The condo has a great water view of Perdido Pass that includes a 30 foot boat slip. Stylish and comfortable furnishings, granite and stainless steel kitchen with all cooking amenities. Tiled throughout including the patio with teak furniture and fans galore. Relax by two pools, one on Terry Cove Bay or minutes to the beach.
Fishing is fantastic here, whether your catching flounder off the pier or Speckled Trout and Reds in the back bays. For big game fishing you are just three minutes to the Gulf. A low-rise condo complex. It is not over populated. The two pools on the property are never crowded. Nice area to get your walking in! The back bay supplies a nice even breeze.

As an early riser, loved to greet the day with a wonderful view of the bay. Usually a great blue heron hanging around. I know why the 'snowbirds' come south to Orange Beach, it was bare foot and t-shirt weather in January. We had the slider door open to the balcony the whole time. The condo is very comfortable. Modern with an asian tropics feel, not that pastel beachy stuff. Wonderful colors of burnt orange and greens. Well stocked kitchen with all the gadgets. Beds were very comfortable. Handy washer/dryer. We used the stairs, but there is an elevator. Quick mart across the street. Short drive to lovely public beach, restaurants and grocery store. Our first night we had dinner on the deck of Harbor Grill at a nearby marina. Owners were very helpful. Making plans for my next visit!
