This place was so wonderful! Everything was exactly as quoted me by the owner and we had absolutely no problem checking in. The apartment was so clean and elegant with such a great view. I can't stand to go in to a place my family is going to be sleeping and have it not be clean. This condo was thoroughly cleaned from sheets and towels to the floors and fridge.
The bunk bed was a big hit with my 11 year old and the fully equipped kitchen really helped us save money because we didn't have to eat out every meal. My crowd just wanted to get take out every night because they loved hanging out at the condo so much. The master bed was so comfortable I had to be bribed to get up every morning! The pool was clean and beautiful. Definitely want to go back.
Also, owner was so great to deal with. Promptly responded to all my questions and provided everything as promised. Price was super deal for a luxury condo.
Could not be a better location. Took us 10 minutes to get to animal Kingdom. Location is 5 minutes or less to grocery stores and restaurants.

I rented this unit for my Navy daughter and son-in-law at the last minute. Your quick reply, flexibility, ease of payment, ease of check-in made this arrangement so incredibly hassle-free. They loved the condo, had a wonderful time and appreciated the front desk help. My daughter specifically commented on the cleanliness and coziness of the condo. We only stayed for 2 nights to do some shopping before going on the Clearwater. The check in was very fast and friendly and the apartment was very clean and well equipped -there was even a proper kettle for us Brits and our tea making!!

Beautiful view from the balcony and entrance. 3 Elevators so you never had to wait, even on the higher floors. Plenty of parking inside and out. Shshank was excellent to deal with, answering my questions right away. Didn't have to pay until arrival, so didn't have to worry about sending money by mail or paypal. Easy to get out of Resort to main road. What I liked best was the comfy bed and Jacuzzi tub, least was since it was a high-rise we lost the sun at the pool around 5 and we love the sun. Our trip was not for Disney but just a getaway for shopping, eating, relaxing and sun. So we were all about the resort and condo. Would highly recommend this resort and dealing with Shshank.

My wife and I stayed in a one-bedroom unit in March 2013. We were very pleased with our stay. The unit had a great layout. It was very clean and well-appointed. We had two minor maintenance issues, but we just called down to the front desk and they were promptly fixed. The location is great. Right near Downtown Disney and close to the other Disney Parks and Universal. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. A nice pool and hot tub layout, but we only used the hot tub once due to an unseasonable cold snap. We would definitely stay again on a return trip to Orlando.

This condo is perfect for an Orlando vacation whether you're going to Disney, Universal, Sea World or just want to stay in and relax by the pool. In fact, I love it so much that I have stayed in one of Shshank's condo's for the third year in a row. It is so much nicer and cozier than a hotel. The view from your balcony is amazing and beautiful, I could sit there for hours just staring at Lake Byron surrounded by the Spanish Moss covered oaks. The kitchen is great and we save lots of money by making our own breakfast and late night snacks. It's very close and convenient to everything you might need. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and helpful and the free shuttle to Disney and Sea World is a plus. I could go on and on... I would definitely recommend to to anyone.

My husband and 2 daughters spent 3 days at this resort and enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was equipped with dishwasher/dryer/washer and 2 full baths, big bed and bunk beds and fold out sofa. The pool was lovely. The staff at the front desk very good and when I requested a room higher up with a view of the pool and the lake, they were able to grant my request. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The traffic is very heavy in this area but Orlando in March gets lots of tourists so it was understandable.

The condo was very clean and a great view!!! We could not believe the location, within 10 minutes of Disney! The kitchen was stocked well, and we picked up groceries at a nearby Walmart. The only suggestion I would make is to update the blankets. Although the sheets and towels were crisp and clean, the blankets available were less than desirable. Overall, would definitely come back.

