First day was a little upsetting because Global Rentals tried to get us to pay another $100.00 for cleaning. They then realized that we booked longer than a week.
Coffee Pot broke but was replaced by Global the next day.
Jacuzzi was not working but was repaired in 2 days

We have stayed at David and Fran's Orlando villa a number of times. The location is unbeatable - just a few minutes to Disney and Universal and lots of great shopping (including groceries). The pool and hot tub are spectacular. The house is wonderfully clean and the kitchen well equipped. The check in process is extremely efficient and David and Fran are absolutely fantastic to deal with. Thanks for another magical family vacation.

We were very impressed by both the house, with its wonderful pool and spa, as well as the resort facilities. The house was well appointed and spacious - perfect for a large family or for two families. The location of the house on the lake was very peaceful and it was well located to Disney and other attractions. The clubhouse offered lots of distractions including live entertainment, a great pool and the pool table itself. The management company responded quickly to our request about the pool heat. We would return - no problem.

We stayed at this very nicely appointed property in Mid Jan. 2013. We were fortunate to be traveling for business to sunny, Orlando, and David and Fran were kind enough to rent us this home. It was nice and quiet so sleeping in a couple of mornings was accommodated. The pool was lovely and we swam several times during the week !!! It was very relaxing sitting in the hot tub, watching the birds over the lake. We had one unexpected turn of events right before we left on this trip, and I ended up on crutches ! This house, even if not advertised that way, is extremely handicap/crutch friendly !! thanks for a great week David & Fran !!

Went to this location based on the many positive reviews that were on the website and wasn't dissapointed. David is great to deal with and was very accomodating when we requested a late checkout due to a late flight. House was great and more than advertised. You cannot get closer to Disney without actually working there or paying 3 times the money for 1/3 the value. We'll be back!!

This is by far, my favorite place to stay when we visit Disney World each year. There are two master bedrooms on the main floor so that no one is fighting over just one. My kids love to stay in the cozy downstairs bedroom with twin beds. The dining area is big enough for everyone in your crew. And after a long day at the theme parks, the pool deck is the ideal spot to relax. If you have kids in your group, be sure and visit the larger playground in the community that features a large castle, bridge and moat.

We took our family of 10 for New Years vacation to Windsor Hills Orlando. We had a marvellous time, spending several days at Disney and LegoLand but this home was our family sanctuary, away from the hustle and bustle of people. Just having the opportunity to watch our grandchildren play in the pool after a long day at the parks, and the big kids enjoyed the hot tub each night! This home was so close to all the Disney Parks, we could take a mid-afternoon break and head back to Hollywood Stuidos for New Years' Eve. We found the home to be in great condition and situated on a lovely street, close to the park and the clubhouse..it was just ideal. I would not hesitate to recommened to any family who want to enjoy Disney at a more relaxing pace.

Everything you could want and more besides. Well equiped, clean, modern and set in beautiful surroundings. A great place to come back to after a busy day at one of the nearby theme parks. The pool and plunge pool were lovely to relax in. The villa is in a wonderful convenient location close to all the parks. Rental agents very helpful and located near to villa.

8 of us stayed at the villa, ages ranged from 21 to 40; every one of us loved the villa and all that it had to offer.
We arrived in the night time so we were nervous about collecting keys etc. This was unnecessary as our welcome pack was in a safe outside the offices, this pack had all we needed to get the holiday going. And when leaving all we had to do was shut the front door. It was that simple.
The holiday itself went smoothly with no issues at all regarding the Villa.
I thoroughly recommend this villa whether you're a family or a group of friends. But if you're a group of friends don't expect a bustling nightlife as Orlando isn't really geared for that kind of holiday. You'll probably want to spend your nights in Downtown Disney or Universal's Citywalk. -

As mentioned by other guest, Dave & Fran were very professional and friendly from the start. Even assisting to recover items left behind in our rush to leave. The house was very comfortable. The lake front property allowed for a private relaxing "lime" on evenings, around and in the pool. The house is located close to the clubhouse, park and playground in the resort. A short walk for the adults and kids. I would definitely stay here again. My only recommendation for improvement is to have ceiling fans in the 3 other bedrooms to assist with the hot summer months.

