This was a good place for us. It was a little out dated but for the price we were pleased. It was a good location. We took the grandkids and they loved both of the pools. The hot tub was very nice. All of the rooms were spacious. Of course Paw and I got the King so the children could sleep with us. The property was very clean. The only problem we had in our unit was the food disposal had a nasty smell coming out of it. I called Youngs, they told me to put ice cubes down in it and that seem to help. I loved going through Youngs, everyone was so nice. We will stay here again next year if it is avaliable. I booked this same unit for my Mother-In-Law. Sure wish I was going back.

The condo was great. Beach was beautiful.
Be nice to have a designated smokers area by pool so those of us that do not smoke don't have to smell it.
Got a little noisey late Thursday night (before Memorial Day) due to folks coming in for holiday. They were in and played music till about 2am. -

Loved the ease of getting around on the five lane beach road. Condo was perfect and in great condition. Not too big or small, slept six very comfortably and had a very large balcony. Especially liked the convenience of the close parking and not having to deal with a parking garage. The beach was pretty full so the kids felt like there was a lot going on, but still very easy to "find a spot in the sand" Liked the fact that it's not a huge condo so the elevator waits were short even though the condo's were nearly full. Overall, we were very satisfied and will definitely be back!

We went to Orange Beach to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday with our daughters and grandchildren. We were very pleased with the condo. The view was beautiful. There was a balcony off the master bedroom and the living room. The pool was nice and there was a kiddie pool. It was convenient to access the beach. We left our umbrellas and chairs down at the beach all week.
It was nice to have the washer/dryer in the condo. Also, it was next door to the Holiday Inn where we had other family members staying. One thing to be aware of is the coffee table and dining table in the condo are glass. I moved the coffee table out of the living area because of the toddlers. We would stay at this condo again.
