This condo offered everything we needed for a wonderful trip! The location was great and five of us stayed comfortably in the unit. It offered a great pool and beach access and spectacular views from the corner balcony! We would definitely stay here again.
Needs updating... A week with wet floors...

The service we received was certainly not what we paid for. The condo did not have the following: comfortable beds, updated appliances, lamps didn't work, or comfortable settings. The guest book that was in the condo stated that the week before the toilets had overflowed & the sink had backed up. Our 1st day the carpet was wet near the bathroom door (which happened to be a high traffic area). We contacted Young's Suncoast Vacation Rentals, a maintenance man came fairly quickly & determined a large blower fan would be needed to dry the carpet. A large/very loud fan was brought & a maintenance man would come daily to check the carpet. On the 3rd day the carpet was still damp; a large/loud humidifier was also added to try & dry the area out. The humidifier had a hose connected which wrapped around into the sink for the water to drain. (Not easy or fun trying to keep a 7 month old from crawling around)Understandably knowing that the wet floor was nothing that could have been prevented we contacted Young's Suncoast Vacation Rentals & requested that we be moved to a different condo. We were informed that they were 'sorry' & that 'no other condos were available & our option was to stay there or leave'. Since we paid over $1,500 we decided to stay. We were offered a $300 refund.
The view from the balcony was spectacular. The beach is beautiful in that area (a little crowded) but family friendly. The location is close to restaurants & a few shopping & souvenir spots. The condo experience would have been nice if Young's Suncoast Vacation Rentals would have inspected the room further before we arrived. The 'sorry' & the poor reimbursement Young's Suncoast Vacation Rentals offered were not acceptable for the amount that was paid for the rental. The staff was not courteous or sympathetic in trying to fix the problem, move us to a different condo with the same view, or refund us more than $300 for the hassle. My family will never stay at a place managed by this company! Read more

As far as our staff not being courteous, I received a voice mail & a text message from you thanking us for all of our help in trying to resolve and issue that was out of our control. Were pleased by the accommodations. Condo is right on the beach with a beautiful view from the balcony. Great on-site swimming pool and private entrance to the beach with a shower to wash your feet, etc on your way back.
Everything was clean and working in the unit.
Would recommend keeping salt & pepper, sugar, etc in the kitchen.
There should be a doormat at the front entrance (to wipe your sand paws from the beach!!!).
They have carts to carry your stuff up in the condos. They are located near the elevators. We did not know if before hand and would have appreciated that tip before we checked in.
The elevators are the only negative. We were there during a busy long weekend and when we were checking out, it took almost half and hour for us to get into the elevator as all were full and also being held on other floors. There are only 2 elevators for the entire building and they definitely need more. So left a bit of a bitter after taste when we were checking out after a wonderful stay and fun on the beach.

Young's coast is very nice the only complaint I have is our condo was smaller than we thought it was. We enjoyed our stay and we loved the view of the ocean from our balcony. This was our very first visit

We stay at Tradewinds every year and always have wonderful experiences. Unfortunetly, this was not one of them. The cleaning was horrible. We had to wash our sheets before sleeping on them. Dead flowers on the dining table, bathrooms weren't clean... Tv's didn't work...Door was hard to get in and out of...All around bad experience. Read more