Dave & Fran have been professional and friendly from the very start. The e-mails they sent were informative and provided me with everything I needed to arrive at their home. Their home (upon entering) was beautifully set and well furnished with anything we might possibly need during our stay (to include beach towels). The location was beautiful and very peaceful and provided many entertainment attractions to include (all four Parks at Disney World). The only thing that I like (least) about my experience was the Company that I had to check in with (Global), the receptionist was unfriendly and she questioned the Voucher that (the owners Dave and Fran) had sent to me. I was rather taken back as I assumed this was normal procedure but she said she had to call someone to see if I was (who I was saying I was). I was very tired after flying, renting a car etc. and this experience was a little unsettling. The receptionist that I saw upon departing was very professional. Other than this experience with Global, I have no other bad experiences to state about our trip as we thoroughly enjoyed it. Thanks Dave and Fran for sharing your home.

Our family just spent one of the best vacations ever at this wonderful home in Orlando. Each bedroom had its own bath and the two master suites on the first floor overlooked the pol area. Because it was only 10 minutes from all of the Disney parks we were able to come "home" for lunch each day. The kids would cool off in the pool, eat lunch and then we all took naps. Two or three hours later we were refreshed and went back to the parks and closed them down. A quick swim and shower when we got home then everyone slept like logs. All of the beds were extremely comfortable, which is a huge plus. While the resort was also nice and had a lot of amenities, we were all so comfortable in our new "home away from home" that no one wanted to leave. The owners, David and Fran, always quickly responded to my many email asking questions and they provided pages and pages of tips for their guests about the area, including favorite restaurants, locations of grocery stores and a little about the rides in each park. I often wonder how they could have such a great home in Orlando and just not live there themselves. It was that nice and I would go back in a heartbeat! Check in was fast and everyone we met was extremely helpful. If there was ever a true family home that close to Disney with a five-star rating, this one would get six stars! (my sincere thanks to all the people who vacationed here prior to our family and wrote such honest reviews. I literally spent weeks searching for the perfect place for our family of 10 to stay in Orlando and these reviews definitely helped in my decision process. I hope my review will also offer the same to others.)

We really enjoyed staying at David and Fran's place in Windsor Hills. It was extremly convenient to the main gate at Disney and was near to all sorts of other amenities: stores, restuarants, and the Florida Hospital at Celebration (yes, we went there in the middle of the night and the Emergency Room is first class).
This property meet all of my expectations and needs. I would highly recommend this property to all...espicially families who need a lot of space.

This was our third time staying at Windsor Hills but our first time staying at David & Fran's Lakefront Villa and this was by far the best villa & location.
The villa was very clean, spacious and well appointed with everything you would need. The best thing by a mile was the pool and spa which was wonderful, it's not overlooked at all and with a view that can't be beaten looking over the lake at the superb Windsor Hills resort. The management company Global were always on hand and easy to contact should you need to. Windsor Hills itself is a gated resort/community which we really like and the proximity to the parks is a bonus being only one junction from the highway, 5 to 10 minutes and your on Disney property. There is a Target superstore 5 minutes away which stocks everything you could possibly want. The whole booking from start to finish was very smooth and David was more than helpful.
We are already looking forward to our next trip to Orlando and staying again at David & Fran's villa

David and Fran's home is an absolute delight to stay in. It is very well appointed with every detail attended to. We wanted for nothing - the pool is great and the spa is a wonderful place to relax in after a day (or evening) out. Each bedroom is very comfortably furnished and provided for and the living areas have all you need, with lovely comfortable sofas, a well-equipped kitchen and 2 dining areas. The house looks freshly decorated and is spotlessly clean, as is the pool and pool area. There is a "library" of books provided which cover most tastes and Dvds as well. The situation of the house, overlooking the lake, is unbeatable. You can watch the birds over the water, see the fireworks at Disney and enjoy the privacy from neighbours as the pool area is not overlooked directly. It is a short drive to the main Disney gate - 10 minutes, and restaurants and stores are nearby too. Altogether a place to recommend very highly. Can't wait to go back!