We stayed in this condo for a week while visiting the Orlando area theme parks. It was clean and very spacious! We had plenty of room for all four of us. The two bathrooms came in handy when getting ready in the mornings before heading to Disney and Universal. We also enjoyed the pool on a couple occasions. The pool side bar was an added benefit :)

This was a super nice condo conveniently located near Disney and Universal in what was really an ideal location. The rear of the condo overlooked a gorgeous lake that made you forget you were in the heart of Orlando across the street from a Walgreen's and Chick fil a. This unit was very well done and nicely decorated. The two bathrooms were very spacious. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. There was always parking available even though they were sold out. You had to have your room key to use the elevator, which just made us feel extra safe. I'm so happy I found this resort/condo.

Enjoyed our stay very much; the condo was nice and roomy for 4 of us. It was wonderful having the dishwasher, washer/dryer and the 2 full baths a bonus! The pool was lovely. The only drawback was the traffic, pulling in and out of the building onto the busy streets, but I assume that traffic is always a little crazy in Orlando especially in March. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance which we enjoyed. We asked for a room higher up and we got one with a lovely view of the pool and Lake Buena Vista. Would definitely come back here again!

I was pleasantly surprised how nice this property was. The pool was great. It is right on the lake so there was a beautiful view of that. The condo was very clean and spacious. We had a one bedroom with 2 baths which was nice because we have 2 kids. Great to have the kitchen too.

My family of four stayed here for a little over a week and we had a great time. Any questions I had about the unit was quickly answered by Shshank and the check-in staff were friendly as well.
Pool area is very nice and the lake is great too. You can even rent jet-ski's and have them delivered to the dock next to the pool.

Decided to stay at this condo for a quick weekend getaway in Orlando. Nice place with some good amenities. We decided to stay here as it's very close to the parks and some great dinning locations. Condo is on the 1st floor above the parking garages, close to elevator so at times a bit noisy but if you don't plan on staying inside all day this isn't an issue. I would stay here again for our next weekend trip to Orlando.

This condo is perfect for a small family. Location is great for visiting Disney. Traffic on road in front of hotel is really bad, but there is a back way to get to all the Disney parks that will take you maybe 5 minutes to get there. Resort was very nice. Pool was cleaned every morning. Get down there early to get a lounge chair as they go fast. Condo unit itself had everything we needed. Coffee pot was broken, we contacted the front desk and they replaced it immediately. Bedroom carpet had a bit to be desired and needed a good cleaning (or replaced) but besides that all was perfect. Highly recommend this unit for your stay.

Outstanding ! Place was very well kept and clean. Prices were reasonable.Free WiFi, View were fab, very comfortable place.I would defiantly stay here again and recommend to others too. Lots of great eating place around. We even bough Ponchu for Universal Wet Rides from nearby Dollar Store Ha ha !!! I am looking forward to visiting Florida again and would rent this condo again. I was with 2 kids and they loved the bunker bed :). I was able to cook kids warm milk as kitchen was fully equipped. Walgreen was across the road. My favorite Starbucks was in the same strip mall. Reasonable distance to Universal park. Can even see fireworks from Condo gallary :)

This condo is in a very nice resort, great pool area. My husband and I were on our own so we had lots of room for 2 people, 2 bathrooms even. I am not too sure about the bunkbed arrangement for some families. Not in a bedroom, tucked in the hallway so it might be too noisy for some kids depending on what the rest of the family is doing. We did not rent a car and found that there is no grocery store within walking distance. Dealing with the owner was no problem at all.

The guest/service staff was great. The accomadation was just what we were looking for. Spacious,comfortable and homey. It was near all the activities we did for the weekend. Great balony ad view, swimming pool was also very nice.

We stayed at this condo for 4 nights at the end of Jan and must say it is one of the best condo expereinces I have had. The rooms were clean, kitchen well equipped and living room spacious. The balcony overlooking lake Bryan is large and makes for a very good breakfast spot. I used the laundry machine as well and it was convenient having all my clothes clean after a trip. Blue Heron check in - check out was smooth and since it is located central to most locations, you get to attractions fast. Shshank was very responsive and assisted when I actually lost my booking information.

