This spacious house is located in a popular but quiet East Orange Beach neighborhood. The Orange Beach Recreational Center is just a few blocks away and offers a large variety of family activities and a heated pool fifty-one weeks of the year. The house is also conveniently located to all the shops, restaurants, and activities Orange Beach has to offer.

The front porch is furnished with seating and side tables; the ceiling fan makes this a great place to relax during the day; at night the landscaping lights in the yard and on the stairs cast a soft glow over the front yard.

The homes open floor plan invites you to relax and enjoy... the beautiful furnishings. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all located on one floor with plenty of room for everyone. The Master Suite boasts a luxurious king size bed, a full bath and a private entrance to the back deck. Also available for use is wireless internet is available throughout the home. The second roomy bedroom has a king size bed with luxurious bed linens, a small sitting area, flat screen TV, and has a private entrance to the front deck. The third bedroom also has a queen size bed, tv, and plenty of room.

The sofa in the living room folds down into a very comfortable full size bed. The property also has two inflatable twin air mattresses for additional sleep options. There is sufficient space throughout the house for the two air mattresses to be out and still have room to walk around.

The living room has an incredible media center. A flat screen HD TV with HD cable box is loaded with channels, has surround sound with stereo system, a DVD/VHS player with video library, and a PlayStation 2 with games. The comfortable couch and chairs are perfect for watching movies or playing games.

With seating for eight, the dining room table is a perfect place to enjoy great food and conversation anytime of the day. The kitchen bar has additional seating for four. The kitchen is stocked for cooking and the granite topped countertops provide ample counter space. A side by side Whirlpool refrigerator offers plenty of room to stock up for the week. The kitchen has a new stove and microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, and the list goes on and on.

The door off of the kitchen leads to a private and cozy screened in porch; tile flooring, a ceiling fan suspended from stained tongue and groove wood, tv and recessed lighting make this another room of the home that you will enjoy both day or night. Go through the screen door and down the deck stairs to the stone patio where a gardener's Paradise awaits that is completely privacy fenced and professionally landscaped. It is all the joys of a garden with none of the work! Enjoy sitting and dining at the ceramic topped table for six which has comfortable cushioned chairs and large umbrella.

A ping pong table lives under the house and is waiting for family tournaments. A table with chairs sits right next to the game table for the fans. There are terrific bicycle and walking trails throughout Orange Beach.

This house has new appliances and fixtures throughout. All furnishings were replaced in 2008 with new pieces being added and replaced often. All the lights throughout the house can be dimmed to create a mood.   This home has just what my husband and I were looking for in a vacation rental property. We rented for two weeks over Christmas and New Year, 2012. We needed wireless Internet, a place that accepted pets, a backyard, screened-in porch, full kitchen, and covered parking. This home provides all of the above and then more. It is within walking distance to a dog park, 10 minutes from the beach, shopping and grocery stores, yet situated on a quiet street. Three bedrooms and two full baths complete the package. It is an excellent rental property and the owners are fantastic to work with in every detail.

  Stunning Vacation Home

  This home in Orange Beach, AL is a stunning home with all of the amenities and comforts of your own home. Plus, it is pet friendly with an incredibly beautiful fenced backyard in a quiet neighborhood--only minutes from a dog park and the beach. It is very convenient to shopping and great for riding your bike or walking/exercising. The WiFi was especially important for my husband and myself as well as the well-stocked kitchen and the freedom to cook and prepare our own seafood dishes.
  
  We will definitely come back--and we cannot wait!

  Words cannot express how wonderful our vacation experience was. The house was gorgeous, fully stocked with everything we needed to feel at home on vacation. My children ages 12, 10, 8, & 6, loved the ping pong table, the bikes, and of course the playstation with all the games. Everyone we talked to in planning our vacation was very nice and helpful. Orange Beach is beautiful, lots to do to stay as busy as we wanted to. The beach was beautiful!!We will definitely be back.
