Our home is located just off of Universal Boulevard about 1/2 mile from exciting International Drive. Universal Studios with its City Walk and Islands of Adventure Theme Park is a short 5 minute drive down the road. Sea World and Aquatica are also a short 5-6 minute drive away. Disney and all of its excitement is just 10 minutes away. Vista Cay is truly in a prime location to enjoy everything that this exciting city has to offer.

We stayed at this property at the end of February for the Disney Princess 1/2 marathon. We were 3 person, and the place was roomy enough to give us all privacy, while giving a great living/dining/kitchen area for us to gather. It was clean,bright, and very spacious. However, very tall stairs from one level to the other, which would be a deterrent for any one with mobility issues. (It is personally what I likes so much as it gave great privacy from one bedroom to the other)The pool/club house was excellent and not busy at all. The location to Disney and the I4 was also great. Grocery store Publix very close by. All in all a fantastic experience we highly recommend.

The villa was wonderful and close to the attraction in the Orlando area. Everything was just what they said it was. It was very roomy and had everything thing we needed. The owners were very easy to deal with and we would return. We have nothing negative to say.

Very nice location. Within 10 minutes of all major Orlando attractions. There is even a grocery store and Walgreens nearby. The townhouse is very nicely decorated and maintained, Very comfy and cosy in a gated community. And very clean, with daily garbage pick up 6 days a week. The owners are very nice and very professional when working with them. The price per night is very reasonable for what you get. The neighborhood is quiet and wel maintained. There is a clubhouse with pools and exercise equipment near the main entrance, which is within walking distance. There is even a takeout delivery service run by the community, which we used a few times after a long day at the parks.
Only 2 cons that I can think of. As mentioned in other reviews, the driveway is narrow with a hedge on the passenger side. With a van, I would usually have to let the passenger side out before pulling into the driveway. And it is a tight turn into the driveway because the community roads are narrow, and this unit is on a corner. The other con is there were ants in the kitchen, especially on the counter. They were not there to begin with. But one morning, my daughter left an open coke can on the counter, and when we cam back, the ants were swarming it. Needless to say I killed a lot of ants the rest of the stay, but towards the end, they seemd to dwindle out as long as no food products were left on the counters or in the sink. maybe this was a suingle event or just part of being in Florida. But, besides this, the whole townhouse was immaculate and well decorated.

Beutiful House; I went with my wife, my two teenager sons, so as my older son with his wife and my grandaughter; this is a very pretty house, with all you need to feel just like at home; very well located; very confortable and very well presented. Impossible to get nothing better for that money.

We enjoyed our stay at this townhome, clean spacious, and having two master bedrooms was a bonus as we were two couples...great location, well equiped home in a nice gated community. the owners were pleasant to deal with ..I would recommend this home

The accommodations at the Vista Cay Townhome was perfect for a family six with children ranging from teenagers to toddler. The townhome was spacious and well maintained. The 3.5 bathrooms gave us a lot of flexibility. The wifi and flat screen televisions made it feel just like home. It was ideally situated with a near by grocery store, pharmacy, and restaurants. The owners were very helpful and arranged for a porta crib and high chair to be in the townhome in time for our arrival.

For less than the price of a hotel, you get a 3 stories house. Clean, well
furnished, comfortable.
Located seconds away from Universal Boulevard, you have a quick access to
Universal studios, Disney and INternational drive.
Being able to have breakfast, a coffee and watch TV without waking up the
family was really perfect.
The fact that you can wash your clothes means travelling with less suitcases.
Management of the resort was also kind and helpful.
I definetely recommend it -

The house was wonderful! So much better than any of the hotels I have stayed at while visiting Disney, because it was like being at home. Kids all had their rooms to go to after a long day at the parks, which helped to make the trip even better than planned. We travel to Disney every year and without question if this townhome is available my family and I will stay again. Everything we needed to get started was there in the home upon our arrival, which made it prefect after the long drive from Mississippi. Only thing I could even think of improving is the 1st floor bathroom could have had a little more shelves to put things, and we drive a very large SUV it was hard getting in the driveway, then to get out of the SUV with bags was kind of hard to do without stepping on the lovely landscape. For the most it was a great place, my family and I are looking forward to staying again.
