We just returned from a 5 night stay at this wonderful property. My husband and I along with our two young daughters were impressed from the moment we arrived. The check-in process was extremely smooth and the property was immaculate and very spacious and had all of the creature comforts of home. We were minutes away from great restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and of course the Disney theme parks. Note that the photos of the property must be a bit outdated as we were pleasantly surprised to find that all of the bedroom flooring has recently been upgraded to hardwood. The free wi-fi and long distance calling was very convenient and the pantry was well stocked with hand soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, sponges and dishwashing liquid which is not always the case with condo rentals. I would highly recommend this property and in fact already have to my sister who is traveling there in June and to a friend traveling there in May. We are very discerning travelers and found this property to be one of the very best we have seen in Orlando (and we visit quite often). Thank you for a wonderful stay and for exceeding our expectations - we definitely plan on returning!

My wife and I and our 19 year old son spent seven nights in Orlando while I was there to teach a workshop. We travel a lot for business throughout the year and we always turn to Vrbo to find apartments around the world. I can tell you that this apartment in Orlando is right at the top with the best apartments we have rented anywhere. On arrival, it was immaculate and very clean. It has a fabulous kitchen with everything you need to cook with, lovely art, comfortable beds, plenty of space for a family and it is a quiet space which is also important to us. While I was teaching, my wife and son did do some sightseeing, Universal Studios primarily, and it was great that the apartment was so close to that part of Orlando. We also happen to eat only organic foods, so it was nice to be just down the street from Whole Foods Market. I am grateful to Samuel the owner for being available via email and making our stay in Orlando a great one.

Our Family of 4 (All adult aged) truly enjoyed the accomodations. The Condo was very inviting and spacious. The cleanliness of the condo and comfort of the beds made our stay very enjoyable... The only unfortunate part of the stay was the fact that we had no time to view the recreational facilities (due to the enjoyment we had outside of the condo). The relaxed atmosphere and security provided us with the feeling of well being during our 4 night stay. The condo was a close driving distance to numerous restaurants and theme parks. There is no doubt that we would choose to stay at this condo again

We visited Vista Cay in May 2012, stayed for one week,we traveled with our 3 year old. This place was just perfect. exactly like on the pictures they offer, beautiful apartment, very spacious. extremely clean. Kitchen was totally fully equipped, plenty of towels available,beds very comfy,we even found potty for our toddler available... i appreciated laundry room in the apartment, they even provide detergents...we had great time, we spent mornings by the pool, whole resort is very well maintained. We would return anytime!!!Thank you Samuel Lee and all your team!they do great job

We were pleasantly surprised that this condo met or exceeded our expectations. Nicely furnished with nice ammenities. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was nice to spread out in this condo after spending a few cramped days in a hotel room on the grounds of disney. Easy freeway access and convenient stores. Overall I highly recommend this unit and have no complaints.

This is an excellent apartment, all amenities you will need and in a really central position to all the parks and restuarants along International Drive. You couldn't ask for more. It is a huge apartment and extremely comfortable beds! Would definatley recommend.

My family rented this condo for an 11 day stay. We had previously stayed at Vista Cay before, but with a different rental company. Our experience with Vista Cay Management LLC was exceptional.
The condo was beautiful. Extremely spacious and bright. We love the lake view. All of the beds were comfortable and the bedding provided was modern and there were plenty of extra sheets should we need to change them.
We had a problem with the garbage disposal. I emailed the company and somebody was there within hours to fix it.
All in all it was an excellent stay and the condo itself is gorgeous. We wouldn't hesitate to return and have already suggested to others for their own vacations. -

We had an amazing time at Mr. Lee's Condo. I had a few questions before we arrived and he was very helpful in answering all of my inquiries. The condo is extremely well appointed with just about every need one could think of supplied. The modern aesthetic is well done, great beds, master bath, etc. We were there with our family (including 3 children) and grandfather, who all enjoyed the stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit and from the looks of things, Me Lee has others that look just as great. Thank you Mr Lee.

Vista Cay has never let our family disappointed. It is great to come back to a beautifully furnished clean condo at the end of the day and have 2000 square feet of living space versus living in a small hotel room. Pool area never seems to crowded during the day as many people would be visiting the parks. Great jogging track around the lake is out the front door. Great Relaxing vacation.

My family and I visited and pleased. The complex is very clean and quiet. The unit is nice and well decorated. It has lots of space. The only problem I had was that the balcony needed to be cleaned and the carpet can use a steam cleaning , but overall we were pleased.
We will definitely rent again. -

We are extremely loyal to Vista Cay and wouldn't stay anywhere else during our Orlando volleyball trips. First time in this condo as the one we have stayed in last 3 years was booked. Had some issues with temperature. Notice said you could not lower thermostat below 76. Way too hot and uncomfortable. Called management and they approved lowering until comfortable. We maintained temperature at 71-72. Loved the modern feel of the condo. Living room furniture is lovely, but extremely uncomfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the lanai watching Sea World fireworks. Walked around the lake on our last night. Very nice!! We did not use the pool and clubhouse this trip but have in the past. Excellent facilities! We have stayed at Vista Cay for the past 5 years and love the location. Not sure when we will be able to come back since my daughter's club volleyball is over and she won't be playing in aaus any longer. However, if we ever have the opportunity to return, Vista Cay will be where we stay.

Overall, very pleased with this rental. The unit was clean and very well decorated. Great community pool also. It actually surpassed our expetations. Our next stay in orlando will surely be at this place again.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at the condo. The place was gorgeous. The condo was immaculate. Plenty of space for a family. The decor was beautiful. They have a Publix and Walgreens within minutes from the condo. The pool was great and my kids enjoyed the game room and the basketball court. You are about 10 minutes from Universal park. I would recommend this condo- we really enjoyed the place. Having the three bedrooms with a family of six was a plus.

This was our first holiday in Orlando where we stayed at a condominium. We have always stayed in a hotel so were unsure of what to expect.
The location of this condo is absolutely fantastic. The place is huge, beds are really comfortable, kitchen amenities good and the balcony is a nice added feature as it feels really private. It was also an added benefit that each room had a television in it and they all had "on demand" TV (which if you are coming from the UK is much like Sky TV) - a nice touch.
The only downside of the condo is that the couch and chairs in the living room are really uncomfortable, especially after a long day walking around a theme park but we have advised the owners of this already and I think they will be rectifying this.
The only one negative aspect was the management company for the owners, although we have advised the owners and they are getting this sorted immediately. The management company were totally disorganised, there was lack of information and we were given the wrong information. However, as mentioned above, this has now been sorted by the owners, who were a delight to deal with.
Would we stay there again? Absolutely yes! We highly recommend this for anyone wishing a fab time in Orlando and will not be staying at a hotel there again. -
