We spent a very nice week in the Seaside suite, thanks to Marion and her warm welcome as well as her excellent advises on things to do and restaurants. The location is very quite and the surroundings are safe. Good base to visit the island. The studio is nicely furnished, beds are comfy, the terrace is delightful for the morning coffee facing the sea. Tip: car is mandatory to get around.
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à la suite Seaside. La résidence sur les hauts de Cul de Sac est calme et la vue est magnifique. Parfait pour le repos et visiter l'île. La suite est joliment décorée et confortable. La terrasse est superbe pour prendre un verre ou le café du matin. Merci à Marion pour son chaleureux accueil et ses conseils avisés. Cela restera un magnifique souvenir.
Conseil: location de voiture est recommandée pour vous déplacer.

Una settimana meravigliosa: l'appartamento è curato e pulito, la vista è incantevole, Marion è una splendida padrona di casa, molto disponibile e sempre allegra. L'appartamento si trova in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla, non si sentono rumori, è un luogo di pace e silenzio. Il wi-fi funziona molto bene, il letto è comodo, l'arredamento è molto elegante e curato in ogni dettaglio.
Consigliamo vivamente questa soluzione, un grazie di cuore a Marion per la sua disponibilità! -

My girlfriend and I have been here in late september 2012. At the beginning of our plannings we just looked after hotels but after a while we decided to take an apartment and this one was the best choice we've made.
The small but beautiful condo is located at Cul-de-Sac which is in the north/east of the island on the french side (which is by the way the more beautiful part of the island). It is part of a very nice house and located in its basement. You'll find a room with panorama windows, a small kitchen and separated bathroom and toilet and everything is in a nearly brand new condition. Outside you have your own small garden with a great view on the ocean.
The owner, Marion, was very nice and she will help you wherever you need a helping hand. She, her husband and their daughter are living in the same property but anyway, you'll have perfect privacy.
Just about 2 Minutes by car you'll find two of the most beautiful beaches on the island: Ilet de Pinel (where you will brought by boat, 5$ p.p.) and anse Marcel.
It was a perfect holiday and was worth every penny! -

Arrives a St Martin sur un coup de tete, c'est a la derniere minute, nous etions loin de penser que nous allions tomber sur l'appartement le plus joli de toute l'ile :) Petite suite lovee sur une colline, jardin avec vue mer, terrasse en bois, interieur super design, quartier sympa, les pieds dans l'eau et a 5 minutes en voiture des plus belles plages et des commodites. Tout y est pour une semaine inoubliable. Cerise sur le gateau, les proprietaires sont super, on repart avec l'impression de laisser des amis! On a envie de les inviter chez nous en retour!

Notre séjour sur St Martin en novembre a été largement agrémenté par cette location. Quel plaisir de petit-déjeuner face à l'île Pinel, avec cette vue magnifique sur l'anse de Cul-de-Sac! Le studio offre tout le confort possible (clim, cuisine équipée, wi-fi, douche à l'italienne...) dans une décoration soignée et moderne : on se sent chez soi loin de chez soi!
Bien que n'ayant pas d'accès direct à une plage, ce havre de paix se situe entre Grand Case et Orient Bay, où se trouvent activités, restaurants... La location d'une voiture est nécessaire, et de toute façon indispensable à la visite de l'île.
Un remerciement spécial à Marion, la propriétaire, charmante hôtesse, à la fois discrète et présente dès besoin. Le studio est le reflet de sa personnalité : moderne et chaleureux.
Our stay in St Maarten has been really awesome, thanks to this suite. What a feeling to have breakfast overlooking Pinel island! This suite offers modern facilities (air-conditioning, full-equiped kitchen, wi-fi, floor-leveled shower...) designed in a immaculate and modern way.
Situated between Grand Case and Orient Bay, where you can find restaurants, activities... Renting a car in necessary, since you don't have any direct access to the beach, which permits to avoid crowdy places and discover the Friendly Island.
A special thank to our host, Marion, who designed this suite reflecting to her personality : charming and modern. -

Nous avons passé une semaine dans le studio à mi août 2012. Le studio est très bien équipé et joliment décoré, de même que la terrasse. Bien situé à 10 minutes en voiture de la Baie Orientale et de Grand Case. Très bon accueil par Marion, qui se soucie vraiment de ses hôtes. Definitely worth it !

It wasn't our first time in St Martin and it's the best place we've stayed in. We had a wonderful time, everything was just perfect: the location, the apartment, and the owners. The apartment is spacious, liveable, very clean and very well decorated. You'll find everything you need: a functional and well-equipped kitchen, a very confortable and large bed, a beautiful bathroom, the Wi-Fi... The location is also perfect: there is great view on the bay and it's very close to the beach. And it's also really convenient because Marion leaves very close to the apartment and she was very accessible to answer to all our questions. We would certainly consider staying there again.

Nous avons été chaleureusement et amicalement accueillis par les propriétaires de cette maison neuve.
Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans ce petit appartement . Le studio est chaleureux, la décoration sobre et de bon goût. Sa terrasse permet de savourer la vue sur l'océan . Les petits déjeuners face à la mer nous ont dynamisés pour la journée.
Nous avons apprécié la possibilité de découvrir la côte à pieds et de visiter la réserve naturelle.
Nous avons loué une voiture qui nous a permis de découvrir les nombreuses plages tropicales de l'île.
Ce qui nous a séduit est la vue sur l'Océan depuis la terrasse.
Cette terrasse est une véritable fenêtre , une ouverture sur la vie de l'anse, la nature .

I would like to start by saying Marion was awesome - she was there when we arrived and had everything ready .The Suite is perfectly equiped and in a perfect location. Close to the beach-Close to Pinel Island - close to shopping- Close to Grand Case and anse Marcel.
The view is wonderful!
Peaceful and relaxing! Highly recommended.
