Ft pool home situated in the prestigious Hampton Lakes community in Davenport, Florida, with only a short 15 minute drive to the gates of the Disney's theme parks. This is the perfect villa for convenience and quiet relaxation. The floor plan consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, and is ideal for either two families or single families that like to spread out in this large open plan villa, (sleeps up to 8 guests). There is a games room for entertainment and wireless internet, along with free long-distance to Canada/USA.

'This lovely Pool home is situated in the prestigious Hampton Lakes community in Davenport, Florida, with only a short 15 minute drive to the gates of the Disney theme parks. There is a games room for entertainment and wireless internet. The community offers free on-site amenities guests including tennis, beach volleyball, and basketball and children play area.'
We are close to shopping malls and major attractions; MGM, Universal Studios, and water parks are all within 15 minutes. We also provide all linens, and plenty of towels are available for swimming. ~Electric Pool Heat per day: $25.00 US or $175 US weekly Recommended (October to April months) NOTE: Pool heater may not work properly if temperature drops below 55 degrees, electricity is still being used, so no refund.
~We require a Booking Deposit of $200 US to confirm a booking and hold your specific days (non-refundable). The deposit will be deducted from total balance. Full Balance needs to be paid, if less than 8 weeks before vacation dates.
~We require a Security Damage Deposit Fee of $250 US. This will be returned after check-out and no damages or issues have occurred. OR purchase $39 damage insurance with $100 hold.

From the time we opened the door, it felt you were somewhere familiar and not the empty feeling of the average hotel stay. The time and thought taken into creating the decor and comfortableness is a true testament of the name and the owners. We felt like we were visiting family! The location is ideal for shopping, eateries, Disney, or just lounging outside at your own personal screened in pool! The kids thoroughly made use of the game room and the pool at all hours of the day, allowing the adults some much needed recuperating time. We can't wait to go back "home"!

All I can say is wow this was such as beautiful place! The stay was amazing the house was beautiful. My family and I enjoyed our stay. We had everything at the home it was like home. And the staff was really nice and helpful. I will be back.

This house was perfect for our family of 9 with 4 bedrooms. This house was very spacious with a fully equipped Kitchen. Everyone loved the private pool, it was a big hit! We had a wonderful time and will be back with the whole family again!

It is fortunate that this house is not available. We are in Florida, staying with another company and the house is not as nice as yours. We will only return to Florida again if your homes are available. Your home, Comforts of Home was spectacular. The games room was great for us adults and kids. The house was clean and professionally decorated. It was a definitely week in heaven at your home. A beautiful villa located in a beautiful community. The villa was nicely presented and cleaned and provided all the necessary furniture/fixtures that you would need. Plenty of room for both kids and adults and comfortably slept 10 of us. They had a playpen & highchair for our son and a box of toys for the kids. Location wise, the villa is in a decent location to get to Disney, Universal, and Seaworld. In addition, it was an easy drive to the the malls and shopping outlets. Walmart and the grocery stores are only 5 minutes away. The management of the villa and owners were easily contacted by phone. There is free wifi and long-distance to Canada and the USa, so we were able to call home. The owners are extremely friendly and they provided us with arrival information and other useful information. this was our 2nd time at this villa. June 2010 and June 2011

This house is beautiful inside and out. Perfect location close to shopping centers, Walmart, restaurants and very close to all the Disney Parks. This was a great home to stay at. It was nicley decorated and very clean with a nice layout for kids. The location was good with alot of shopping and restarant options between the home and the parks. The owners where very profesional and pleasant to work with. We will definetly look to stay with the here again our next trip.

Thank you for renting your home to us. I am so happy we found you on FLIPKEY. We arrived home yesterday for a long long long drive back to Canada. My wife was disappointed that we had to leave the house, especially the pool. My wife also loved the new kitchen, cupboards and granite and now wants a kitchen like your. ...lol We used the dishwasher everyday, and did not notice any problems. It washes well. The decor is very elegant and the pictures on your website does not do the house justice. Oh I forgot to tell you that my kids broke some of your darts for the dart board. Let me know what we owe you.

