Took my daughter, her friends and my best friend for a after graduation trip and stayed here - it is nicer than it shows in the pictures! The balcony was the best part - huge and awesome view! I would definately stay in this room again :)

I cannot express how much we enjoyed our vacation staying at Windward Pointe. Our balcony directly overlooked the beach for an awesome view and exceptional convenience. The property was very clean, and the kitchen very fully equipped, even with a few spices. The washer and dryer were also an added convenience. The kids had a great time playing on the beach and swimming in the outdoor and indoor pool. The hot tub was also very relaxing.
The only criticisms I have are that the lock was VERY tricky to use. It also would have been nice if a couple of extra kitchen trash bags were included. Other than that, everything was perfect. It was one of the best vacations we have ever had. -

The condo was not properly cleaned when we arrived. A previous occupant had apparently served seafood of some type and not disposed of it correctly, so the entire kitchen reeked of the smell of spoiled seafood. The dining room table had crumbs from a previous meal. The A/C had some problems, I believe a leak of some kind. So, we had to call for maintenance service within the first few hours of our arrival. Otherwise, the condo was comfortable and spacious. Our stay was at the end of the summer right before school began, so the building was crowded with other families, but other than the pool area being a little "busy" at times, it was not problematic. We did want to stay a half-day later and asked the rental company several times about this, but eventually (after several phone calls) they let us stay an extra hour or two for no additional charge.

We have visited the area for the past 20 years. This was our favorite condo thus far. The spare bedrooms were seperated from the MBR by the kitchen, den. Perfect for traveling with teenagers! The condo was in a great location and well kept. Huge patio.

The condo is right on the beach, but decor is a little outdated, and it was not very clean. It isn't 'resort-like', it's condo-like and that was fine (except for beforementioned). The views are beautiful and the beach was clean, and the location of the units is very nice. Kids had a blast in the pool, which was also nice.
