Service was excellent - however, once we arrived the place was perfect and I didn't need service! Comfortable and perfect size for a small group or small family. Families would love that the balcony hovers the pool - if you want a little more quiet, you would probably prefer a higher floor, but I love all the activities at the beach and loved the view and convenience of being on the ground level. Condo had everything you needed - WiFi worked great, kitchen was properly stocked, condo was clean and cozy. My favorite was the location, comfort and price. Least favorite...that I couldn't stay longer!

All The furniture was very old, worn and outdated. The Plastic Patio furniture mismatched and an old rug on patio had deteriorated, roaches were in the kitchen, the microwave was melted from a fire. It is On 1st floor by pool and people kept staring in our condo and we werent there an hour. However, the rental company was awesome. They quickly showed and offered us another condo when I complained that it wasnt what I expected that was in another building, it was larger, newly redecorated and in a great location, beautiful. The agent refunded some of my rent back since the new condo was cheaper. I would rent from Preview Gulf shores next time but not this condo until it is refurbished.

We replaced the microwave and have installed a brand new one. Housekeeping was fired and we hired a new company that has been doing a fantastic job. The patio furniture was replaced and the rug outside on the balcony was thrown away. Being on the 1st floor overlooking the pool has been a great feature for families with young kids. The adults can sit out on the balcony while their kids swim in the pool. Older adults wanting some privacy during their stay would probably refer to be in another condo but plenty of guest have loved staying here because of it overlooking the pool.
