The master bedroom and living room open onto a huge furnished balcony that is right above the beautiful outdoor pool. You can enjoy the stereo sound from the balcony speakers as you sip your wine and watch the sunset. There's even a large garden tub/jacuzzi and stereo speakers in the master bathroom! Just returned from a wonderful Mother's Day Weekend family getaway. This condo was very nice! The balcony was very large with beach views. If you are looking for relaxation..this is your place, family fun, this is your place, romantic getaway..this is your place! The location was perfect, no elevators, very short walk to the beach (approx 3 min from your front door to the beach). The owner was very easy to work with. The pictures does not do the property any justice! My children loved it and we had beautiful weather. Noise was not an issue! My children did not want to leave. We will definitley be back! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo!

This is the best condo ever! Everything was great, from the location, easy access, parking, convenience, space, amenities, view and comfort! I will be definetly staying here again. Oh, even with teenagers! The only thing is I wish it would have been a little warmer. Great place! Loved it! Thanks Linda

Just returned from a family getaway. The owner was very easy to work with and the condo was easy to access. The balcony was large and had great views. We had a great time and the kids especially enjoyed the indoor pool, racquetball, and being able to shoot basketball since the weather was cooler-equipment was provided free at front desk. Entrance to unit was right off lobby which was great for convenience but concerning for noise but sound was not an issue (even during Spring Break)! Easy access to both Pensacola where we saw Blue angels practice and to Gulf Shores and then Foley for the Outlet Mall. Thank you for sharing your condo!

We were very disappointed with the up keep of the condo. A fresh coat of paint would have made a big improvement. All the amenities and decor have never been updated. The mattresses were horrible & there's no way that place accommodates 8 people comfortably. It seemed like everything in the place including linens was at least 20 years old. Must have very low expectations. The only positive comment that I can make is that it's a good location with a beach front view.

Clean and comfortable beds.
First floor, first level up, eliminates elevator waits.

This is a great condo. I had my wife and 2 kids with me as well as a sister and my mom. Plenty space for everyone. Convenient kitchen, huge balcony one level over the pool to enjoy the view of the beach and the pool. Room to exercise downstairs and an indoor pool if the weather turns wet. I really enjoy having a condo on the lobby level. No need to wait by the elevator. This was our 3rd trip over the last 4 or 5 years. Plan to return in the future.

If you are looking for on the beach, lots of room and a great view this is the place! Location is perfect, easy check in and plenty of choices for food. What a great condo and the balcony is the best seat in the house for sunrise and sunsets. It was very easy booking the unit wth the owner.

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. The location is great. Close to all the restaurants and other places we like to go. We've been going to Orange Beach for years. This was a great condo-decorated beautifully. Great being on the 1st floor..no elevators to wait on..just walk from the parking lot right into the condo. I would recommend this condo highly and plan to stay there again.
