Step inside our brand new, professionally decorated, 10th floor, 2,430 sf C-building condo. It is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath that will sleep 10 comfortably with 2 Kings, 2 Fulls and a Sleeper Sofa. It was designed with your every relaxing vacation need in mind.

The stress begins to immediately melt away....

Stop by the wet bar and help yourself to your beverage of choice. Maybe it is a bottle of your favorite vino from the wine cooler, or perhaps you would prefer to whip up a batch of margaritas or daiquiris in the blender? Or, the swing open the big Sub-Zero refrigerator in the gourmet kitchen and pull out the sweet tea or grab a cold beer? Unwind in the oversized Jacuzzi tub or relax your muscles in the multi-jetted walk-in shower. Hop into your private hot tub, or, just grab a seat on the balcony and watch the waves roll in and the porpoises swim by. Getting hungry? Throw some fresh jumbo gulf shrimp or a juicy steak on the grill right there on your balcony.

Ready to head to the beach? Grab your sunglasses; the glare from the white sand will be bright. Go for a stroll. Pick up a sand dollar or some shiny shells. Find your umbrella and lounge chairs. Feel the ocean breeze. Smell it. Hear the waves crash. Get lost in the tranquility.

Back inside, each bedroom has its own private bath allowing larger families or groups the benefit of not having to share or take turns! The master is fitted with a king bed and has a bathroom suite that will meet even the most demanding expectations with a multi-jetted walk-in shower, oversized Jacuzzi tub, dual lavatories, flat screen TV and giant master closet. The second bedroom also includes a king size bed and its private bath includes a large Jacuzzi tub and massage shower head. Our 3rd bedroom has two full beds and it’s own private bath as well with a large walk-in shower.

  Being located on the 10th floor, one avoids lobby noise, tracking in sand, sticky salt low blowing Gulf air, beach noise. The 10th floor balcony offers great views of the Gulf and beach activities, especially with the help of binoculars. The 10th floor balcony offers privacy giving a person the opportunity to walk out and enjoy a cup of coffee withoutd having to get dressed or even slip into the hot tub dressed in the buff. I have stayed in the condo three time and because of the condo's location and view, I have yet been tempted to leave the pad for the beach. And I'm an outside and water type guy. The elevators are so conveniently located to parking and entering the condo, I have never waited more than 15-20 seconds for an elevator, or taken more than 3-4 minutes to get from my car to walking inside the condo. With help from one of the conveniently located luggage carts, I have never felt the need for additional help...I'm 74 years old! The carts are large with swival wheels, along with easy to open garage doors and automatic elevator doors, its just a matter of putting large or small amounts of luggage on the cart and taking it off. Its a lot easier than loading my car before leaving home. I like the way the entrance door can be "snaped" open, I don't even need someone to hold the condo door open while wheeling the cart in and out. My standard size van has no trouble getting into the garage and parking space. Really a "no hassal" condo.

  The stricking double turquoise towers were easy to locate. The clean, assessable parking garage and elevators with views were top notch. My husband and I enjoyed the excellent decor and spaciousness of the 3 bedroom home we visited. The home has a dream kitchen and a huge laundry room. The generous balcony and view were a super plus. This is a very special, tranquil location to be busy with multiable activities in the area or to enjoy the white sandy beach. Walking from the Turquoise Place pool patios across a wooden walkway made the beach seem closer. I enjoyed the easy beach access and the welcoming atmosphere of this lovely home. What a special place to experience with friends!

  My wife and I stayed at your lovely condo the week after Labor Day. Not only was you condo a 10+, we couldn't have asked for better weather and no crowd being the week after Labor Day. With your lovely kitchen and grill on the balcony who needs restaurants? There are several seafood and meat market close to the condo. You just can't beat fresh Gulf Seafood! Can't wait to go back. The Lazy River is worth the trip alone!

  Great Place, Great Staff, Can't beat the views

  We stayed over Labor Day weekend and my only complaint is that I had to leave Tuesday to go back to work. There were activities for the kids at the pool everyday. We enjoyed both the indoor pool, the outdoor pool and the lazy river. Friday night there was a movie playing at one of the pools for the kids on a huge inflatable screen. The pool had a live band every afternoon. The condo was great. The kitchen is a cooks dream, wolf appliances and sub/zero refrigerator. Wish my house was this nice. Owner provided X-box for the kids and a DVD in each room. Thanks for all the great memories. We will be back.

  First class condo, it was absolutely gorgeous. Had every amenity you could imagine. It was sooo comfortable and relaxing we never wanted to leave the property, it was so much fun to relax in the hot tub on the balcony at sunset. We did that every night. The kids lived in the Lazy River. Will definitly be back.
