Additional notes from owner
A refundable security deposit of $300 is required with each rental. Deposits will be refunded once no damage beyond expected ware and tear occurs.
A restocking fee is access with each rental for the provision of towels and linens with each rental.
If the unit is not left in a clean and tidy manner and additonal cleaning fee of $100 will be accessed for the purpose of cleaning- guests are not expected to clean linens; however, a clean floor and kitchen are expected upon departure.

The apartment is absolutely beautifully furnished but in cases was a bit "all style and no substance". Not very practical having cream carpet throughout, especially under the dining table, for smallish kids staying. Lots of lovely furnishings but no places to put clothes other than hanging in wardrobes. No airer to dry wet clothes inc swimming things. No info on where to put rubbish (in benches in hallway). Kettle for UK visitors would be much appreciated. Didn't realise that key code cards had to be collected from clubhouse 10 min walk away. That said, the beds were the comfiest I have ever slept in! Supermarket v close. And agree with other reviewers that apartment was very attractively furnished.

Spent a month in this condo and could have not asked for more. The location cannot be beat, the amenities of the resort were perfect for us with teens. Overall, the condo has the best view I have ever seen in Orlando, and is very comfortable. It definitely was a wonderful home for us for the month. We did everything, Disney, Universal, Seaworld, Aquatica, lots of shopping, everything was just minutes from the condo. Having the Publix right there was so convenient. Roberta was very helpful, friendly, and great to work with. This was the best place I have stayed in Orlando in 20 years! We did not want to leave!

This 3 bedroom unit is exactly a represented. We used this for a family get together and it was perfect. It overlooks a pond with Sea World in the distance. It is a short, direct drive to Universal, abiut 10 min. Publix Grocerier store is within walking distance. Also, next door to Publix is a great pizza restaurant. Did laundry the last night and couldn't get the dryer to work. Hope they fixed that. Free Wifi. Nice pool. Close to Internatioal drive with a lot of dining choices. Would certainly stay here again.

This was one of the best vacations I've ever had. Not only from the activities that we did, but mostly because of this condo we rented! It was beautiful, and it was in a very convenient location, and definitely worth every cent. We loved everything about it, from the bedrooms, to the kitchen to the pools, jacuzzi & clubhouse. I loved how you can get discounts & make reservations through the clubhouse. We're planning to make this a yearly vacation spot for us. I'd Recommend this condo to anybody planning to stay in Orlando for Vacation especially if you plan to go to any of the amusement parks, it's conveniently located within 15 mins (tops) to all of the parks, (Disney, Seaworld, Universal Studios, Wet & Wild etc.)

We have 4 children, so you can imagine that finding a hotel to accomodate our family was next to impossible. We stayed for a week, and was really pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and easy it was to stay here. First, it's a secure, gated community with keyless entry. That was awesome because my parents travelled with us. Keyless entry allowed all of us to go and come as we pleased - no need to figure out who's got the key and how you'll get back in. Second in my world was the availibility of laundry facility in the condo - wow! We did not come home with any dirty laundry - that was pleasant. The kitchen was incredible. It had everything we needed - down to dish soap and a floor mop for dealing with spills! Everything was clean and spotless. There was tons of extra linen and towels; our every need was anticipated. It was not a hotel, it was better! My kids and nephews enjoyed the gaming console and the TV in every room. As adults, we enjoyed our privacy and every convenience you could possibly think of. Did I mention we had a dinner party one night, with fine china and all? We most certainly did, and it was easy. With a large grocery store just steps away, planning and executing a nice dinner without breaking the budget was as easy as pie. We loved it, the kids loved it, my parents loved it. My 5 year old was so thrilled, he asked, "Could we stay for 75 more days, mom?" That just sums it up. We had a great stay, so good we wanted to stay a while.
