As always when I reach out to get this timeshare it never stops amazing me how much of a great experience I always have. The timeshare Is clean well decorated and peaceful. When I come into the country this is the only place I enjoy staying because it gives you the sense of home in modern decor. To pass up on a place like this for hotels you've truly lost a great opportunity to stand on cloud nine in a grade a timeshare.

The property was completely as advertised. The town home was very clean, with nice furnishings and very comfortably slept our party of 7. The owner and the property management team were very easy to work with and quick to respond to inquiries. All necessary shopping, dining, etc were within a short drive. The pool area was very nice. Many of the major theme parks were an easy 15-20min drive from the property. I would have no hesitation recommending the property.

Had the pleasure of staying in this home and this resort Vista Cay on a conference in November. Love this unit. Love this property. Beautiful pool, gym, clubhouse and gardens. Walgreens and grocery store right near by. Close to restaurants, shopping, theme parks and conference center. Whether business or pleasure trip. Stay here!

I spent quite a bit of time looking for a property for our family. we own and manage property for vacation rental and we were not disappointed. Dealing with the owner was a breeze.
We patted ourselves on arrival, this is a quiet, safe and well kept development very close to all the activities we had in our schedule. Publix grocery store around the corner as well as walgreens was very convenient. We left early for the Disney parks and then back for lunch to pick another person in our party, it was great to have a place to come back to for a bit before going out again just 10 minutes away. Hotels are not worth it when you have this type of accommodation. The kitchen was well equipped, we did not miss anything from home. This is a 3 story town home-guest master, laundry facilities complete with detergent on ground floor, kitchen, dining and living on second floor with half bath and then master and kids room on 3rd floor. we also saw crib, high chair and snorkeling gear, we did not need it, but it seemed a bonus if you had little ones. Quality dining as well as budget dining was all around. lots to choose from just a 5 minutes drive. we would return to this property in a heartbeat highly recommend for any shoppers or disney travelers.

This was our third time staying in the Orlando area, needless to say we will never stay in a hotel again! This condo was exactly what we were looking for. We had 5 people in our group and still had plenty of space. Checking in was a breeze, and communication with both the rental agency as well as with Samuel was quick and easy. The condo was clean and well stocked. We had all the items that we needed and more. The condo is in a great location, close to a Publix for groceries as well as many great restaurants on International drive. The drive to all the attractions was short and straightforward. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and great looking townhouse close to all the attractions and restaurants. Very comfortable beds and spacious kitchen with all you need for a great dinner. Will visit again for sure.

Not knowing much about vacation rentals in Orlando, I did some research and found a place called Vista Cay properties. If you're going to any of the theme parks, it's the perfect location!!! It's just right down the road from Seaworld and Universal. It's also a short 15-20 minute drive away from Disney. There's plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby which is very convenient. Staying in this property was way more comfortable and cheaper than staying at a hotel. For the same price we paid for the rental, we would've only gotten a basic room at a 3 star hotel. This was definitely a no-brain decision.
The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The owner was extremely helpful and very quick to respond to any questions I had.
The only slight issue I had was that the mattress in the master bedroom was very soft. This is a purely a personal preference though, but thought it important to mention if anybody else had a bad back and required firm support.

This home is exactly that a home. Its warming, inviting beautiful furnishings and to top it off a great community and owner. I was accommodated from before my stay all they way to the time I arrived at the property. This will be a home i will recommend to others more than once and a home i will visit again.
