The villa is located close to Disney on H27 and only 3 minutes drive to the 192 and entrance to all Disney areas. It is about 4 minutes drive to the I4 (the major Florida road). We are about 25 minutes drive to Orlando Internation Airport, Seaworld, Universal etc. One hours drive to the closest beaches. The villa is very central on a very easy route.

2013 RATES
Spa Heat RATE IS $86 OR £50 PER WEEK and added to your booking, THIS CANNOT BE LOCKED.

Optional Pool Heating $164 OR £90 PER WEEK recommended from November - March.

Pool and Spa Heat RATE IS $250 OR £140 PER WEEK.

Deposit $340 OR £200 per week on all bookings and is non-refundable.

A Security bond of $340 OR £200 is payable with the final balance and is FULLY REFUNDABLE AFTER YOUR STAY.

Cleaning Surcharge of $120 OR £100 is added to stays of 6 nights or less.

Minimum Stay - 3 Nights (although some smalller stay gaps may be available)

  I am always a little apprehensive about booking
  online without seeing it but I'm pleased to report that everything went off without a hitch! Cindy was great to work with and she was very responsive to our questions that we had. I must say the Villa was
  much better than we expected! It was super clean and had many things provided for us that we wuold never have thought of. My husband and I and our girls had plenty of room and the pool / hot tub area was nice and private. We had such a great time reconnecting in our comfortable and clean home away from home!   What can we say... Booked the villa for 3 weeks as we were getting married in Florida and wanted somewhere all the family could stay together. Couldn't have wished for anywhere better!
  
  Every little detail has been thought of when furnishing this villa and it has clearly been done to the owners own high standards. The pool area is great as is the games room, just the sort of thing you need after a tiring day at the parks (or a wedding!) I think the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in.
  
  The location of the villa is pretty much central for everything in Florida with the main parks being not much more than a 10-15 minute drive. There are a couple of supermarkets withing easy reach that stock everything you're likely to need, including items for that all important BBQ in the Florida sun!
  
  There really isn't anything I can think of that this villa was missing, other than maybe a butler to make it even more relaxing!
  
  If you're thinking about going to Florida and renting a villa, then look no further, this one really does tick all the boxes!

  Cindy took us through the booking procedure with great efficiency right through to car hire and park tickets. The in-house information folder was invaluable!
  The villa definitely does have the wow factor big style. The kids loved the pool, games room the adults loved the luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms, hot tub and even the laundry room.
  Top quality villa with luxury fixtures and fittings.
  Great location to see all the sights of Florida.
  We wanted for nothing at Walts Villa - just more time!!!

  We have been going to Florida for a number of years now and i came across this house on 360 degrees villas. There was five adults and 4 children on this holiday. We could not have asked for anymore from this home. It had a games room whcih kept the children amused. The pool was a good size and the hot tub made it all the more special;. Cindy had supplied everything to cater for our every need.
  The photos that Cindy has online for the villa do not do it justice. It is a totally amazing house. We would certainly look at renting the villa again if we go back to Florida .
