My family and friends rented 3 of the Vista Cay townhouses in april and we absolutely loved them! There was nothing left for desire. Each was furnished with high quality furniture, bedding, and kitchen appliances. They were in a gated community with a great clubhouse and pool. The location was great with a short walk/drive to the grocery store and restaurants. I plan to stay at Vista Cay in the future.

Everything about this rental was easy. It was stress free and the condo was exactly like the pictures. It was very clean, smelled nice, and bug-free. The aC restrictions were a bit annoying...luckily we went in winter and didn't need it. But, if I was there in the summer, it would be too hot.

The unit and the rate is fare and nice as well the location is close to all intertaments and shopping but the only thing is missing the house keeping at least ones a week and that wil be perfect ...any way I like it and I recommend strongly to stay in the vista cay

My husband and our children and grandchild enjoyed a family reunion at a Vista Cay townhome last week. A great retreat for us as we had lots of together time and personal time. Loved the facilities, the location, and the townhouse was an ideal setup. Great restaurants in the area too. The pool was a bit crowded but to be expected this time of year. Small gym but perfect for us. Lots of kids. Yes, we will go back.

We had a great time and it was a very nice and clean place to stay. It was located in a very nice place and we we close to everything we needed. I would stay there again and The people were real nice that we rented from. I would recomend it to anyone!!! Thanks

This beautifully decorated town home was immaculately clean and elegantly decorated. It was a fabulous price and close to Disney. Our family felt welcomed here. The wonderful surprise was a Christmas tree and the elegant presents under the tree. We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home in this beautiful house! Thank You!

We stayed at 2 different locations. Both were very nice. Nicely decorated/furnished. The first was a one-level condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master suite was awesome. We liked that there was a king size bed. The only unpleasant part was the sewage smell outside. Made it unpleasant to be on the deck and when going to and from the car.
The second place was also very nicely decorated and furnished. Unfortunately did not have any king bed. Since we had 2 vehicles, it would have been nice to have access to the garage because the driveway did not accommodate 2. This condo was on 3 levels, but that was fine. It was a very nice place to stay. -

There were 7 teachers who rented your townhouse for 5 days. The location was close to our training site. The options for food and entertainment couldn't be beat. Publix was right around the corner so buying food and snacks wasn't an inconvenience. We couldn't have rented hotel rooms to match the convenience or price. We enjoyed the exercise rooms, walking/jogging path, pool, and hottub. We had a great time and all of us agreed we would recommend it to friends and relatives.

5 business associates and I stayed at Vista Cay for the Global Pet Expo Convention and it couldn't have been a better location. Much cheaper than getting 4 hotel rooms. Rooms and Furnishing were great and couldn't have been better. Lots of space, actually more than we needed if you can believe it. All work and no play so didn't have a chance to check out the pool. Will plan to stay here again!!!

The home was exactly as pictured and very comfortable. It is conveniently located to Sea World, Disney and only 1 hour from Cocoa Beach and Busch Gardens. We would recommend this to anyone!
