Stayed for a family get away. Floors were disgusting... Had to pre clean everything which we do anyways when we travel. I look at this place as more of a Frat house (if I was coming to strictly party and not care) beach access was ok if you want to cross a 5 lane highway. Went to the pool and had numerous pictures taken of me by a renter on the very top right hand side directly above the pool. Walls paint were chipped off, screen door was broken and there was mold in the shower. It did great for the purpose of just wanting to get away. But not the greatest with the big family I went with. Too small!!
It was nice to get away, price was very reasonable and front desk did let us check in early, (which maybe why the room was so gross) but appreciated. I would prob stay again if I was going for a girls weekend, not with the family.
Oh and had to drive to two different places for our keys!

The service was great!!! The Condo was so nice. It was very clean and decorated just beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great. Close to everything and the view was very pretty. We would defiantly stay her again. The also had a security guard there. That was nice!!!
Wonderful ocean view & family friendly unit!

I was very disappointed with the condition of the room that we reserve. The pictures look different and everything was in such poor condition and very filty. The room was filty and the door was open so we didn't need a key to get in. Even when they sent someone to clean the room after two hours, your first impression is very important and it ruined my vacation and I will never rent with your company again. Whoever owns that appartment, they need to update their furniture people pay to much money to come to place with holed in the couch with dirty carpet, and floors in the bath that looks like you put dirt in the corners. The place looks horrible!!!

Wrong condo for my family

Enjoyed our vacation; however, there were a few things that could be improved in this condo.
1. the ice maker does not work
2. bedding on bunk beds had a foul smell
For a family with small children that want to go to the beach often, I would not recommend this condo complex due to the fact you have to cross 5 lanes of traffic to get to the beach or drive to the public access across the street which has limited parking.
Great family vacation.

We loved the condo and the employees of Young's Suncoast Vacation Rentals. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We did have a problem finding the office to check in because we did not receive directions with our confirmation e-mail.
The home was lovely but the mattresses on the bunks were hard and caused my 18 year old some backache. I loved the master bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom. The decor was bright and cheery. I really liked being across the street from the public beach. It was beautiful. Shopping was also very convenient. It would be very difficult to pick out what we liked best and the only complaint was about the bunk mattress. We felt at home and thrilled with the condo.

We enjoyed our stay very much at this condo, but the first thing we noticed was the smell of smoke. This was supposed to be a smoke-free unit but someone had smoked there at one time. Once in, the smell diminished. Bed was smaller than a queen.Sliding screen door was unusable. Everything else was great! Loved the view from balcony(not the traffic though),loved the kitchen. Good space for the money paid. Wish we could have stayed longer! Hoping to go back in September 2010!
One great summer

We had a very good time! And will never forget it! The Condo was great! I was a little dirty when we arrived! We had to clean our sheets, dishes were in the cabinets dirty, and dust the fan. And there were no cairs on the balcony. It didnt bother us to do those little things, but others might! Its been two weeks and we miss it like crazy!
A rainy vacation

I love the home although it was sort of hard crossing the highway to get to the beach. Several times we just took the car to the state parking lot across the road between the showers that were coming through a little too often. Everything was clean and well kept. We did not use the pool although it was inviting. Other than the rain showers interfering, it was a great get-away from home. I will stay at Grand Caribbean again and soon if this unit is available when we can get away. The only drawback is the road noise if the door is open, otherwise it is a great location and like staying in my own home. With the door closed there was absolutly no outside noise.

We spent a great week just across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, in the Grand Caribbean.
The codo was perfect, well stocked, homey, and best of all we woke up every morning to sit on the balcony and enjoy the Gulf at it's best.
Young's suncoast's staff was great! They did anything and everything they could to make not only our stay but the whole experience wonderful.
