The place was amazing! You get exactly what you see in the photos. The unit was spacious, spotless, very safe, it had everything you could possibly need from saran wrap to high chair! You can't beat the proximity of this place to all the major attractions and we went to many-Disney, Universal, Sea World, Nasa and Clearwater Beach! It was also close to a lot of restaurants and supermarket stores. We've recommended this place to a lot of our friends already. We will be back for sure..we would never stay at a hotel ever again when in Orlando. Oh and booking it was a breeze!

The place was very clean and comfortable during our stay. All the linen and kitchen items were spotless, though we used the kitchen very little. We spread our kids out and did not have to go to bed as early as they did. We could unpack and plan/pack for the next day while they got sleep.
The property was quiet and we enjoyed the pool on the day we arrived and did not go to any attraction.
All of the parks (Disney's Hollywood Studios, Magic Kingdom, & Animal Kingdom, and Universal Studios) were about 15 minutes away. Much better comfort and value than a hotel !
I am writing this because I am surprised by the other review, and wonder if it was a cleaning service issue. All the remarks in the guest book (lots of foreign families!) were quite positive! -

We booked this home for our family vacation to orlando,on arrival the premises is in deed nice community, But much to our surprize the home was not clean or pleasant. Floors were filthy, Sheets in bedrooms were stained and smelled as if not been washed previously. The limited pots in the kitchen had rings of food caked on from the lasttime it was used. Not to mention on one of the days we werent present without any formal notice to secure our belongins or ect... not that we left anything imporatant thankgod because had anything gone missing who would we suspect??? Well i could only assume workers came in to fix something aparently, because they left the ladder in the door way to the bedroom and left balcony door unlocked. Our experience was horrible. We dinned out and even had to go to walmart to buy our pillows and clorox to clean tub we stayed 2 nights instead of the 3 originally planned.