The place was everything it said it was!!!
We were not disappointed at all. The owner kept in constant communication with us and with quick responses. They made sure to address us promptly and professionally.
The condo had a beautiful view as well! It was spacious for me, my 3year old daughter and both my parents. The unit provided everything we needed from kitchen utensils to detergents for the laundry. All we had to do was groceries and we ate in as if it were our own home. All appliances worked great and provided dishwasher soap as well.
The location of the condo felt like it was in the heart of everything. All the parks were much closer than we thought which made it convenient for us to drive about. My favorite part was having a Starbucks right in front of the place :) Although we did not use the pool since it was too cold, it was bug and the balcony had such a beautiful view of the lake. There is a very nice pier in the back that you can go to as well as a small nature walkway which was so peaceful before the Disney chaos of the day. lol
We already agreed that the next time we visit, it will be here at this condo ;-)

Our stay in this condo last November was amazing. We had 3 condos all next to each other for our extended family. All rooms were very nice and clean. The view overlooking the pool and the lake was phenomenal.
The location was close to Disney parks and Sea World. Many restaurants were within walking distance. There were also several options for shopping nearby. The staff was friendly and check-in/out was a breeze.
Shshank was great to work with before the trip, quick to respond, and offered a lot of helpful information. I would highly recommend this rental.

Very good value for the money and the location was also convenient to both Disney and Universal. Also convenient to stores and restaurants. Free shuttle to Disney was a bonus.
Condo was clean and comfortable with a nice view of the lake from the balcony.
Only negative was the inernet access was a little shaky at times. -

This condo is in an amazing location! We went down to Orlando to do all of the parks and we stayed at this condo for 3 nights. It was absolutely perfect location for what we needed. 5 mins awayfrom outlet mall, 2 mins from Disney Parks and 10 mins from Universal. There was also a costco and supermarket in close proximity. There is a full equipped kitchen in the condo that we used to cook all of our meals. The view from condo is gorgeous and the grounds are extremely well kept. Parkig is free. There are tons of restaurants within walking distance. Great great great!!!

My stay was wonderful! I was in town for the Disney Marathon weekend and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The price was so much cheaper than in the park. The location is one exit from some of the parks, so it was really easy to get there and there are lots of restaurants very close by. The heated pool was awesome and the condo itself was very clean and comfortable. I would not hesitate for a minute to book here again. Shshank responded immediately to my inquiry and followed up after my stay. Very pleasant to work with. Very satisfied customer!

Our condo was one of the best parts of our vacation. It is very close to all Disney properties. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for the week stay. We brought food and were right at home for the week. The kids loved the bunk beds. The master bedroom was roomy and comfortable. The resort public areas were clean, accommodating and comfortable as well. I would recommend this to anyone going to the Orlando area. You simply cannot beat the value.

This was our second time staying at the resort. Both times we experienced exceptional customer service, clean rooms, and convenient to all the Disney and Universal attractions. This time we brought another family with us so our children could vacation together. We enjoyed the beautiful Lake Bryan sunrise and sunset everynight, we were able to see the Disney fireworks from the balcony of our floor. We always felt safe and secure during our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better location, customer service, and clean facilities. We recommend this resort for families and will definitely stay here next time we visit Orlando & Disney.

The condo was perfect for our needs. We would watch the fireworks from the platform most nights. The volcano at the minigolf place was fun to see as well. The location was excellent to Downtown Disney, Discovery Cove and Universal Studios. The only hiccup was finding a parking place after spending a late night at the park. The Starbucks was with in walking distance. We look forward to a return trip.

My husband and I stayed for 2 days after our cruise. I am very particular about where I stay and put a lot of time into finding accommodations that were up to my standards yet affordable. Also this was an early anniversary vacation so I wanted peaceful surroundings yet convenience to shopping etc. We found it! The owner was a pleasure to work with and we enjoyed our stay very much.

