The villa was the perfect setup for our group which numbered 6 adults. There was plenty of room for everyone with three full bathrooms attached to the three bedrooms. The units are virtually soundproof so there is no fear of being disturbed by noisy neighbors. Our gang made good use of the pool, Tiki bar and restaurant and it was very convenient to have a grocery store and other restaurants within walking distance of the condo. Staff were friendly and helpful and the entire resort was well managed and maintained. Our stay was so pleasant that there are already plans being made to return again next year.

The good and the bad

We enjoyed our vacation in this townhouse. We especially liked the pool complex at the Resort. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate every day but we did get a few warm days where we could enjoy the pool. All in all, we had a good time and the accommodations were great for our group. The booking and check-in were great. The wifi was a bonus and was greatly used.
However, there were a few issues. Nobody mentioned the fact that, when you go to the pool, you can't bring anything to eat or drink. However, if you buy it from the restaurant on site, you are allowed. Also, some of the equipment in the gym was broken and the outside hot tub was not working one of the days.
I thought that the overall cleanliness of the townhouse could have been better. The plastic shower curtain liners were pretty grimy. As well, the carpet on the stairs to the second floor was stained and looks worn. In the kitchen, the pan underneath one of the front elements was black with grime. The kitchen was fine for breakfast but sparsely furnished for other meals.
All in all, we had a good time but thought these issues should be mentioned. -

our family had a wonderful time here. close to all the major theme parks, grocery store is close, the pools and waterslide were excellent, hot tub was great, they even have an indoor hot tub, and steam room, the townhouse was perfect, and the price was great !!! we would definitely stay here again.

Two families travelling together stayed happily at Villa Tropico for 5 days in January. Very convenient to theme parks and airport, easy to find. There's a mall with a supermarket two minutes along the road, very handy. It was too cold to swim much but we really appreciated having our own kitchen and laundry -- comfy beds too. This was great value for money and we had a fun stay. I wouldn't bother to eat at the resort restaurant, it was expensive, not very nice, and they had no decent beer or wine.

We rented Villa Tropico for 2 nights at the last minute during slow season. The condo was clean and nicely laid out for our visit with the our 3 kids (5,7&9) and their grandparents. The restaurant on site was very convenient and we even had a pizza served "delivery style" one night poolside after a long day at Legoland. Perfect!
I reserved directly through the owner, Bran, who was a pleasure to deal with at every step. Thank you, Bran! Check-in & Check-out were a breeze. Thanks also to all the helpful, friendly staff!
A note to i-phone users: the at&T; signal here was poor/nonexistent, but my husband was able to download a free calling app that let us use our phones with the condo's free Wi-fi. -

We stayed at the Villa Tropical for two weeks in September. The house was well decorated and beds were comfortable. We used the kitchen a lot and found the level of equipment was good for our needs. Large supermarket was five mins down the road so very convenient for our needs. We did not use the restaurant on site but did use the pool a lot. Pool was great to relax for us and for our 4 yr old grandson to enjoy and play in. Overall the resort and house were clean and we would definately go back again if visiting the area. The house showed nice touches in decor and quality of furnishing that reflect the care and interest of the owner, like having a pushchair for use in the parks with small children. The ability to use a proper kitchen and have use of a washer/dryer were very helpful for a longer stay, we mainly went to Disney parks and shops. The resort is located near to main roads so getting about was simple. All in all this was as good as we could have hoped for in all ways, and we had a wonderful stay.

The villa was furnished nicely and well-decorated. Check-in was easy and the staff friendly and helpful. However, our villa was not very clean. The pool area was not at all what I expected. The pictures on the website make this property look much nicer than it is.

I’m thankful for the time this guest spend writing the review. I’m also glad she liked my house as I’m working hard to keep it comfortable and yet well decorated.
I’m confused with her comment about pool area not looking exactly as on pictures. All pictures were taken by me at Regal Palms water park in 2010 and 2011 and this park looks exactly as on the images, if not better. Pictures of the house were taken again by me at the same time and are accurate as they can be.
Regal Palms cleaning service is good and consistent. I don’t want to dispute this guest’s experience but based on tens of other guests (who I always contact after they stay) and my person experience, the house and the Resort are in general very clean. This could be one-in-a-million situation but it’s important to know that guest can always pick up the phone, dial 0 for the reception desk and ask for someone to come over and fix whatever is not perfect.

We stayed for two weeks in a house that is privately owned and managed on 110 Napoli Rd. It is exceptionally well maintained and definitely clean. The furnishing and decor are very well done and the house is comfortable and very well equipped (Wi-Fi, LCD Tv's, cable, gaming console, DVD player...). Great thing, every room has a bathroom which was very convenient in our case. The beds were comfortable with upgraded mattresses. We enjoyed the pool area, rec-room and resort restaurant. The activities that take place are also fun, resort staff was always friendly and in the move to keep this beautiful place in a perfect order. Love the fact that pool towels were provided, saves carrying everything around.
The parks are only about 30 min. from the house so it was really convenient. The supermarket and a few restaurants were only 5 minutes away.
Overall experience, excellent. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I cannot rate this beautiful villa highly enough! A superbly well equipped home with four immaculately decorated bedrooms. All aspects to my visit to Florida were grand, the pool was spectacular, and the villa was the icing on the cake. Very close to all the Disney parks with local ammenities a mile away. Many thanks for providing such a fantastic holiday rental which I can see myself returning to year after year.
