The house was in a good quiet neigborhood. Right off Route 4, so it was close to Disney. Very clean, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedroom and with a nice size screen-in pool it was perfect, esp for the price. Way better than staying in a hotel for a similar price.

The home was very conveinent to the Disney Parks. I was able to go back and forth with ease. One floor design very good and clean. Home has a pool and park is now the street. I would defintely rent this home again

This house is a great deal for the price. We had two dogs who were able to play in the yard and pool area and it was so nice to have a place to stay where they were welcome. The furnishings and appliances are a bit older, but everything worked well. Definitely a good value.

I recommend garcia vacations to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing time away from crowded places like hotels and resorts, and most important, the commodities that this place has to offer, its like being home away from home. It is a like a 6 star hotel!

The house was in excellent condition, and the best part was our own pool. Omar was great to work with, he was very persistent on making sure we were comfortable. My family had a great time and as well as my dog, Thanks Omar; When we come back to Orlando, we are staying with you!

Great neighborhood, the house was in mint condition, clean and everything in working order...Pet friendly; Kitchen had all applicances and utensils. Pool was clean and ready to use! Would definetly stay again...

We enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed, which helped to save a little bit of money since it has a full kitchen. The convenience to Disney and the outlets was tremendous.

Was a little worried about the house being 2 bedrooms but it actually worked out quite good. The house is actually big for a 2-bd and it has a wonderful master bedroom, great traffic pattern and nice pool with 3 difference entrances plus a another outside entrance that doesn't go to the pool very nice if you have dogs, keeps them away from the pool but still in the fenced yard. I can't say enough about Omar he is really wonderful to work with, we had reserved a week and wanted to come a couple days early and Omar worked it out, then after spending 9 days here we had some car problems and needed to stay a few more days which we couldn't where we were at so Omar cleaned another one of his homes so we could stay there. The people didn't check out of the other house until 10:00 and Omar had it ready by noon for us doing it himself. Our actual goal coming down here was to look for houses and after all Omar had done for us he still found time to show us some houses that we were interested in. I've been coming down here for 40 years and this was the best experience I've had. Thank you very much Omar.

I'm very happy to leave my very possitive feedback about our family vacation to Orlando. We rented Mr. Omar's house for our two families and our little dog. We were thrilled! the house was perfect, super clean, secure, comfortable and perfect to bring my little dog. Omar is a fantastic person a real pleasure to deal with and we'll most definitely look forward having more vacations in Mr. Omar's houses in Orlando. Thank you so much Omar!!

We used to always stay in typical hotels when we travel, this time we tried out this place owned by Omar. its a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, kitchen, dining, living room, drive in garage with a private swimming pool house. The neighborhood was very quite, very safe. The owner was spectacular, seems like we known him for years. very accommodating, always in touch with us for any needs and help. When we first arrive, there was no rice cooker and no wifi, just a cabled internet access, when we informed him, he readily provided both. The house was newly renovated when we stayed, we were the 1st customers, and it was clean, we were provided with bed sheets even for the sofa bed in the living room since we were 5 in the family. each room can accommodate 2 adults comfortably. there were TV sets on every room, so everybody can watch what they want. Overall our experience here was great, nothing to complain about. very worth the money we paid for, and we even earned a friend with Omar.
