This condo is an investment unit that the owner clearly never stays in. It lacks some basic items like end tables and lamps in the living room that make for a pleasant stay. The shower hardware is original and doesn't work well. We had plumbing problems that didn't get solved until Day 3 of our stay. The anchor Vacation Rental personnel were responsive, friendly and did a great job helping out. My advice: find a nicer, updated unit.

This unit falls far short of expectations. Pictures posted with the listing give a good impression, however the unit actually is in shabby condition. The carpets are filthy and there are issues with the plumbing. The toilet in one bathroom was apparently "fixed" a week or two before our stay. The day we checked in there was a large flood in the master bathroom, that spread into the master bedroom, which rendered the unit uninhabitable. Thankfully the property manager (Anchor Vacation Rentals) stepped up on short notice and was able to place us in a unit in another condo complex which saved our vacation.

Again, I would like to apologize for the issues with the unit. Association had been down previoiusly to fix a leak that was coming from another unit. The issue was reported and taken up with Management at Seaside Beach & Racquet once again and has been fixed.
We are in the process of scheduling carpet cleanings for several units. We hope to have this units taken care of before the end of the month.
I am glad everything worked out with Tropical Winds once you were moved!! Again, I do apologize for the inconvenience of having to move but I am thankfull we were able to get the situation taken care of for you to enjoy your stay with your family. -

We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were very nice and clean. Would recommend this to everyone. We will be visiting again very soon.
