This three bedroom, two bath, 1400+ sq.ft. premium condo was fully remodeled and wonderfully decorated in 2008 and is a NON-SMOKING unit. If you are looking for something cheap try select, look elsewhere, we only offer the best at a reasonable price. As an end unit it has a unique and secluded entrance leading to a foyer beautifully tiled in a designer pattern. Turning to the right and down the hall past wonderfully framed artwork you enter the den. You will notice that this premium condo has custom curtains and window shears or blinds to darken or soften the interior lighting and has extensive crown moldings throughout.

In the... tiled den, the floral queen-size sleeper sofa with matching chair and his and her recliners are accented by a marble coffee and side tables. The large entertainment center houses a 47” flat screen Sony HDTV, 5 disk CD/DVD player with Ipod/Iphone port, AM/FM stereo, Blue Ray DVD, and Xbox 360 with dual controllers; all interfaced to a home theater system with surround sound. This is for those days or nights when the weather is not cooperating or when Dad or Grandfather would like to watch the game, a round of golf, or NASCAR race while others sunbath or use the many features that Phoenix VI has to offer. Just off the den is a large wrap-round Gulf view balcony with heavy wooden furniture with padded seats and lounge chair. As an end unit you can enjoy a more open feeling, only having neighbors on one side. In the kitchen are tile floors and a wood and rattan baker's rack with barware and quick storage area for groceries. The countertops and backsplash are fully tiled with wood cabinets and white appliances, including a flat top stove and the island has seating for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped so that the gourmet in you can have all that you need and a microwave oven for quick meals. The dining area has a heavy glass table with six chairs.

As for sleeping, the large master bedroom has a king bed, with matching Rattan dresser and nightstand and an entertainment center with a Sony flat screen HDTV and DVD player. You will also find a Bose Wave-II Radio/CD equipped to play from your Ipod/Iphone. The master has a dressing area with designer glass mirrors and a large walk-in closet. Just off the master is a north-facing private balcony decorated with heavy metal furniture to enjoy the views of Terry Cove and sun sets, a feature found only on end units. The second bedroom features two queen beds in white wicker, with a dresser, nightstand, and mirror, plus flat screen TV and DVD player. The third bedroom has a queen bed and white wicker furniture including two nightstands, a chest, dresser with mirror and accent lights and a flat screen TV. We have a wonderfully decorated premium Condo that will not disappoint. It was totally renovated in 2008 and we have up-graded the window treatments and electronics throughout the unit. You will enjoy the front and back wrap-around balconies, windows in every room, heavy draperies for sleeping in late and a private entry only available on end units such as ours. We enjoy dining in the unit or at many fine establishments within walking distance or a short drive. The Shrimp Basket is one of our favorites just across the street and visible from the back balcony. Zeke’s Landing offers excellent boat charters and dinning facilities.

Notice our set back from the beach, this is a reserve for turtles and other wild life and our condos feature red exterior lighing to keep the little turtles from getting confused. We help save their species and must walk a little further to the beach. It is nice to know we and the persons that rent our condos care.
