My husband and I have stayed at this villa many times. It's so cosy, inviting, and private which is what we were looking for. We call it "Our Place awawy from Home" It is located in the middle of everywhere we need to visit while we stay in Orlando so it definitely meet out needs.
We would definitely recommend to others. -

This condo is close to all main attractions in the area, yet quiet.
Seperate bedroom with 1 queens bed. Walk in closet. Nice living room with TV. Kitchen with dishwaser, washer, freezer and fridge. Airco. The host is very helpfull and makes you feel at home rightaway. Shops are within a mile. Small bathroom with shower and bath. Everything clean. Just send an e-mail that you are interested in the property and Sonny (the owner) will answer your mail and all your questions! -

We reviewed the location and it suited our needs perfectly, parking is great and what you get for the price is far above and beyond what you would get from a hotel. sonny was fantastic and aside from the rental he provided some very valuable information that answered some key questions for us. He was a plus for our rental experience. The unit was clean and kitchen and bath done well. We primarily use our rentals to bathe, sleep, refrigerate/freeze and microwave. highly recommend, very easy process, everything was as advertised or better. it is main floor so has easy access but not bathroom facilities for the disabled.

When me and my boyfriend came here in July we had been provided great information about the location and managed to contact the owner on cell immediately. The condo was very clean with a really well equipped kitchen and supermarket Winn Dixie a 10minute walk as well as petrol station and a few restaurants. It is easier to have a car here as a taxi from train station was about $30 but getting to universal studios was really easy as a bus number 37 goes right outside the complex regularly.

Me encantó el departamento de 2 dormitorios, muy espacioso, moderno y bien equipado. El dueño (Sonny) barbaro, cuando necesitamos una pava se la pedimos y al otro dia la trajo. El condominio esta bueno , tiene 2 piletas y seguridad.

Our family booked a vacation for Christmas week 2011. I had talked to Sonny over the summer about a possible visit that didn't work out and was very comfortable with the conversations we had. The location is great Walmart around the corner publix close by and a very quite location in the complex. It is only 4.1 miles to Universal and 8 miles to Seaworld and despite the time of year we traveled we were at the park in no time. It was great not to have to pack to many clothes we did laundry right in the unit and the full kitchen was great to have breakfast in before heading out to the parks for the day. The pull out couch was great for my kids to sleep on and they said was "very comfortable". Sonny always picked up his phone when we had questions and great to deal with. The only thing I would change is adding a privacy curtain to the french doors in the bedroom. Other than that it was perfect. We are planning a trip to disney late spring of 2012 and can't wait to stay here again.

After reading poor reviews for reasonably priced hotels within Orlando, I was happy to find this condo that provided what I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. The location is great--it is minutes away from Universal Studios. There are lots of grocery stores nearby. The area is quiet. The unit was clean. Sonny was very personable and helpful with getting around the area.

Today I am in Key West, sitting on a bed in a Holiday Inn and feeling depressed. But last week, we were playing with Mickey Mouse in Orlando... We are visiting from India and stayed at Sonny's place mid May. We stayed in a one bedroom flat for the first week then moved to a two bedroom for the second week. Usually our friends travel a week behind us and the second week is spent traveling together. This was our third trip to Florida and had a never stayed in a flat. What wonderful experience! On our previous trips we booked hotel rooms in Kissimmee and had the basic 2 beds, with us and our 2 children sharing one room, one bath and one TV. We usually paid about $90 per night, plus $10 for a tiny fridge and another $10 for internet. Plus tax and eating out 3 times a day! (+/- $220/day before entertainment) We would justify the expense by convincing ourself that the free breakfast of dry toast, cereal and a cup of thin coffee made things worthwhile, and there was no other way. Everyone did it. Let's just say we will always look for flats after this experience! The money saved on food itself makes us for the cost for the rental! Plus, it is so nice having 2 or 3 TVs, a fridge, multiple rooms, A dining table, washing machine, and dishwasher! The booking was simple and straight forward. Sonny met us at the unit when we arrived and then saw him when we left. This is just like having your own vacation home without making the investment and worrying about it when you are not there! Tremendous experience and we will without a doubt stay with Sonny next year and into the future!

A couple friends a I stayed here on a recent trip to Florida. Everything was perfect! Sonny gave us great driving directions and left easy instructions for accessing the pool, internet, etc. Check-in was a breeze. The condo was very clean and perfect for the 3 of us. It's also in a great location--a relatively short drive from Universal, Disney, and Kennedy Space Center. The price was very reasonable for such wonderful accommodations. Thanks so much Sonny! We truly enjoyed our stay!

What can I say that hasn't already been said !!! Sonny went out of his way to make our stay as good as it could be, we arrived early in a downpour and Sonny came to open everything up 4 hours before we were due.
The unit is very very nice and had everything you could ever need and very clean the complex is nice but can get a little noisy at times.
All the photo's are very accurate and I would have no Hesitation in staying here again in fact I would never stay anywhere else if I ever returned to Orlando.
Plenty of shopping nearby and easy access to everything

My husband and I loved our accomodations and our host. Sonny set the tone by being very responsive to my pre-rental inquiries. When we arrived he met us at the condo. He provided a tour and addressed any questions. The condo was tastefully appointed and looked just like the pictures. Bath towels, soap, beach towels, extra sheets, kitchen utensils, cooking pots / pans and cleaning supplies were all provided. Sonny made himself available via phone, which was greatly appreciated. When I had a question about the internet, rather than agonizing, I gave him a call. The condo is in a really nice housing complex in MetroWest. It was quiet and peaceful. The deck was screened in, so we were able to sit outside and still be bug-free!. Lastly, MetroWest is a great area. If you have a car, it's very convenient to shopping, dining and downtown Orlando. I highly recommend this location and renting from Sonny!

We recently stayed at Sonny's condo during a five day trip to the Orlando area.This condo was designed for two, but was more than adequate for three. A daughter stayed with us for several nights. We were very impressed with the professional, friendly communication with the manager. Everything was clean, in order and as he said it would be. He was very accommodating, even when we had to make a minor date change at the last minute. The condo was close to everything we had planned to do. This condo is in a residential community, not a resort. We found it to be very pleasant and the clubhouse and pools were very nice.

We loved the place. Sunny does a very good job of managing the customer experience. The one thing he cannot control is the neighbors. The day we stayed was very noisy because of some party in the house directly above us. But it was 24th and I guess it is to be expected.

We stayed here for a few days, and loved it. The condo is well equipped and well organised, with plenty of space for 2 people, and very clean. Sonny is a great property manager, was flexible about our arrangements and allowed to check out later than planned as our flight home wasn't until 8pm. We chose staying in a condo because we felt that we'd get better, nicer and cheaper accommodation than staying in a hotel, and we were right. We'd definitely use this property company again.

My wife and I checked into the condo which is located in a nice section of Orlando. Sonny and Tonya met us and walked with us through the ultra clean and well designed residence. Our stay was very pleasent as the condo is centrally located to all of the major attractions and shopping malls.
The service offered by Sonny was second to none and we look forward to a return visit and stay at his property.
