Covington, LAOwner of House shouldn't rent it

We got there and everything was good with Young's Suncoast. The problem arose with the owner of the house. He has two houses in this subdivision and I guess all he has to do is complain about whatever goes on in either one of them. I had a boat and the parking area was full so I parked on the sidewalk in front of the house and this started all of it. I started getting calls to move the boat when there was a boat on a trailer right down the street that was there when I got there and there when I left. The last call I got threatened to have my boat towed so we decided to leave which we did the following day. When I went to hook up the trailer someone had turned the trailer jack all the way up and stripped the gears on it so I had to go get a new jack. When I told the man that worked for Suncoast he just smiled at me so I guess they got the last laugh on me. Still waiting to see if I get a refund for the days I didn't stay. Never again. I went there for relaxation and just stayed stressed the whole time. So much for Southern Hospitality!!

I was mislead by the staff of the distance of the house to the town. Also our power went out and got absolutely no service. Will make up fines to Nickle and dime you

Overall the house was great> Space was great, furniture worked well and kitchen had adequate supplies. Loved the neighboorhood (inlaws are planning to buy in that neighborhood now); access to beach great, pool great, bay access great. There are a few items in need of repair at thsi home. Ceilings with area they are damaged and pieces falling, boards on upper deck not secured well, key [ad for garages does not work, air had issues- woudl not cool initailly, once fixed would never cut off, but at least was cool. Youngs handled all our problems quickly and to satisfaction. We would stay again. For our vacation the few items in need of repair are not emergent, just will get worse with time if not handled.

The Admirals Quest was the perfect size for our needs. Large enough to handle a big group with all the bells and whistles. Plenty of separate spaces so you don't feel too crowded and the access to a nice size swimming pool was great. The kids could get away from the adults in the downstairs play room (a blessing for both) or in their third floor loft.
The beach was a short walk (or drive if you had a couple of coolers) and allowed for several visits each day. -

We spent a week in Admiral's Quest. It was a great gated neighborhood with beautiful houses. The house is very spacious and we went with the entire family- grandparents, aunts, uncles, and kids. The walk to the beach was not far, although crossing the 4 lane highway with all of the kids was a bit scary at times :) There was a great kitchen so we were able to prepare and eat most of our meals there saving the cost of eating out. It was a great vacation, and we'll definately try to go there again!