The house is great. Five bedrooms, five bathrooms, pool, hot tub, dishwasher, washer and dryer, etc. And if that's not enough, there's a nearby clubhouse with a large pool, hot tub, game room, exercise room, and a small theatre. There's also a nice playground less than two blocks away and the complex has 24 hour security.
The house is very close to the entrance to the Disney World parks. We could watch the 9:00 fireworks at Epcot (which end about 9:20) and be back at the house by 9:40.
We were there with our adult sons and two grandsons, and it worked out very well. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the cost of accommodation on the Disney property.
The house is near good shopping (Target, Publix, and a ton of souvenir shops) and many restaurants. We got take out from China Star (next to the Publix). Very good food; reasonable prices, but agonizingly slow service. Our order took 45 minutes and was "almost ready” for the last 20 minutes.
Bring your own laundry and dishwasher detergent, and, if you plan to cook, bring your own condiments (salt, pepper, sugar, ketchup, etc.)
We rented some baby equipment from No Hassle Vacations (nohasslevacations.com) and that worked out well too. A little expensive, but the stuff was good and they deliver and pick up.
If we go back to WDW, we will certainly want to stay here. -

The best holiday with the kids ever!Thankyou david and fran the villa was 5* clean neat and comfortable, we had 4 adults and five children in our party and everyone of us had the best holiday and the kids loved the pool.The short drive to the Disney Theme parks and local Eateries.we hired a 15 seat passenger van to move us around I strongly recommend this if you have kids.We loved everything about our Holiday and to come back from a big day at the parks and have a swim was fantastic ,thankyou again david and fran we will be back!!!

I could not have picked a beeter place to stay with my family. The house is wonderful and close to all attractions and Restaurants. My kids loved the house and the pool was there main attraction. The community is very clean and the guards were wonderful and respectful. I would recommend this house to all family and friend visiting Orlando. I am signed up to become a regular visitor at the orlando property.

We stayed at this property for ten days during our trip to Florida.
From the initial booking right until we left Windsor Hills, everything went smoothly.
The location is second to none! It is a great base for an Orlando trip, and much better value for money than the resort hotels. The villa is minutes away from the Disney parks, which was particularly welcome when it came to driving home after all the long days. The house is also close enough that you can actually see the nightly Magic Kingdom fireworks! Universal and I-Drive are only a 20 minute drive away at most.
The villa was clean, very comfortable and nicely laid out over two levels. The bedrooms have large beds and great storage. A bathroom for each bedroom is also a great feature. The kitchen is large and stocked with everything you need.
A major advantage to this property is that the house overlooks a lake, not backing onto other houses. This gives the house a greater degree of privacy when you are in the pool and outside area, making it a lovely place to spend time lazing in the Florida sun!
We had to call Global, the management company, on only one occasion - a shower door had come off its runner and a refrigerator bulb had burned out. They sent someone out within one hour and both issues were quickly fixed.
Overall, David & Fran's villa is a fantastic place to stay and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Orlando. For comfort and location, it is excellent.

We stayed in this home for a three week period during our trip to Walt Disney World. The home was nice, but was not cheap.
Check in was very easy as long as you get there before the office closes, otherwise you have to go back and provide a credit card etc...later. We barely made it on time. The clerk was very nice and stayed late to check us in. It was so close to closing that she had to get our package from the outside lockup.
I know it is hard to maintain a property, but the maintenance people should do a little more through job.
The ice machine was not working, the hot tub would not stay hot, nor would the pool. We called the maintenance person and they did come over and look at the hot tub and pool, it worked for a couple of days, then was cold again. When the pool was working it was very nice, and the hot tub was used a lot by all when it was in operation as well. The ice machine freezer they said they would fix after we left.
The bathrooms were very nice to have and worked well in the king suites, in one of the other bathrooms upstairs the shower rod fell on my son and maintenance had to come and install an new one as the old one was of no use and held together improperly. It was however nice to have five bathrooms for reading ourselves in the morning.
I never realized that the garage was as small as it is and does not have a garage door opener. It would have been nice to pull the vehicle inside, but with how small the garage doors are it was too difficult to pull the van in and out. In addition without powered openers it was a bother to use the garage. As a result it was a waste of space to us. it may serve better as a game room as others have done.
Another nice thing about the home was the free long distance via Voip. My son used this a few times to call home.
The home is in a very nice location close to Walt Disney World which was the reason we chose it in the first place and we enjoyed our time at this rental home.

