clinic . Lin's also has a large apartment available in the back of the property for additional

office/storage space and /or treatment rooms. (In the case of a corporate client all

furniture is removed.)

A magnificent tropical 1950's 4 bedroom mansion in the "Caribbean Elegance " styl...e of the period , located in Aruba's top residential neighbourhood of Oranjestad, a stone's throw from Nikki's Beach ,Talk of the Town Hotel & pool , and Aruba's best eateries, nightlife, and charming downtown.

One of the nicest and safest residential Oranjestad beach areas of Aruba. A stone’s throw down the road from Nikki’s Beach ( Surfside ) and the Talk of the Town Hotel where you can swim in the pool or ocean and eat and drink at moderate prices.

The property is located in one of the most exclusive areas in the traditional haven for the island’s professional and business community since the 1950’s.

Designed by a renowned Haitian architect residing in Aruba at the time , Lin’s offers comfort and exclusivity, for those seeking a restful vacation away from the crowd/ or an

ideal corporate headquarters.

Lin’s is within walking distance of beach , pool and water sports, and of Oranjestad’s charming downtown with its picturesque architecture.

Lin’s is a full sized villa with approximately 2500 square feet of space. The house has 4 air conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and an additional large space in the

back of the house consisting of a large apartment which may be included with the

villa if so required by corporate tenants.

Master bedroom has the King bed, the junior suites have respectively Queen and Full beds. The house sleeps 8(8 upon special request with the 2 foldaway beds) and is ideal for couples, families with children, and all sorts of reunions and celebrations. Also great for 4 singles, or 4 couples. Ideal for older people who appreciate relaxed island living.

Open all the shutters and doors for a cool breeze and while away the time with a book , or maybe get started on your own.

Linens and towels for all bedrooms, and maid service provided 1-2 x weekly. (Once -weekly maidservice

is included, but extra cleaning available.) The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer , gas-stove, microwave, 2-tiered counter top oven, wide-slot toaster, coffeemaker, chopper and blender, with cookware, dishes and utensils provided.

Dishwasher, washing machine and clothes dryer on the premises.( Line-drying on back porch.) A comfortable living room and dining room seating 6. Front porch affords a cool breeze and view of the ocean across the way, and backporch ideal for a card game and drinks. Busstop across the way.

Large television with basic cable t.v. provided, and radio cd player .Free wifi for guests with their own laptop. Master bath has a bathtub, all showers and bath have hot water. Each bedroom has its own security closet for valuables and electronics, and its own room key, two per room, so everybody is free to explore on their own. Telephone provided ( local calls only ), but rent your own cell phones at the airport. A car recommended if you wish to tour the island, but not necessary.

You can pick up a tour at the Renaissance Ocean Suites down the road, all the information conveniently provided in our guest-services book. Including all the beaches . Advice always available from the local manager, a phone-call away.

About the owner:

Born in the US of Polish American descent, I have lived on the island always, and went to local schools. I would say most foreigners love living here, especially if they stay longer than three years. The property is ideal as Carribean headquarters for a large marketing/PR company, accounting firm, or cosmetic clinic. Once the headquarters of the Esso/Lago Standard Oil of New Jersey refinery's marketing department, the property has an additional large office space in the back that could be used as warehouse or office space if so required.

What’s so great about Lin’s? It’s the wonderful location!!

Find the following great beaches, bars, restaurants, 5min. down the road,on foot. Great deals scouted out for you on Palm Beach, Eagle Beach as well. Busstop across the way, and 2 car parking in driveway.

1.Talk of the Town Bar and Pool. ( Feel at home, great staff, enjoy a drink and snack at their bar and restaurant, swim in the pool, bring your beach towel. )
2.Nikky’s Beach ( Say “Hi” to Christina, mention you’re at Linda’s, get special rate on lounges. Enjoy a snack and a drink, take a dip in the pool, swim in the ocean, bring your beachtowel. Check out the dive shop Fly ‘n Dive. )
3. Pincho’s Bar and Grill, open at night, great views and drinks, fine food. ( Daytime, park yourself under the divi trees and while away the day, free of charge. Bring your towel, drinks, snacks, in your own cooler.)
4. Cilo’s City Lounge, Renaissance Market. ( Say “Hi”to Meike, the manager, good snacks and food. Book island tours at the Renaissance Ocean Suites.)
5.Plaza Café. Moderate prices, snacks, burgers, drinks, local hangout.
6.The Old Fisherman Restaurant, local eatery, great grilled grouper.
7.Driftwood, local eatery, great 3-course menu, fish.
8.El Gaucho, fun fine dining, steaks.
9. Baby Back Grill, end of Main Street.( Very low cost, eat-in, take-out, very good, Bar-b-Q.) Everything, 1 thru 9, within easy walking distance!!
10.Take the bus down to Eagle Beach. See the yellow and blue shacks standing next to each other on the beach? That’s Island Watersports. Mention Linda’s for special rate on lounges, some watersports.
11.Take the bus down to Palm Beach, get off at the Raddisson Hotel and Casino Resort, walk out to spectacular Palm Beach. On the left notice Itito’s watersports shack? Ask for Itito or the Mrs., mention Linda’s , get very special rates on lounges and watersports.
12.For a change, visit Moomba Beach, great shadey trees, many lounges. Ask for Pepper, he can make a vacation video for you to treasure. See Marcel at Diversity,for diving.

Utilities: $100.00 included per week for water, lights.
Any usage exceeding $100.00 weekly , responsibility of guest.
Phone: $15.00 included per week, local calls only, usage exceeding that for guest.
Final cleaning cost $60.00, Maid 1x weekly includes laundering towels.
Final cleaning cost for 3 night stay: $30.00.
Extra weekly maidservice $40.00 , at your discretion.
Surcharge for 7-8 people: $100 per week or $50 per 3 night stay.
(2 Roll-away beds available upon special request)

Longterm: 1 year or more: Ask for special rate for corporate clients

Housekeeping 1x weekly included free with towel change on weekly stay, more is optional, 1x extra cleaning is $40.00, arrange with booking. Included also: Daily groundskeeping (sweeping of porches) by housekeeper Theresa from 8-9a.m.

  I have stayed in Lin's Oranjestad Villa by the Sea on 4 separate occasions now( in winter 2010, and in the summer,fall and winter of 2011), always loved it and will be sure to be back. The house is very beautiful, very clean, has a good kitchen, a truly inviting atmosphere and meant total relaxation for me.
  I did alot of reading, walking and swimming. I loved my daily walks to Cilo's Cafe at the Renaissance Market, and to Nikki's Surfside Beach and the Talk of the Town Hotel.Lots of top eateries within walking distance too.The housekeeper Theresa is very friendly.( I took 2x weekly maidservice).I had a restful and healthful vacation. ( I actually lost 10 pounds from my daily walks which was very good for me !) I'd recommend this to anybody, singles, couples, families with kids, older people.
