeous!! The condo we stayed out was wonderful!! I loved the master bedroom!! I had the best time! Next year we are going to stay a week not a weekend!

This rental was beautiful and right on the beach. It was refreshing to wake up and walk on the wrap around deck and take in the view. Very kid friendly and the location was perfect. Very close drive to many local resturants. We had a great time and enjoyed the pool and the kids loved the kiddie pool as well.
We however did not like having to go to a toally differnt building to pick/drop off the keys. Especially since the directions were not right on the map on how to get there. And the smaller bedrooms bed was as hard as a rock.
Overall I would highly recomend this condo to others. We really enjoyed ourselves! -

My family of 8 stayed a week. Had a great time. Condo was very spacious and clean. Beach was clean. Location is very good for a number of attractions (right in the middle of the Alabama beach).
Recommend highly. -

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Summerchase condos. We had a wonderful view from the balcony. I also liked that there was not another condo directly to either side of us. The condo itself was spacious and very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone.
