This condo was a very good value. The complex has an indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub and the unit has a boat slip. Even though the unit is pretty basic, the complex amenities and three bedrooms with a nice view of the bay and passing boats makes it definitely worth the money.
Mariner Pass had a perfect location!

We enjoyed our stay at the Mariner Pass. The unit was more than adequate. We enjoyed the location so much because we were able to keep our boat there and fish and boat from the codominiums. However, we were also close enough to shops and restaurants that we could walk to enjoy dining out without the hassle of traffic. We even walked under the bridge at alabama Point to go to the Gulf and did not have to cross the road. I will definitely select that location in the future.
Great View, Clean Place

The condo was very nice and clean, exactly what we expected. What we didn't expect was that there was only 1 parking pass for a 3 bedroom condo...and zero visitor parking. We were told we buy another pass but when we asked Maintenance about it, we were told there was no such thing. One couple had their car booted and the other couple had to park in a random lot in the sand and hope not to get towed. Overall very nice place, but you better only take 1 car.
