From the very beginning I knew Id made the right choice.Studio PatiO is located in a residential area called Mont Vernon 3,one of 5 rentals hosted by Dominique and Moune Guillemot.They are wonderful people,always ready to assist and offer suggestions as requested. The Studio PatiO itself is compact,contemporary in design,spotlessly clean,and fitted with everything you will require for a very pleasant stay. It is perfect for a solo traveler or couple. With a rental car you are perhaps 5 minutes from the Simply supermarket .the Bacchus wine and speciality store,the Gymfit gym. 10 minutes via the l,Esperance airport Road gets you to the Lolos and restaurants of Grand Case. Headed to the right from the house,5 minutes to a gas station and 10 more minutes you are parked and on Orient Beach,which is great.At Orient Id suggest you get a chaise and beach umbrella at Orange Fever...looks and acts like a European beach shack and their food is excellent. About a 10 minute drive to the Pinel Island ferry,which is a fun place to hang out on a Sunday.Maybe 20 minutes to Marigot if you go early in the morning and want a park place...later in the day congested and difficult to find a parking place. Overall, I think any of Moune and Dominiques rentals would be great...I cannot overstate how "amiable and agreable" they are.Im hoping to get a couple of my grandkids to come with me next Winter and will rent one of their larger units.

Le confort d'un hôtel 4 étoiles, de l'espace, l'esthétique design du décor, la meilleure situation géographique, un sympathique accueil personnalisé, des conseils pour améliorer votre séjour dans le respect de votre intimité, et autour de ce havre de paix une des plus belles iles du monde.
On pourrait donc penser que vous appartenez à la tribu « des doux rêveurs », ou à celle de ceux qui contre toute attente persistent à croire au Père Noël...
Et pourtant non, c'est bien possible, nous l'avons vu, cet endroit existe !!!
Les Villas d'Ö à Saint Martin réunissent tout ce que l'on est en droit d'attendre d'une location, mais aussi tout ce que l'on peux souhaiter sans oser rêver l'obtenir.
Habitués des séjours en hôtel, pour la première fois nous avons opté pour une formule de location se prêtant bien à la découverte d'une ile comme Saint Martin.
Notre choix pour les Villas d'Ö a été purement lié à l'esthétique des photos du site ...
Notre satisfaction sur ce point a été de 100 %, mais elle est allée bien au-delà ...
Nous ne trouvons pas le moindre défaut ou piste d'amélioration, pour confirmer l'objectivité de notre critique et vous assurons que nous n'étions pas sous l'emprise de substances « euphorisantes » lors du séjour.
Nous avons passé successivement 2 semaines en juillet 2012, dans 2 appartements différents des Villas d'Ö : le studio Patio et Indigo. Ambiance et décor différents mais satisfaction identique.
Vous l'aurez compris, nous vous recommandons vivement les Villa d'Ö à Saint Martin, et pour notre part nous comptons fermement y retourner dès que possible.

We've had a fantastic time in Saint Martin and precisely at this appartment. My husband enjoyed the patio very much and the owners were very helpful and friendly.
The studio is very conveniently located close to a supermarket. It contains everything we needed for our week there.
We will go back if the opportunity arises!