My family and I recently stayed at the Blue Heron in Orlando. We stayed in unit 909 and we loved it. The owner was great from beginning to end. He answered all of our questions and handled an issue promptly. We had minor issues when we arrived but the owner escalated it and it was taken care of and it did not put a damper on our trip at all. The unit itself is very clean, it is affordable and a much nicer stay than a hotel. It is roomy, the master bath has a jetted tub and it was nice to have two bathrooms. The building is in a great location with stores and restaurants near by. Very close to Disney and the outlets as well.

We were fortunate to stay at this beautiful condo a few days ago. First of all, when we arrived we were greeted at the door by very friendly staff. Check in was quick. We were directed to another counter to get our parking pass and the lady behind the counter asked if we would like to come to a presentation in exchange for a $75 master card or tickets to a dinner show at a reduced price. We decided not to do the presentation and there was no push back.
In terms of the accommodations, they were beautiful and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids. At first I was not sure about the bunk beds in the hall but the kids loved it. The bunk beds were in very close proximity to the master bedroom. The Master bedroom had an ensuite which was very handy and the kids had their own bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked and little things such as laundry soap, dish soap, shampoo, coffee was supplied.
The location cannot be beat! It is so close to downtown disney. As well it is close to the other disney parks. They do have a shuttle that will take you to the parks but we rented a car so did not partake in the shuttle.
Cici's pizza is located in front of the building and I highly recommend eating there. It is cheap (family of four for $20 including drinks and all you can eat pizza with a coupon) .
The pool is wonderful! It is heated so no problem swimming any time. And the people staying in this building are so friendly.
I have to say Shshank was so pleasant and quick with e-mail questions. We have rented a lot of vacation homes and the customer service is second to none. Oh did I mention how affordable this rental is? Which is really important to us. Thanks Shshank for having us stay at your beautiful condo. We will be back for sure!

Condo was very clean, had everything we needed. We enjoyed having a kitchen that was fully equipped, nice not to have to eat out every meal. Plenty of space for 6 of us. The location was perfect - reasonably priced restaurants nearby, bus transportation to the Disney transportation station, convenient to everything. We were very pleased with our stay, and will definitely come again!!!

I was nervous to book any condo as we usually stay on disney property but as we were spending Christmas there I wanted something that felt more like a home than a hotel room. This turned out to be a great pick -from booking to check out - my emails were promptly responded too and all my questions were answered when I called. It was great to have so much room, a washer and dryer and very close to everything! We would definately book again

My family and I stayed at this condo during the end of October / early November and we had a great time. The location was fantastic as it was quite close to the Disney parks and Seaworld. In addition, there is a Super Walmart just a 5 minute drive away for all your grocery needs as well as a pharmacy across the street.
The personal at the hotel were friendly, helpful and were always available for questions. Buying tickets directly at the hotel was also pretty easy and the concierge gave great advice.
The condo itself was very clean, private, and spacious and the wifi connection was very practical. The condo owner was very helpful and answered all my questions honestly.
We really couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Great Stay overall. Owner very attentive and detail oriented- went above and beyond to accomodate. Little bit of rough time checking in...Renters: Make sure you do not arrive earlier then 4pm to check in...staff will not allow you to check in early. Time share seminar offered at time of check in...great discounts on tickets, but must alot 2 hours for seminar. Beautiful Premise, Great Views, Close to everything!!! I would definately rent this condo again- and recommend it to anyone that has a famly of 4 or less. Johnny: The night manager...awesome!! If you want or need anything done- hes your man! A+

We enjoyed a three day stay at this property while on vacation in Orlando. The condo was beautiful, well maintained and had everything we needed for our stay, including a full kitchen. Working washer and dryer in the room was extremely handy. The condo has a lake view in the back, and the property had three pools and a hot tub that we enjoyed during our stay.
The property itself is located on a busy highway. There are several other businesses in front of it. You do get a nice view of Disney fireworks at night if you stand in the breezeway outside the unit door. It is very centrally located to Disney (which is about 5 minutes away), Sea World, and Universal.
There were only two negatives with this resort - First, there is a nightly "resort fee" charged which allows you to make local calls, access wi-fi internet, and use the pool and exercise rooms, amenities that are often included in the price at other resorts. Second, we could not find a luggage cart for guest use during check-in/check-out. Having one would have been very helpful.
Overall, we had an excellent time, and really enjoyed our stay here. I would not hesitate to stay here again during our next vacation. -

