This was our second time staying in one of ITZ Vacation's Vista Cay condos, and once again, we were blown away by the gorgeous condo with thoughtful touches throughout.
The condo was gorgeous -- a beautiful, clean, and comfortable home. I'm picky when it comes to cleanliness, and this place was immaculately clean and well-maintained. The clubhouse was located nearby, making trips to the pool or business center very convenient. The location was a short drive to Disney, Universal, Sea World, and the Orlando International airport and very close to a Publix supermarket, a Walgreens, and great restaurants.
What sold us, though, was the attention to detail and thoughtful amenities provided: nightlights, books, toys, and video games appropriate for kids (and some recent titles for grown-ups, too!), laundry detergent for the washing machine (so we went home with clean clothes), a new sponge for washing dishes and detergent for the dishwasher, an extra trash bag, etc. Unlike most condos, there was no need to run right to the supermarket upon arrival to stock up on the basics; these items were provided. The welcome basket on the counter and complimentary cold drinks in the fridge were nice touches that show the consideration they've given to making their guests comfortable. They thought of everything!
The whole process was incredibly smooth, from receiving the arrival information, to the information provided about how to use the Wii and other electronics, to the easy procedures for leaving. They e-mailed us promptly to thank us for staying and to let us know that our full deposit would be returned in 24-48 hours.
Those considering a stay here won't be disappointed. We hope to return soon, and recommend this place to all of our friends. Thanks for another amazing stay! -

Our stay in this condo could not have been better! The space is beautifully appointed and at the same time is comfortable and inviting. Plenty of seating for dining. Flat screen Tv's in all three bedrooms for relaxing in privacy at the end of busy days. All the extras have been addressed - from laundry detergent to games and a Wii for the children to a welcome basket of goodies. Convenient to the convention center and restaurants, walking distance to a Publix, and just a short, easy drive to Disney parks. A secure, gated community that is well maintained. Will definitely return! Our contact with ITZ was very helpful. All good!

This condo is very spacious and well equipped. It really feels like your staying in luxury suite at a hotel. Lots of linens and towels are at your service along with a well stocked kitchen that will allow you to prepare a home cooked meal if you heart desires.
Vista Cay is centrally located to everything. It took us less then 10 minutes to get to Disney and International Drive; which host tons of restaurants and bars is just around the corner. A very well placed Publix is only a short walk away or a minute car drive. Plus Nypd Pizza located in the same plaza as the Publix, has some of the most delicious pizza you have ever tasted. My kids went crazy for it.
Your family will very much enjoy their stay at Vista Cay.
