This unit was very confortable with most things we needed at hand. We plan to stay here again. The owner was very good to work with.
Only problem...we ate way too many fried shrimp in local restaurants. -

Had a fabulous stay at your facility. The only problem was that my stay was too short!!
This unit was very modern, clean and had all the extras one could want. The condo's facilities were well maintained and clean. This 2 bdrm unit was a bit smaller than I anticipated, but had a great time, none the less. Thank you again for sharing with me. -

This was our first family vacation and it was spectacular! Tidewater was great and I felt very safe there. Our condo (508) felt like home, furnished with real furniture vs. palm trees, wicker, and seaside decor. It was close to everything which made it convenient but the actual condo made us want to book 508 again! Loved it and can't wait to visit again.

We enjoyed the condo, especially the gulf front view. We really liked having a hot tub, and an indoor pool, but, even though it was supposed to be heated, it was too cold to swim in. We found the unit to be a little small, but very well decorated. We were not able to view a movie the first night; maintenance had to come over and hook up the dvd player, and the cd player did not work. In spite of a few glitches, we had a wonderful time.

Renting through Young's Suncoast Realty was a pleasure - lots of great properties to chose from, friendly and professional service, etc. We will definitely be using them when planning our next beach vacation.
We had a great stay at Tidewater 508. The complex is conveniently located and the condo was perfect. We couldn't figure out how to get the cable to work in the living room, but since we didn't spend much time indoors and the cable worked in the bedrooms it didn't matter to us at all.
This was my daughter's first trip to the beach and she absolutely loved it! We'll definitely be back! -

We had two families staying and there were no linens for the pull out sofa. The kitchen needed to be mopped when we got there. It smelled a little musty(I'm sure just because it had been closed up.)Once we got the air going it was better.The light was out on the balcony and were no light bulbs to replace and the place could use a few tools to repair stuff. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. It was large enough to accomadate 6 people and in a perfect location. We will rent from you again.

The condo was beautiful and very clean. The only problem was the site of check in. It is too far from the condo. I could not take the beach express and was stuck in miles of traffic on Hwy. 59.

This unit is overall nice. The bedding is worn and the pillows are few and old. There was NO bedding for the sleeper-sofa. The Kitchen was poorly equipped. The unit was cleaned by us upon arrival. I got the opinion this unit is for profit only. A few hundred dollars spent on the 'little things' would work wonders. The dish washer did not work. The Tidewater complex was very inviting, clean and well-kept. Security was good. We are seasoned vacationers and made the best of things, but we will not rent this uhit again.
Young's Suncoast has better properties such as Crystal Towers.
