Beautiful condo with a great view!! Plenty of things for the family to do at the resort. We never even made it to the beach! Demetri was a pleasure to work with and made the registration and check in process a breeze.

The rental unit was very nice and our family had a great time. The only negative comments I have are that the shower curtain liner in the bathroom was moldy and ripped and the front bedrooms would benefit from some room darkening binds. Neither of these items distracted from our stay.

We love it there! The property manager is awesome!
He called and made sure we were happy and if we needed anything. I happened to mention it would be nice to have a very large fry pan but otherwise OK. The next day he showed up with a very nice pan! We love the service we receive every year and no complaints here. The only recommendation I could possible make is from an old persons view is a more comfortable recliner! -

We loved our stay at the Caribe Property and in Unit C604. Great view and very functional unit for our young family. We have two small children ages 3 and 2 the space was ideal. The indoor pools made the weather a non-factor. Easy to get in and out and enjoy restaurants in the area. We are looking forward to returning for next years vacation.

We brought our California family in for three nights in August. The check-in process was easy, and we were extremely impressed with the management and our exceptional greeting. We felt like we were at a five-star facility. The condo was decorated very tastefully yet was comfortable. The view from the balcony was spectacular! The pools and the lazy river on site were great for the children as well as adults, and beach access was easy. Once on the beach, we felt like we were on a private oasis! My family was so impressed that they said they wanted to return next year; so, yes I would recommend this unit.

Loved our vacation to Caribe. Property Management agent fantastic to work with. Only complaint was stained carpet in some areas.
Children loved pools. Wish the property was directly on the beach. -

Great time in unit C604. The condo was in great condition and well appointed. We enjoyed the fabulous location and great views of Robinson Island and Terry Cove! Check in and out procedures were convenient and Demetrius did a great job of communicating with us. All in all a great vacation. Thanks for sharing your condo. We will recommend it to our friends!

Our Family had a wonderful time at the Condo during our stay. The condo was beautiful and we felt at home and didn't want to leave when it was over.There was ten of us staying at the condo ranging from 3 years old to 60.We had plenty to do at the Caribe from fishing on the docks to relaxing in the lazy river.The Property Manager Mr. Zitsos was very Friendly and Helpful from setting up our reservations to when we checked out, on stay was perfect. We will be staying here again in the near future.Being from Mobile, Al we have stayed at many different places thru the years,this was by far the best condo with the best amenties. Thanks again The Rachel family.

This is our third year in a row staying at the Caribe resort. This unit needed a few maintenance repairs (minor) but was clean overall. We have a big family with a wide range of kid's ages (2-18 years) and we find that all of our children really like this resort and location. The indoor/outdoor pools and lazy river are almost like having a water park at the hotel and provide options even if it is too cold to swim outside. We can walk to the beach so we don't have to load up everyone in the van and that also keeps the vehicle cleaner (no sand). Dad and some of the kids love to fish and every year we have had a great outing on the gulf, which we can access right outside the resort. Overall, this is a family favorite, safe, clean, and convenient! We will certainly be back.
