This unit is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa. Once you enter the unit, you will see a hallway with our first bedroom at the end with 2 twin beds and a 24' flat screen TV with basic cable. This bedroom also comes with a sliding glass door with access to your own private porch. There will also be a bathroom with tile floors and a shower box. There are two sets of... stairs in this unit. This first will lead you straight into the living room which includes a wall mounted flat panel TV and a queen sleeper sofa. Another sliding glass door on this floor will give you access to your own private balcony. On the same floor you will see a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. Complete with stove, oven, microwave refrigerator, utensils, plates and cups for 8 people, all your cooking utensils and pots and pans are also included in the kitchen. In the kitchen area you will have your powder room located underneath the stairs. These stairs will lead you to your next two bedrooms and your last bathroom. The first bedroom has a king bed and a flat panel TV. The second bedroom comes with a queen bed and a wall mounted flat panel TV. The last bathroom is located between the two bedrooms and has two sinks and a standing shower, also comes with tiled flooring. All linens and extra linens are included in the unit as well as toilet paper, a broom, a mop, vacuum cleaner, dust pan, ironing board and iron, laundry basket toilet plunger. This unit also has a telephone landline which you can make local calls ONLY for free! This town house is equipped with high speed wireless internet all throughout the unit, free of charge. And last but not least this beautiful apartment comes with a private single car garage will a manually open/shut garage door.