We stayed with 5 kids age 7 to 15 and a grandparent. The house has a wonderful layout if you like the folks you're with - and we did! The two master bedrooms are big and bright and face the view in the back. They are even nicer than the pictures. The living room is central and it's easy to see the pool from the chair. (inside in the airconditioning!) The eat in kitchen is warm and cheerful and stocked with all the basics like pots and pans and bowls. byo dishwasher soap and papertowels. You get one each of consumables like those. (We found we needed to buy those and ziplock bags, tp, dishsoap, salt, pepper, coffee.) It was great to have two separate tables. Also, I loved that the master bedrooms were quiet. We couldn't hear my mother's bedroom television from the adjoining room and she listens to it loud. The only negatives.. if you were sharing with more than two couples, the other bedrooms are fine but far less appealing than the two big bright master bedrooms with the views..
We spent a lot of time in the pool. We ended up requesting the pool heat even though it was July so that we could have the heated spa and enjoy it more in the evening. The light in the pool and spa is the bomb!!
The management company (global) was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. They probably would have come if we complained about the cleaning but it was mostly clean. It was just little things like the table was sticky and the master bedroom windows have a great view, but the panes were very dirty and the sills were coated in dust. Actually, I think we were just too busy and too tired to call so i didn't take away a star for that.
Overall, the absolute best thing for me was the lake behind the house. Every time i walked through the living room i'd look out and see water and birds.. I swear we saw a gator one morning. It was so soothing after busy days packed with crowds.

This is a wonderful alternative to the expensive Disney Resorts. It was clean, well appointed, and the location was fabulous!

We had a fantastic time in Orlando and this house was the perfect place for our stay. We love the layout; it has two large master suites for the parents and plenty of bedrooms for the little ones. It is in a safe neighborhood with tons of activities and playgrounds but also a short drive to all of the amusement parks and atractions. The pool overlooks a very pretty pond and taking a dip is a fantastic way to end the long days. We will return often- Many thanks!

We had a great time staying at Dave and Fran's Villa! The villa provided us plenty of space for the 8 of us (2 families). The kids enjoyed the pool as the adults enjoyed the hot tub after long days at Walt Disney World and Universal Studios. It was very nice to be able to relax in a quiet setting after a day of dealing with crowds of people. The location was fantastic for everything that we did. Absolutely perfect home for a family vacation. Very safe gated community with resort club house and pool, and great kids castle playpark. Windsor Hills is extremely close to Disney parks, SeaWorld and great shopping. The house is fantastic - the highlight being the pool and spa. We would definitely stay here again !!!

This was really the ideal situation for us traveling with two families with small children and granparents. I was nervous about being off the disney property and not having the perks, but it worked out great and honestly who needs to be at the parks at midnight. It was nice to come back to your own big space and your own food. Location was very close and easy to get to the parks. the pool was perfect and I recommend heated for sure! I only wish that there was three bedrooms with queen, not two. And some of the delivery food services were really difficult to deal with and not the best. But othere than that, it was awesome!

This villa is a great rental property, real close to the Disney parks and spacious enough to accommodate a large family. The value is great, the check-in at the management company is quick and the house is well maintained, with everything on it: plenty of towels, dishes, appliances. Maybe the only one issue is the very poor reception of the TV sets around the house! The pool is great, clean and hot and proved to be of great use after a day at the parks. Windsor Hills is a fine resort, security is enforced and the pool/game room quite interesting. We had a great time and would surely recommend it, hoping to come back ourselves.