Oh my...you all drove......wow. YES, Flipkey is indeed great, glad you found us. Please tell your friends about us. Yes, we just updated the kitchen, since we had a small accident in the kitchen. The kitchen is really nice. Glad you had no issues with the dishwasher. Its one of those that you turn the knob instead of push buttons. Excellent house. Very clean and a lovely swimming pool. The children had great fun. There could have been a little more equipment in the kitchen, especially a kettle and the dishwasher needs updating. Otherwise a very enjoyable holiday. Thanks.

The house is in excellent conditions, furniture and the beds are brand new. Pool was very clean, so was the house. My family can wait to go back in our next vacation. I took my wife and her mother and our 3 children ages 9, 14, 17. The owners are awesome and I paid through credit card, which was an easy process. The communication and helpfulness of the owners, the facilities and decoration of the villa, and the location, 15 minutes from the Disney Gates. After a long, long, long, long day at the parks it was nice to return back to a vacation home and not a hotel. We will definitely recommendation to everyone.

Sorry for the delay, we are vacationing in Hawaii at the moment. Your Villa was just amazing, we were overwhelmed on arrival at the beautiful decor, space, cleanliness and the comfort of it. We felt at home immediately. There was not anything that we needed, the house was equipped with everything. The stores are nearby, so we were able to buy hygiene products with no issues. The master bedroom was great with a large king size bed and I remember I got the best sleep ever.. We are looking forward very much to returning in the next few months. Cannot wait! I did refer you to some of my co-workers.

Fantastic home. Thank you Rick for renting your home to us for the week. We loved it. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and playing basketball at the community courts daily. Great location, quiet neighbourhood and very close to Disney. The house was spotless when we arrived. Sorry for the mess...we tried to tidy up for the cleaners. Thanks again, we will be back next winter.

My family had a truly magical experience and it was largely due to this beautiful vacation home. It was spacious and impeccably clean. My small children and I used the heated pool each and every day multiple times! The entire neighborhood was quiet and tranquil and an all-around truly pleasant experience. We would spend one busy day at DisneyWorld and then a quiet relaxing day at the house with all of the amenities. We really enjoyed being able to have a family barbeque and sit down together for an intimate family dinner to speak about our adventures. Oh and a bonus was that I was able to keep up with my laundry and so we arrived home with a suitcase full of clean clothes ;-D
We arrived home yesterday and we are already planning our next stay! Thank you for making our vacation a magical one! -

Thank you for allowing me and my family the opportunity of staying in your vacation home called Comforts of Home. We really enjoyed having the ability to cook our own meals in a full-equipped kitchen, it was like we were right at home. Also, it was great to come home to a house and not a cramped hotel room. The kids were free to run around in the house and play in the games room at their leisure. We also enjoyed the time in the pool. Glad that you were located close to everything, especially Disney world.

My family came for a visit in June and we all had a great time at this home. It has everything you could want or need while on vacation, including a private pool! That's a necessity in June, for sure.

We had a spactacular Disney vacation. From the booking process with the owner to post vacation, everything was smooth and beautiful. The house was well maintained. The beds were very comfy and linens fresh. We even found time to enjoy the game room and the pool. I will definetly share this property with others.

Lisa your home was comfortable, immaculately clean, tastefully decorated and nicely furnished home in Florida. We enjoyed the house and loved the community amenitites, especially the tennis and basketball courts. We spent most of our time in the private pool and we we're glad we ordered the pool heat. The house and the pool were better in reality than on the website photos. This was a great way for us to spend quality time together and build memories. We will recommend the house to our friends and family. We plan to go back very soon!

Best family vacation ever!!! Your home was wonderful, it was far enough away from the busy city, but close to Disney theme parks, only a 15 minute drive This home was beautiful , clean, and comfy. It was nice to come home from a long day at the park, to a home with our own private pool, a kitchen and BBQ grill. I am glad we opted to stay in a vacation home like yours and not a stuffy and small hotel room. Plus alot cheaper than a hotel. Hope to stay again soon.

The home was in excellent condition and very clean, along with the private swimming pool. We were really happy that you had unlimited calls to Canada and the us, so we were able to update our family back home. Your management company was helpful when we called for ticket advice. I am glad you were able to take credit cards payment, which was convenient. I will highly recommended your vacation home to others.
