This could be a wonderful condo with some upkeep. However there are items that need repaired, no Internet service, appliances that need repaired and entire condo needs cleaned. There is a layer of fur on top of shades and ceiling fans.
Great location. Spacious unit. Clean. Only downside would be the huge dusty plants. They should be removed. It makes too much dusty air. Kitchen is nice and roomy. Great space for the one meal we cooked. Bring your own pillow, the unit's pillows suck. Read more

Gorgeous view, accommodations, and town!

This was our first trip to Orange Beach. We usually stay in Gulf Shores. It was a little difficult to try and find the unit in the excitement of getting to town finally. Once there, plenty of parking spots both in carport and in the lot. What an amazing layout in this 3-bedroom unit. Spiral staircase goes up to 3-twin bedroom loft with a full bathroom. It was perfect for my son and two nephews. Queen bedroom seemed a bit cramped. King suite was great! Spectacular views almost 180 degrees around between the three sliding doors of the condo. Small issue with freezer leaking into fridge and queen bedroom ceiling leaking during heavy rains. Rental office was quick to react and had someone there within an hour of our phone calls each time. Plenty of shopping for your stay within a mile of the unit. Plenty of choices for restaurants within same radius. Three souvenir shops just up the road. Public beach right across the street (I'd recommend driving over to avoid having to walk across 4-lane highway especially with littler ones in tow). Restroom at beach! Vending at beach. Marina right behind unit as well. Gas station right next door. Access to beach "shortcut" from Foley to Orange beach at the corner. We've found our new favorite place to go. Furnishings in condo were working and current. **It's too bad more care wasn't taken to keep up the painting and minor maintenance. The walls were scuffed and dirty. It looks like the leak in the middle bedroom wasn't a new thing, evidence of it being patched previously.** It really is a beautiful place, ceiling fans in all three bedrooms and vaulted living room. I'd move in permanently if I had the chance. Right off the elevator too!
This unit needs detailed attention

trash left behind, broken utensils, doors and appliances. The problems were not because of the unit so much as lack of attention from the managing/cleaning/repair. If they had paid attention when cleaning it last we would not have seen these issues and would have no negative comments.
comfortable for a large family

Very nice condo with plenty of space. We had 8 in our group and everyone was comfortable. This unit even has a parking spot in the garage, which came in handy. Crossing the street to the beach can be dicey, I recommend driving. Plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. My only suggestion would be to add a few more amenities (hair dryer and some entertainment options such as movies, games and puzzles would have been nice). Otherwise, a nice place.

We loved the condo, very roomy like being at home, wish we could have seen the sun at least one day rain and overcast all three days we were there, would highly recommend this condo! we will be back again with hopes of seeing the sun~! The condo had all the perks of home, love the balcony very large, with a great view of the beach.

This property was great for 2 families with children. Everyone had their on bedroom and bathroom. The kids had their own space upstairs which made it quieter downstairs. It was very clean and we loved the view even if it was across the street from the beach. The only suggestion for this property would be WiFi for tablets and kindles. We had a great time and look forward in staying again.

This condo is very nice and the rooms and loft have lots of room. Also liked that there was Tv's in each room.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was in order and Youngs Suncoast were there for every need. Wish the weather was warmer.
Great Value for Price

This condo is a great value for the price. The pictures posted online are true to actual sight. Walmart, several other grocery stores, and tons of restaurants are on the same street as this building.
I'd recommend an upgrade on the TVs and DVD player (currently not flat screen and rather old). However, the important things such as non-stained tubs/showers were perfect. Very clean condo. The kitchen is equipped with virtually every item that you'd need on vacation.
The 3rd bedroom with the 3 twin beds works most fittingly for kids or single adults willing to share a room. Because the condo is across the street from the beach, I recommend driving across the street instead of walking - doing such takes only seconds and in no way should sway you from this awesome find. I plan on staying in this condo again next visit.
The quality of the rooms were excellent.

The rooms and accessories were excellent. The quality of the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen was superb. The only negative thing concerning our stay at the Grand Caribbean was the access to the beach. It was very dangerous to cross the highway. If an overhead walkway was available, this would be an outstanding vacation spot. Otherwise, we had a very enjoyable stay at the Grand Caribbean.

We had a great time. Lots of teenagers with us and we all fit very well. Locations was great. Not like the large condos with limitations and wrist bands.

very good family vacation
Left on 08/04/2010 for a stay in July 2010 | Fred and Monica
The place could have been wonderful, but it was dirty. We found a bag of liquor bottles stuffed in the master bedroom drawers and in the tv stand of the master bedroom. The shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom was full of mold and had to be taken down and washed. We found a dirty dish in the sink when we got there. Because of the dirtiness I felt I had to wash all of the bed linens and there was no extra linens to be found. It was rather dissappointing to pay that kind of money and have to do that. I am not sure if I would trust going to that location again. We were on vacation and I didn't plan to have to start cleaning form the moment I walked in.

Enjoyed the condo 413

This condo was find. We received good service. The location was good but I would have perferred to be on the beach. The fees added to the rent were too much. The only other thing that would have made it better for us as I see it with our situation is if there had been a door to close off the three twin bed room up-stairs to give the singles without children more privacy from children as they/some may have not been use to children. We put single adults without children up there. I felt that these three adults may have needed more privacy from the other single adults with children. Next time we will consider/discuss whether we need other arrangements for our specific group. The condo was very nice and we had adequated room for our retreat. The condo was clean. Thank you.

Large Space, Good location

The unit was awesome. We wished they had communicated ahead of time that
we would need dish soap, extra toilet paper, etc. - especially since we were far
from home. The pool was only passable, but the state beach across the beach
was convenient and very nice.