Our extended family of 9 stayed here over Christmas and New Years and were very pleased with the size of the house and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The location was very convenient to visit Disney World etc. The kids and adults loved the pool although we had to call several times as the pool did not seem to be heated properly.
We did most of the cooking and eating at home and because there was no large pot called Global to ask for one and they promptly delivered one the following day. The knives provided were not of a decent quality and made cutting very difficult. The safe provided in the kitchen would not open and we called Global but no one came or if they did come was not able to open it. We complained about the poor TV reception but no one came to take a look.
Despite these small glitches, all went well and we had a good time. -

The security office were already closed when we arrived, however, the security package was left in a box for us. The premises were very clean and you got a real homely feeling when inside. The pool and hot tub were very enjoyable after a long day at the theme parks. The kitchen was fully stocked with necessary items to cook. There was also a washer and dryer. Garbage came on time at 7:00 a.m every morning, the recepticle is the plasitc bench outside the front door...nice disguise!! The environs were well manicured and the resort facilties were nice as well. Overall I would recommend David's and Frans place to anyone, it's a home away from home.

We absolutely loved staying at Fran and David's lakefront villa. The home was spacious and lovely. We loved having 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Even with teenagers we were all able to get ready to go in a timely manner in the morning. Everyone was pleased staying here. The pool was great and the view was pleasant.
This home is absolutely as described as being closest to Disney. We couldn't believe that in a few minutes we were on World Drive and at a Disney Park.
The value was great for a large or extended family. We would have had to pay for two hotel rooms for our group and it made much more sense to rent a home. It was way more comfortable for everyone too. I would highly recommend staying here !! -

We stayed with our family of four, two mother-in-laws, and friend of the family. Everyone had their own bedrooms and bathrooms, which was very wonderful. The pool at the house made relaxing easy and convenient. The kitchen was perfect for the relaxing days and the close pizza delivery was even better on the attraction days. The house and surrounding property were well maintained and easy to access. All of the staff were very helpful. We enjoyed the home more than any other location we have stayed on any vacation. If we venture back to Orlando, we will definitely try to rent this property again.

We really wanted to stay within the Disney World resorts, but with three adults and two kids for 9 nights it would have cost far too much (plus we would have gone crazy in hotel rooms for that length of time). Luckily we compared the houses close to Disney World, because it was sooo wonderful and luxurious to stay and David and Fran's villa. We had a car anyway, so it really didn't matter if you were driving between theme parks and a resort hotel, or the villa as it was only 15 minutes drive (maximum). The villa was a gated community of other holiday houses and the security was amazing. The villa itself had everything...from dvd's that the kids could watch, excellent kitchen with all crockery/cutlery, a great pool overlooking the lake, great beds and bathrooms, wireless internet access, washer/dryer, I could go on and on. I had trouble getting my mum to go to Disney World as she ended up hanging out by the pool most days! The kids loved coming home in the afternoon for a splash (we didn't end up getting to the complex pool/park).
We got a bit scared in the beginning as we arrived to pick up the security keys/numbers from the Management Office at 8pm (with office hours being advertised till 9pm) to find the office closed...luckily there is a lockbox with instructions to pick up the info to get into the villa right outside the office, but it was a bit of a fright after a long drive from Miami to think we mightn't get in...after we got into the villa it was fantastic!! I would recommend to anyone to rent the villa (and escape the noise and crowds) after a big day at the theme parks, and recharge to go again the next day! -

This was the first time we had ever rented a vacation home. We usually go to hotels or condos, but with 8 adults (us and our adult children and their spouses) we decided to try the home rental route. We would do it again in a heartbeat. This house was very clean and had all the amenities you would want in a vacation home. It's proximity to Disney World was an added plus as we would be so tired at the end of a long day at the parks and not having a long drive back to the house was great. Being able to all eat breakfast together before we would leave for the day and then enjoying each others company at the end of the day in the great room was so appreciated. We also liked the fact that Windsor Hills is a secured gated community with 24 hour guards manning the entrance. The home is nearby grocery stores, and fast-food restaurants - just perfectly located. Prior to renting the home I had several questions for David & Fran and they responded right away to my emails. The rental process was easy and the gentleman at the rental office was extremely courteous and helpful. All-in-all, we had a wonderful experience. My kids keep complementing me on my 'find'!

