Our home has been professionally decorated and designed, and is equipped with everything to make your stay in Orlando the most enjoyable experience possible. This stylishly furnished vacation home has many small personal touches and amenities that will make your stay like a home away from home.
THE SPACE
This fabulous vacation home was one of the resort Show Models and is beautifully furnished with high quality, French classic, period furnishings. Brand new wood flooring, porcelain tile, granite and marble in the kitchen and baths plus lovely views of Lake Cay. Easy walk to the Convention Center which is right next door and just minutes to all local attractions and parks. The condo is situated on the 3rd floor with views over Lake Cay and a large furnished patio. The full size open plan kitchen has beautiful granite worktops and everything you might need to whip up a snack or a feast. The kitchen has a handy breakfast bar and opens onto the living area. We have a separate dining room with a table that converts to a poker table and hidden inside, a baize lined roulette table!
BED & BATH
The large master suite has a king bed with new hybrid mattress and a huge en-suite bathroom with an oval garden tub and separate oversized walk in shower. The guest wing has a further king room and a third bedroom with 2 full size beds. All rooms have overhead fans and Flat Screen TV's. The bedrooms all have deluxe beds with upgraded pillow top mattresses & quality cotton sheets and bedding. Sleeps 6 (8 max including small children).
A full size laundry room in the unit means you can pack light and save suitcase space for outlet shopping! If you enjoy a peaceful stroll or early morning jog, we have a landscaped lakeside path.

We are super excited for the new Epic Universal Park that is opening close by next year. However, the project does involve construction in this general area. If you are planning be at the parks or conventions this should not affect your stay but we want to be transparent. We have discounted the rate to compensate.
LOCATION
Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the resort is a Lake Cay Commons, which has a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Dunkin Doughnuts, liquor store and several casual restaurants.
