This condo is a great place to stay! It has a wonderful view of the ocean. Both the rooms and bathrooms were well done and comfortable. I only had two issues with the condo. The first problem that I had was that there was no sign on the main road leading to the condo. The second problem I had was with the internet. The internet was said to be free but when I tried to get on it it asked for a password. I made the rental agency aware of this so the problem may be fixed. Overall I would come back to this condo!

My family and I stayed here in March of 2011. This is not the nicest condo in which I have ever vactioned, but we were looking for an inexpensive place, close to the beach with enough space for last minute trip, and this fit the bill. It is clean, spacious and well-equipped. It was not beach front, but very close to the beach. My complaints are that the patio screen door was broken, the living room TV did not have a remote and the master shower did not drain well. Also, I think Young's Suncoast overcharges to make the reservation. $89 to answer the phone and make the reservation seems a little absurd to me.
In all, not the best, but not the worst place. -

It is disappointing that this guest would review his stay in Seascape 203 so low. This is a beautiful property with many happy guest reviews. When the guest reported the ant problem, Young's Suncoast contacted the condo association, who has the pest contract. When no one came to take care of the problem we contacted them again and sent our staff to spray. We were in frequent communication with this guest and offered to relocate him to another unit in the same building. He declined and said he would just leave early. Upon inspection after departure, we could find no ants. Perhaps the pest control company took care of the problem or there was another reason this guest chose to leave early. Any future guest staying in a property with Young's Suncaost can be assured that the unit will be in great condition and problems addressed and communicated quickly to the satisfaction of the guest, if at all possible. We apologize this guest was not satisfied with his stay and will be in communication with him to try to earn his confidence back.

vacationa very relaxing time

when arriving we passed it so it needs a sign for spotting. upon arriving and getting out before you head up the steps there was a traffic cone at the bottom of the steps wood needed to be replace some one could get hurt, arriving in my room the room was very nice reasonable rate for a quick weekend get away the lady at the desk was very pleasant and helpful and very understand about returning the key we were able to take key back on our way out did not have to make special trip at 10. i will be staying again or at least using youngs suncoast.

We cancelled our stay this year, due to Alabama Senator Richard Shelby's REFUSAL TO support a bailout loan to my employer General Motors.
Previous experience with Young's Suncoast and Seascape has always been very good. We missed our vacation this year, and the wonderful warm Southern Hospitality that the fine people of Alabama have always shown us. We hope to return next year, and also to want to express thanks to the Young's Suncoast organization for always treating us well.

The employees were very friendly and informative. The condo was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed to cook our meals and relax in the evenings (VCR/DVD). The location was great! We only had to walk about 20 feet to where the sand began! The view from our balcony was beautiful with palm trees, sand, and the ocean; however, the lot infront of us was for sale, which can only mean than in a matter of time a brand new condo will be standing right in front of our balcony. Thus, the view will no longer be as beautiful. Hopefully, SunCoast will update their pictures so as not to mislead future renters when the inevitable happens.

We really enjoyed the condo. Nice rooms and view, could even open the balcony doors and listen to the waves. However, there was construction of new homes between the condo and the beach. Once they are completed I'm sure you will not have the oceanview as when we were there.