Absolutely a flawless rental experience.
Communications were excellent, check-in was easy, directions were simple. The house is exactly as described, and the photographs were accurate/representative. The property was spotless, spacious, and everything we could have asked for. Location is < 5 minutes from the south entrance to the Disney property. Actual travel times were 45-50 minutes to the Magic Kingdom entry turnstiles (mostly spent on parking tram and monorail), 15-20 minutes to the turnstiles of of Epcot and Animal Kingdom, 10 minutes to Downtown Disney. Pool and spa were very refreshing after a long day of walking the parks. Publix and Super Target grocery stores are < 5 minutes west on Rt. 192.
We will definately return, and definately rent the same home again.
Two bits of advice for fellow travelers:
(1) We made breakfast in our rental home. For lunch, we packed sandwiches and snacks, and purchased drinks and ice cream from WDW. Although WDW claims to ban food from outside, they clearly were not enforcing this rule at the time of our visit. All bags entering WDW are searched, we weren't hiding anything, and they let us through with a "Have a Magic Day" every time. Saved at least $8 /person /day that way, and ate healthier as well.
(2) Commute times from the home are as above. These are as fast or faster than using the Disney transportation system from their resorts, with the sole exception that guests in one of the hotels on the monorail line (Polynesian, Contemporary, Grand Floridian) get to the Magic Kingdom faster b/c they bypass the Transportation and Ticket Center. Of course, we paid less than half what the guests at those hotels paid, with more space, our own pool, and not held hostage to Disney Dining.
This was a great property.

We booked a late deal with David and Fran for a very reasonable price given what we had been spending in hotels previously. It was easy to find and the key code approach is way easier than having to keep track of keys.
It was pretty weird driving in to Windsor Hills. It really is a US style gated community with all the houses in the same style and painted beige. Driving along in our enormous mini-van with very cool automatic doors made us feel right at home.
The house has 2 garage doors if you need to park up inside. The hallway led into an open plan style kitchen, dining room and living area. 3 bedrooms downstairs (2 master, one twin) and 2 twins upstairs, all with their own bathrooms which is very nice...as well as tvs in every room (with dvds).
The kitchen is large and well equipped with dishwasher and huge fridge/freezer. Washer machine and dryer was in the garage and was very handy.
It was a lovely touch that both the kitchen and dining tables were fully laid out....very welcoming. The living area had a large sofa which could seat 7 people no problem as well as a couple of armchairs and a massive tv as well. they had some dvds and plenty of books to read including guides to Disney.
It's a great spot for accessing Disney. Took us 10mins door to door to get to the parks. Lots of shops close by but if you are looking for decent food try Whole Foods which is just of the I-4 and Sand Lake road.
We didn't use the pool area as it was way to cold to even heat the pool. Also as we were only there for 4 nights we didn't use any of the resort facilities so can't comment.
Overall a great place to stay for Disney and especially good for families.

The paperwork with David and Fran was a breeze. Communication was easy and quick.
The house has a lot of space. There were eight of us (including six adults) and we could have easily fit two more people. Pots, pans and dishes and plentiful. Only two teenie-weenie situations were the lack of dishwasher liquid (single dose for a week's stay) and detergent (we are asked to wash any extra towels we use but are not provided any detergent... we had to buy some, as well as toilet paper, but I think that is typical of house-renting)
The house temperature programming is tricky. Manual override was possible in six-hour frames, daily, but we woke up to 65 degrees every morning. On the opposite, during the day, the heat was set to 80 degrees. We actually turned the system off for a day and the house remained at about 70 degrees, even though it was in the low 50's outdoors.
Pool heat did what it could in the cold. It's only on for eight hours a day. That was sufficient enough to heat the spa up (close to 100 degrees I believe), and we used it for three days, even though it was about 50 degrees outside. We also managed to get in the pool (in the 80's I believe) on those days.
The clubhouse is great. Pool was heated (80's), the spa was very popular, as was the water slide. The sundry store proved very useful, and the kids enjoyed the arcade.
We did not use the sports courts, but went to see them and everything looked A-1.
I highly recommend this house, and I wish we will be back one day.