Booked the one-bedroom apartment for 2 nights. The owner is very prompt in answering your queries right from the beginning, no probs in this area. Was very amazed because it is huge (as I came from London where space is just okay). Loved the fact that there is a washing machine and a dryer inside. Bunk beds will suit bigger children though as it is quite high. You will have everything you need in the kitchen as they provide essentials. Location is very accessible to attraction and they provide shuttle services to Disneyland and Seaworld which is a plus.

The condo was very clean, nicely furnished and had all of the amenities needed. We had our four year old grandson with us and he fell in love with the bunk beds in the hallway. What a clever idea for children. They are close to the master bedroom and with the bunk beds another room isn't required. Great value. It is close to a grocery, nice restaurants, and theme parks. The pools and hot tubs were relaxing when returning from a full day of fun. Free covered parking was a plus.

When my aunt and family from UK decided to visit Orlando, we were looking for a place with all the facilities and that has a close proximity to all the major attractions. And Blue Heron was all that and more. The place is clean with everything that you need in the villa. The kitchen had all the stuff needed like dishwasher, washing soap, pans, microwave, silverware, toaster, coffee maker etc. We never had breakfast from outside during our 4 day stay. Our room was on the 12th floor and the balcony was facing a lake which was a great place to have the morning tea. They have a nice swimming pool which was used by the kids. Good air conditioning. Plenty of beds for 6-8 people to sleep which includes a sofa bed. Overall a great stay. Only thing I would suggest is to change the mattress in the sofa bed which looked over used and soiled.

Didn't find alot of negative comments for this place for a reason. Very clean, close to attractions. Bed was very comfortable! If you have young kids they will enjoy the kiddie pool.You will enjoy staying here. Tips: Buy extra trash bags as this is a self cleaning condo no maid service unless you pay extra for it.

I had a business meeting in Orlando and brought my family with me to enjoy the parks. One of our kids has physical disability that Disney did not handle well and it completely ruined our morning, but it all changed once we called Shshank. Even if it was way before the check-in time, he was able to get my family in the room early. As soon as my kids saw the room and the pool, they forgot all the bad experiences and called me to happily report that the "condo is absolutely awesome". We really enjoyed the pool and sunrise over the lake in the mornings. It was nice to have the full kitchen and be able to have breakfast right at the condo and cook dinner on one of the days. Thank you, we had a great time!

It was very comfortable, nicely decorated, with a full kitchen, washer and dryer. The room was new, clean and had everything you would need. It's about as close as you can get to Disney without staying on site - perhaps a 10 minute drive to the parking lot. Would stay here again. Highly recommend this condo to others. We liked the bunk beds in hallway and the way the rooms were designed. We had plenty of room in this family suite. it was a great atmosphere, my family really enjoyed the room, pool and view of lake. Personnel at the front desk were very nice and helpful. It was a good time.

We stayed here for a week last month. This was my kids' first Disney vacation and they absolutely loved it. We had a wonderful experience at this condo as well. It was very close to Disney parks - 10 minutes by car. I think that the resort also offered free shuttles to parks but we did not use them as we had a rental car. It was nice that kids were able to enjoy the Disney fireworks from the corridor in their PJs. Both of us loved the fantastic view of the sunrise with coffee from our 9th floor balcony. Kids also had a great time in the kiddeie pool. The kitchen was great for our needs. The management staff was very friendly. The owner was also very nice. He told us about the website that we can purchase the disney and other parks tickets from for a lesser price than the parks themselves. Overall we had a wonderful time. I would definitely stay there again !! Thanks
