We had 8 people from our company attend a trade show at the Conv. Centre. Vista Cay is a great option to traditional hotels. It is within walking distance and is a fraction of the cost of hotels. Additionally, you have a full kitchen, so you can have meals together in the units if you want. We did breakfast every day & relaxed with some bevies & snacks after a long day. Very cozy!
Our experience with Rent Sunny Florida LLC was good. The only thing that could have been better was the fact that we rented 2 units and they were quite far apart...and we were not advised. You may want to confirm the locations if renting multiple units.
As far as the units go, they were fairly comfortable and well appointed. There were some areas that looked like they could use some updating, such as a couple of areas of carpets and some of the bedding. The only bad thing that I can recall was the shower curtain in my shower...it was icky and in need of replacement.
Overall, the units served our needs very well. We will be back and we will definitely consider Rent Sunny Florida again. -

It was by far the best vacation I had in Florida. The condo was wonderful and the location was great. What I liked most was the overall total experience. I have and will deal with them again.

We were very impressed with the unit. We stayed. Connie and her staff was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. She also helped us find discounts on local attractions which was also a plus for our family. I highly recommend her for booking your vacation lodging. We were extremely impressed with the service we received from her. We would not even think about using anyone else but her and her staff. We are already planning our next vacation with her and she is already finding us some amazing deals!