It's ideally located at the west end of Kissimmee
very close to the Disney area and near the I4 which
will take you to Universal and Sea World.
The location helps if you want to take a midday
break from the theme parks and return on the
evening.
The gates to Windsor Hills have 24 hour Guards
which helps peace of mind and all the facilities
were well maintained.
The villa itself is well maintained and luxurious.
The villa management company are friendly and
helpful.
We would certainly visit this villa again and would

From the first contact through their website to the actual stay in Windsor Hills the assistance given could not have been easier or more helpful. The Villa itself was well equipped, furnished to a very high standard and felt very secure within the security guarded gated community.The combined features of the Air Conditioning and the swimming pool area made it difficult to entice our boys away to the theme parks just a short car ride away.
Overall our first visit to Orlando was a great success with David & Fran's Orlando Villa being a significant factor. -

It was a perfect place to bring our family and extended family. The main pool was fantastic also when we wanted a little bigger area to play in. I highly recommend the home and we can hardly wait to return.

We feel very lucky to have found Dave and Fran's Lakefront Villa. It was perfect for our family of nine, which included two people with disabilities. They were very easy to deal with and good with communication. Do not have any reservations about the quality of service you will receive from them.
The villa is very clean and looks fantastic. The pool and jacuzzi were the highlights for our three kids. They would swim first thing in the morning, and end our busy days with a swim. The area is very safe and secure and very very quiet. It was a great respite from Disney. Those Disney resorts seem to be packed with people and very busy and loud. The house was sort of our vacation within our vacation. We would sit outside at night and unwind and could see the Epcot fireworks in the distance.
It's close to everything you would want to do in Orlando. The resort area also has a fantastic pool that our kids loved (ages 5-6-8). Everything was top notch and the VALUE that you get for the money can't be beat.
I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed. We are going to start saving today in order to make a return visit. Do it and enjoy!

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful villa for 10 days with good friends of ours. It was perfect for the 8 of us, plenty of space and beds for everyone. It is very close to Disney World and shopping. We opted for the spa heat as well as a BBQ rental. Both were worth the extra money. To have the spa heated after a long day at the park was heaven and it was great to cook an easy meal on the grill once we got home.
The pictures don't lie. The villa looks exactly like the pictures. The only things that seemed to be absent from the home were BBQ utensils, a cutting board and a dish drainer.
Check in was quick and easy. We were handed our welcome envelope with our security code for the front door. We really liked that they change it for each rental. We also really appreciated the gated security within the community. Having young children, it's always nice to have that extra piece of mind.
The community itself is beautiful. Great playgrounds for the kids and the community pool and slide are great fun!
The house backs on to a little pond. We had birds walking right up to our enclosure. It was so peaceful. We even got to watch fireworks one night while sitting in the hot tub - it doesn't get better than that!
All in all, we had a fabulous holiday and we are already talking about going back! -

This was our first Disney vacation as a family, so we weren't quite sure how much we would like it . . . the house made ALL the difference for us. We could leave the crowds and enjoy the peace, quiet and privacy of the home and pool. On several occasions while we were at the parks, we'd ask the children what they wanted to do next and they would unanimously respond, "Let's go to the house and swim!" And as we were leaving Orlando to go home, our nine year old grandson said "I wish we could stay a month"
We WILL go to Orlando again for vacation and we WILL rent THIS house again! We cannot speak too highly about the house, pool, facilities, community, etc! Everything was EXACTLLY as described . . . clean and well maintained and the service providers were exceptional! -

Our group of 6 (2 adults and 2 kids) couldn't have asked for anything more for our most recent trip to Florida. Windsor Hills is a wonderful and quiet resort, and the owners of this property are a pleasure to deal with. This house is beautifully maintained, bright and very clean. The location couldn't be better. Disney, Sea World, shopping and dining all are a short drive away, and a gorgeous view from which we could see Magic Kingdom fireworks and, unbelievably, the launch of the Discovery shuttle. The pool and hot tub are phenomenal. There is also easy access to a community pool with water slide and hot tub, a fantastic playground and a great clubhouse for teenagers. Highest recommendations. Can't wait to come back for a third visit.

This place is awesome. Very clean and well maintained. It is right in the middle of everywhere. Your own private pool and hot tub is fabulous.
